A method for manufacturing and processing a reusable combined type protective device for reinforcing steel bars comprises the following steps:
s1: when the protective device is used, two groups of steel bars to be welded are clamped and fixed through the clamping mechanisms 4 on the first protective cover 2 and the second protective cover 3 respectively, the steel bars are inserted into the clamping mechanisms, so that the steel bars are positioned between the three groups of clamping rollers 43, the elastic telescopic rods 42 push the clamping rollers 43 to be tightly attached to the outer walls of the steel bars, and the left ends of the steel bars clamped through the clamping mechanisms 4 on the second protective cover 3 can be positioned below the welding guns 592 after the steel bars are pushed to move inwards to a specified position;

s4: welding fume is generated in the welding process, the welding fume in the first protective cover 2 and the second protective cover 3 is drawn out into the shell 91 by opening the pump body 7, the exhaust fan 93 is opened at the same time, the exhaust fan 93 enables the welding fume in the shell 91 to upwards pass through the filter plate 92 for filtration treatment, then the welding fume enters the air collecting nozzle 94 and then is sprayed out from the output end of the exhaust fan 93 opposite to the semiconductor refrigerating sheet 95, the sprayed gas is refrigerated by the semiconductor refrigerating sheet 95, the refrigerated air enters the spray head 59 from the air conveying hose 96 and is sprayed out, the first servo motor 55 is started, the first servo motor 55 drives the rotating rod 54 to rotate the driving gear 53, the driving gear 53 is meshed with the driven gear 52 to drive the mounting ring 51 to rotate, further the micro servo motor 56 and the supporting plate 57 to carry out circular motion, the rotating process of the mounting ring 51 is shown in figure 3, after the mounting ring 51 rotates 360, the cold air sprayed out by the spray nozzle 59 cools the welding position of the two groups of steel bars;
s5: after waiting to cool down, close pump body 7, pump body 7 and servo motor 55, take out the welded reinforcing bar, through two 12 reversal of drive servo motor, drive lead screw 11 through servo motor two 12 and rotate, and then make protection casing two 3 remove protection casing one 2, can maintain or clear up the structure in protection casing two 3 and the protection casing one 2 can.
