Technical Field
The invention relates to a drilling measurement tool in the field of petroleum drilling, in particular to a high-side positioning tool for a power drilling tool of a directional well and a horizontal well.

The power drilling tool is used as a drilling tool, is widely applied to construction of wells with complex structures such as directional wells, horizontal wells and the like, can control the well track to achieve the purpose of construction, effectively improves the drilling efficiency, is beneficial to exploration and development of unconventional oil and gas reservoirs, improves the oil and gas yield, improves the rotating speed of a drill bit by utilizing energy conversion of drilling fluid, and is beneficial to improving the mechanical drilling speed, and the tool has been widely applied to drilling construction sites due to mature technology.
For more accurate measurement of the angular difference between the instrument and the power tool before construction during drilling, it is necessary to make the same mark as the high-side position at the bypass valve of the power tool. Currently, the most primitive visual method is still used in the field to mark the mark. The method needs to rotate and fix the power drilling tool to visually check the position of the scribing line, so that a great error occurs in accurate measurement work, and serious consequences and a certain danger can be caused.
In order to ensure that the high-side mark is positioned at the bypass valve of the power drilling tool without the high-side mark after the repair or at the bypass valve is determined on site, and the high-side positioning work of the power drilling tool can be accurately and safely finished by one person, a safe, accurate and simple high-side positioning tool for the power drilling tool is required. The existing high-side positioning tool of the power drilling tool has the defects of low precision, complex measurement operation and large risk coefficient. In order to ensure a smooth implementation of the high-side positioning on the power drill, a simple and effective safety positioning device for positioning the high side is necessary.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at solving the problems in the prior art, and provides a high-side positioning instrument for a power drilling tool of a directional well and a horizontal well, which has the advantages of simple structure, accurate measurement, high efficiency, simple operation, safety and reliability, and is used for positioning a high-side mark at a bypass valve of the power drilling tool without the high-side mark after the repair or at the bypass valve in the field determination, so as to provide accurate high-side for the angle difference measurement of the directional well.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the high-side positioning instrument for the power drilling tool of the directional well and the horizontal well comprises a positioning assembly and a plane calibration assembly, wherein the positioning assembly comprises a positioning base, a positioning needle cylinder, full-eye positioning needles and a binding mechanism, a rectangular working plane is arranged at the top of the positioning base, two positioning needle cylinders are respectively fixed at two ends of the rectangular working plane of the positioning base in the vertical direction, two full-eye positioning needles are respectively inserted into inner holes of the two positioning needle cylinders, the lower ends of the two full-eye positioning needles penetrate through the working plane of the positioning base, and the plane calibration assembly comprises a rotating wheel support, a rotating shaft, a rotating wheel and a level bar, wherein the rotating wheel support is connected to the outer side of the positioning needle cylinder at one side of the rectangular working plane of the positioning base, the rotating shaft and the rotating wheel are fixed at the outer side of the rotating wheel support.
The top of the full-eye positioning needle is provided with an outer convex edge, a spring is arranged between the top and the positioning needle cylinder, and the bottom of the full-eye positioning needle is provided with a needle point.
And a limit nut is arranged below the rectangular working plane of the positioning base, and the limit nut and the full-eye positioning needle form limit fit.
A linear observation marking groove is formed in a working plane of the positioning base, and the axial lead of the full-eye positioning needle, the central line of the observation marking groove and the axial lead of the rotating shaft are in the same plane.
The binding mechanism is characterized in that elastic walls extend along two long sides of the positioning base, and the two elastic walls are matched through a rubber belt hook and a rubber belt hanging groove.
The plane calibration assembly further comprises a rotating wheel limiting bolt, the rotating wheel is provided with a bolt hole, and the rotating wheel limiting bolt penetrates through the bolt hole to be connected with the rotating wheel bracket to form rotating wheel locking fit.
The invention has the following advantages:
1. The operation is simple. The tool is tied at the high-side notch of the power drilling tool body by a single person through a belt, a positioning needle is inserted into the high-side notch, and the leveling ruler is fixed through a limit bolt after reaching a horizontal state. And then the tool is placed at the bypass valve of the power drill and is bound on the power drill body by a belt. And rotating the tool to enable the level to be in a horizontal state, namely finding the high-side position of the power drilling tool.
2. And the positioning precision is high. The high-side positioning work of the power drilling tool can be accurately completed, and the high-side positioning work can be very safely and accurately performed at the bypass valve of the power drilling tool no matter what direction the high-side scribing line of the power drilling tool is sideways
3. Each component is fixed on the outer shell and fixedly connected with the outer shell. Convenient use, compact structure and convenient use and storage in the field.

Embodiment 1 referring to fig. 1-3, a high-side positioning instrument for a power drilling tool of a directional well and a horizontal well comprises a positioning assembly and a plane calibration assembly.
The positioning assembly comprises a positioning base 1, positioning needle cylinders 2, full-eye positioning needles 3 and a binding mechanism, wherein a rectangular working plane is arranged at the top of the positioning base 1, the two positioning needle cylinders 2 are respectively fixed at two ends of the rectangular working plane of the positioning base 1 in the vertical direction, the two full-eye positioning needles 3 are respectively inserted into inner holes of the two positioning needle cylinders 2, and the lower ends of the two full-eye positioning needles penetrate through the working plane of the positioning base 1.
The plane calibration assembly comprises a rotating wheel bracket 5 connected to the outer side of a positioning needle cylinder 2 on one side of a rectangular working plane of a positioning base 1, a rotating shaft 8 fixed on the outer side of the rotating wheel bracket 5, a rotating wheel 6 and a level bar 11 fixed on the top of the rotating wheel 6.
Furthermore, the top of the full-eye positioning needle 3 is provided with an outer convex edge, a spring 4 is arranged between the top and the positioning needle cylinder 2, and the bottom of the full-eye positioning needle 3 is provided with a needle point.
Furthermore, a limit nut 14 is arranged below the rectangular working plane of the positioning base 1, and the limit nut 14 and the full-eye positioning needle 3 form limit fit.

Referring to fig. 1,2 and 3, the high-side positioning instrument of the directional well and the horizontal well power drilling tool is mainly composed of a positioning assembly and a plane calibration assembly. The positioning assembly consists of a positioning needle cylinder 2 fixed on a positioning base 1, a rubber belt hook 10 and a rubber belt hanging groove 13, wherein an observation marking groove 12 with a hole groove structure is arranged in the middle of the positioning base 1. The positioning needle cylinder 2 consists of a full-eye positioning needle 3, a spring 4 and a limit nut 14 in the positioning needle cylinder. The plane calibration assembly consists of a rotating wheel bracket 5 connected to the base 1, a rotating shaft 8 fixed on the rotating wheel bracket and a rotating wheel 6, wherein the rotating wheel 6 is limited on the rotating shaft 8 by a rotating wheel clamp 7, a level bar 11 is embedded at the top of the rotating wheel 6, and the rotating angle of the rotating wheel 6 is controlled by a rotating wheel limiting bolt 9.
In addition, the positioning assembly also comprises a spring 4, and the spring 4 is fixed between the positioning needle cylinder 2 and the full-eye positioning needle 3. The positioning assembly also comprises a limit nut 14, the limit nut 14 is sleeved on a full-eye positioning needle, and the full-eye positioning needle is controlled in the moving range by the positioning needle cylinder 3 and the limit nut 14. The axis of the full-eye positioning needle, the axis of the observation marking groove and the axis of the rotating shaft are in the same plane.
The materials on the two sides of the positioning base 1 are high-elasticity high-strength stainless steel materials, and the radian is determined by the outer diameter of the finest drilling tool. The middle part of the positioning base and the rotating wheel bracket connected with the positioning base are made of high-strength inelastic stainless steel materials. The material of the rotating wheel 6 is a light wear-resistant material. The observation marking groove on the base can enable a common nap pen to pass through.
For the embodiment, the positioning instrument is placed at the high-side notch of the power drilling tool body during measurement, the rubber belt hook 10 and the rubber belt hanging groove 13 are used for fixing the positioning instrument on the power drilling tool body, the full-eye positioning needle 3 is inserted into the high-side notch, and the level 11 is adjusted to be in a horizontal state and then is fixed by the limit bolt 9. The positioning instrument is taken down, then the positioning instrument is placed at the bypass valve of the power drilling tool to be fixed on the power drilling tool body, and the tool is rotated, so that the level 11 is in a horizontal state again, at the moment, the high-side position of the power drilling tool is found, the writing brush is used for dipping paint, and after the marking on the power drilling tool body is inserted into the observation marking groove 12, the tool is taken down to finish the high-side marking operation.
