Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the following embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "first", "second" and the like are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implying any number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of that feature. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless specifically defined otherwise.
The first aspect of the embodiments of the present invention provides a transfer film for a water transfer printing technology, including the following raw material components in parts by weight:
wherein the film-forming resin is selected from polyester resins, wherein the polyester resins are selected from polyester resins with the tensile breaking length of 10-200%, the surface is not sticky under the condition of 120 ℃ and the water temperature is 25 ℃ and the surface is not whitish within 60 minutes; the diluent is not an alcohol diluent or a hydrocarbon diluent.
According to the transfer printing film for the water transfer printing technology provided by the embodiment of the invention, the polyester resin is used as a film forming substance and is cooperated with the surfactant and the leveling agent, so that the obtained transfer printing film can enable the pattern printed by the laser printer to be perfectly presented. The transfer printing film with the polyester resin as the film forming matter has high adhesion force between the pattern and the transfer printing film, and the pattern and the transfer printing film form a whole and can be firmly bonded on the surface of an object to be transferred, so that the simple and rapid transfer printing of the pattern is realized. Specifically, the polyester resin is selected from polyester resins which have the tensile breaking length of 10-200%, the surface is not sticky under the condition of 120 ℃ and the water temperature is not whitish for 60 minutes under the condition of 25 ℃, so that the polyester resin has better flexibility and extensibility and is suitable for the requirements of carriers of pattern transfer; meanwhile, the polyester resin is used as film forming resin, and the obtained transfer printing film has better waterproof capacity in the water transfer printing process, so that the smooth transfer printing of the pattern to be transferred can be ensured.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the material basis of the transfer film is the film forming material, however, the difference in the properties of the film forming material directly affects the pattern transfer method.
The polyester is used as a film forming substance of the transfer film. The transfer film is used as a carrier for pattern transfer, so that the transfer film is required to have better flexibility and ductility; meanwhile, in the transfer process, particularly in the water transfer process, the transfer film inevitably needs to be in contact with water, and in order to ensure the smooth transfer of the pattern to be transferred, the transfer film has certain waterproof capability. Therefore, the film-forming material of the transfer film according to the embodiment of the present invention should have good flexibility, extensibility, and water resistance. Specifically, the polyester resin is selected from polyester resins which have a tensile breaking length of 10-200%, do not have sticky surfaces at a temperature of 120 ℃ and do not turn white for 60 minutes at a water temperature of 25 ℃. Specifically, the polyester is saturated polyester.
Preferably, the saturated polyester is selected from saturated polyester resins 601. The preferable polyester has good flexibility and weather resistance, and the obtained transfer printing film has strong bonding force with the printed pattern, so that the integrated transfer of the transfer printing film and the pattern can be realized; and under the heating condition, the bonding force of the two can be further improved, so that the film can be firmly bonded on the surface of the object to be transferred. In addition, different from the transfer printing paper adopting polyurethane as a film forming substance, the transfer printing paper adopting the saturated polyester resin 601 as the film forming resin has good adhesion and flexibility without adding other auxiliary agents, is not easy to embrittle and fall off, and can be firmly bonded on the surface of an object to be transferred.
In the embodiment of the invention, the diluent is mainly used for dissolving and diluting the film-forming material and adjusting the viscosity of the whole system. The diluent used in the embodiment of the present invention can dissolve the saturated polyester well, and at the same time, cannot react with the saturated polyester.
In some embodiments, the diluent is selected from at least one of a ketone diluent, an ester diluent, an ether diluent, and water. Such ketone diluents include, but are not limited to, cyclohexanone; ester diluents include, but are not limited to, ethyl formate, butyl acetate; the ether diluents include, but are not limited to, ethylene glycol butyl ether, propylene glycol methyl ether, dipropylene glycol methyl ether. The preferable diluent can well dissolve and dilute the film forming substance saturated polyester and adjust the viscosity of the whole system, thereby ensuring the quality of the film coating glue, enabling the surface of the produced transfer film to be smooth and flat and being beneficial to the laser printing effect. The diluent in the embodiment of the invention can be an independent ether diluent or an independent ester diluent, and in addition, the diluent can also be a mixed diluent of a water diluent, an ester diluent and an ether diluent. Preferably, the diluent is a mixed reagent of propylene glycol methyl ether, butyl acetate and cyclohexanone, and the reagent can better dissolve saturated polyester to obtain the transfer film with excellent processing performance and product performance.
In the embodiment of the invention, the defoaming agent is used for eliminating bubbles generated in a raw material system and processing production, improving the product quality of the transfer film and regulating the viscosity of the whole raw material system in cooperation with the diluent. In some embodiments, the defoamer is selected from polyether defoamers, and particularly preferably, the polyether defoamer is selected from polyether modified alkyl polysiloxane copolymer solutions, particularly, polyether modified alkyl polysiloxane copolymer solutions such as model number BYK-A525, which can substantially eliminate bubbles and facilitate the stability of the resulting raw material system when used in embodiments of the present invention.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the surfactant is a nonionic surfactant, and particularly preferably, the nonionic surfactant is selected from nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, and particularly, nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether with a model number of NP-10. The obtained transfer printing film raw material has good compatibility, and is beneficial to obtaining a film layer with higher flatness, so that the transfer printing film raw material can be used as a transfer printing material.
In the embodiment of the invention, the leveling agent can form a flat and smooth coating in the process of forming a film by using a raw material system, so that the surface tension is effectively reduced, and the generation of spot and spot marks in the process of forming the film is reduced. In some embodiments, preferably, the leveling agent is selected from polysiloxane-polyether copolymer, and particularly preferably, the polysiloxane-polyether copolymer is selected from TEGO Glide 450.
The transfer film provided by the embodiment of the invention can be prepared by the following method.
Accordingly, a second aspect of the embodiments of the present invention provides a method for preparing a transfer film for use in a water transfer printing technology, including the following steps:
s01, weighing the components according to the raw material formula of the transfer printing film, and providing water transfer printing base paper, wherein the water transfer printing base paper is small film base paper with at least one surface provided with an ink layer;

Preferably, the stirring speed of the first stirring and mixing is 800-. And after the first stirring treatment is finished, respectively adding a defoaming agent, a surfactant and a flatting agent into the first mixed material, and continuing the second stirring treatment. Preferably, the stirring speed of the second stirring and mixing is 1000-2000 rpm, and the stirring time is 16-25 minutes, and more preferably 20 minutes.
The coating adhesive prepared by the method is uniform in slurry system, has proper viscosity, and has good base material adhesion to patterns to be subjected to water transfer printing.
In some embodiments, the viscosity of the coating adhesive is 500-1000CPS, which is more favorable for improving the substrate adhesive force of the pattern to be subjected to water transfer printing and is favorable for production processing and quality guarantee of the transfer printing film.

The deposition of the coating film adhesive on the surface of the water transfer base paper provided with the ink layer is not strictly limited, and can be performed by a bar coating, roll coating or blade coating method.
In some embodiments, in the step of depositing the film coating adhesive on the water transfer printing base paper, the film coating speed is 4-10m/min, so that the surface of the transfer printing film in the coating process is smoother and smoother.
In some embodiments, the thickness of the silk rod is 40-120 muir in the step of depositing the coating film adhesive on the water transfer base paper, so that a suitable thickness of the transfer film can be obtained.

The transfer printing film is the transfer printing film disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, and the polyester resin is used as a film forming substance and is cooperated with the surfactant and the leveling agent, so that the obtained transfer printing film can enable the pattern printed by the laser printer to be perfectly presented.
Specifically, the water transfer printing base paper for preparing the transfer printing film is provided with an ink layer on at least one surface of the small film base paper. The ink layer is used for bearing a slurry system formed by the transfer printing film raw materials and forming a corresponding transfer printing film and is used as an intermediate layer, so that the water transfer printing base paper can be removed without damaging the transfer printing film in the subsequent water transfer printing process.
The film forming material in the transfer printing paper is polyester resin, the pattern to be transferred is directly printed on the surface of the transfer printing film, and the pattern to be transferred is directly separated from the transfer printing film and is transferred to the surface of an object to be transferred. The transfer film disposed on at least one surface of the water transfer base paper is as described above, and is not described herein for brevity.
A fourth aspect of an embodiment of the present invention provides a water transfer method, including the steps of:
E01. providing laser printing paper, wherein the laser printing paper comprises water transfer printing base paper and a transfer printing film arranged on at least one surface of the water transfer printing base paper, and the water transfer printing base paper is small film base paper with at least one surface provided with an ink layer; the transfer printing film is arranged on the surface of the ink layer of the water transfer printing base paper, and the transfer printing film is the transfer printing film;
E02. printing a pattern to be transferred on the surface of the transfer printing film of the laser printing paper;
E03. placing the laser printing paper printed with the pattern to be transferred into water for soaking treatment, so that the water transfer printing base paper of the laser printing paper is separated from the transfer printing film;
E04. after cleaning the soaked laser printing paper, removing the water transfer printing base paper in a wet state, attaching one surface provided with the pattern to be transferred to the surface of an object to be transferred, and transferring the pattern to be transferred to the surface of the object to be transferred;
E05. and heating the transfer pattern transferred to the surface of the object to be transferred.
According to the water transfer printing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the transfer printing film is used as a medium, so that the pattern printed by a laser printer can be perfectly presented, the transfer printing can be simply and completely carried out, and the high-quality transfer printing pattern can be obtained. According to the embodiment of the invention, the transfer film obtained by using the polyester resin as the film forming substance can enable the pattern printed by the laser printer to be perfectly presented. The transfer printing film using the polyester resin as the film forming material has strong bonding force between the pattern and the transfer printing film, and the pattern and the transfer printing film form a whole and can be firmly bonded on the surface of an object to be transferred, so that the simple and quick transfer printing of the pattern is realized.
Specifically, in the step E01, the laser printing paper includes a water transfer base paper and a transfer film disposed on at least one surface of the water transfer base paper, where the water transfer base paper is a small film base paper having at least one surface provided with an ink layer; the transfer printing film is arranged on the surface of the ink layer of the water transfer printing base paper, and the transfer printing film is the transfer printing film, so that details are not repeated here for saving space.
In the step E02, a pattern to be transferred is printed on the surface of the transfer film of the laser printing paper, so as to realize image-text output. The specific mode of the graphic output is not strictly limited, and the graphic output is preferably realized by printing with a laser printer.
In the step E03, the laser printing paper printed with the pattern to be transferred is soaked in water, so that the transfer film printed with the pattern to be transferred is separated from the water transfer base paper.
Preferably, the laser printing paper printed with the pattern to be transferred is soaked in water at normal temperature (10-35 ℃) for more than or equal to 30s, and more preferably 30-60 s.
In the step E04, after the soaked laser printing paper is cleaned, in a wet state, one side on which the pattern to be transferred is disposed is attached to the surface of the object to be transferred, and the water transfer base paper is removed, so that the pattern to be transferred is transferred to the surface of the object to be transferred. Specifically, the surface of the transfer printing film printed with the pattern to be transferred is upward, the water transfer printing substrate is downward, the lower layer of the water transfer printing substrate paper is removed, and meanwhile, the transfer printing film printed with the pattern to be transferred is adsorbed to the surface of an object to be transferred. Therefore, the printing pattern is transferred to the surface of the object to be transferred by the transfer printing film. Of course, the laser printing paper on which the pattern to be transferred is printed may be cut according to the size of the actual transfer pattern.
Furthermore, the pattern after transfer printing can be subjected to air exhaust and water drainage treatment, so that moisture and air bubbles between the transfer printing film and the object to be transferred are removed, and the adhesive force between the transfer printing pattern and the object to be transferred is enhanced.
In the step E05, the transfer pattern and the transfer film transferred to the surface of the object to be transferred are heated, so as to further enhance the adhesion between the transfer pattern and the transfer film and between the transfer film and the object to be transferred, and to firmly bond the transfer pattern and the transfer film to the surface of the object to be transferred. Preferably, the heating conditions are as follows: heating for 10-20 minutes at 170-180 ℃. The preferable heating condition can not only effectively enhance the adhesive force between the strong transfer printing pattern and the transfer printing film and between the transfer printing film and the transferred object, but also can not damage the transfer printing pattern.
In the embodiment of the invention, the heating mode can be realized by adopting an oven.
The line side is described with reference to specific embodiments.
