本发明公开了一种自攻锁紧式薄固螺钉,包括螺头、螺柱和锁紧垫片,所述螺头的底部设有螺柱,所述螺柱还包括锁紧段和自攻段,所述自攻段位于锁紧段的右端,所述锁紧垫片的底部设有螺旋状的弹性锁紧套,所述弹性锁紧套与锁紧段的螺纹相互配合将锁紧垫片固定在螺头的底部,与现有技术相比,本发明通过设置攻丝段和紧固段的方式,使得本螺钉具有攻丝快速和锁紧牢固的优良性能,此外,锁紧垫片能够极大地提升紧固段的锁紧力,长时间保证螺钉的连接稳定性和可靠性。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及螺钉的技术领域,特别是一种自攻锁紧式薄固螺钉的技术领域。
【背景技术】
螺钉是常用的紧固件,因其具有可自锁、制造简单、可大批量生产、成本低廉、具互换性等多种优点而在多个领域中广泛应用。螺钉由相互连接的螺帽与带有尖端的螺杆两部分组成,其中螺杆部分上设置有外螺纹,螺钉旋转的过程中其螺纹在压力的作用下会自行攻入到工件上的螺纹底孔中,并利用螺杆部分上的外螺纹来实现螺钉在轴向上的自锁。在实际工作中,有时需要对较薄的板材进行拧螺钉操作,为了保证连接质量,与板材直接接触的螺牙的圈数越多,螺钉与板材之间的连接越牢固,但如果选用牙间距较小的螺钉,则攻丝速度又会很慢,导致生产效率较低的问题,如果选用牙距较大的螺纹,虽然速度快了,但是由于有的攻入端是薄板件就会容易出现滑丝现象。因此现在需要一种能够解决上述问题的方法或装置。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种自攻锁紧式薄固螺钉,通过设置攻丝段和紧固段的方式,使得本螺钉具有攻丝快速和锁紧牢固的优良性能,此外,锁紧垫片能够极大地提升紧固段的锁紧力,长时间保证螺钉的连接稳定性和可靠性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种自攻锁紧式薄固螺钉,包括螺头、螺柱和锁紧垫片,所述螺头的底部设有螺柱,所述螺柱还包括锁紧段和自攻段,所述自攻段位于锁紧段的右端,所述锁紧垫片的底部设有螺旋状的弹性锁紧套,所述弹性锁紧套与锁紧段的螺纹相互配合将锁紧垫片固定在螺头的底部。
作为优选,所述螺头的顶部设有螺钉装卸孔,所述螺钉装卸孔为十字孔,所述螺头的底面上设有若干防滑凸起,所述防滑凸起沿着螺头底面的中心点呈环状均匀间隔分布。
作为优选,所述锁紧垫片的上底面上设有与防滑凸起相对应的配位凹槽,所述锁紧垫片的下底面上设有防滑纹。
作为优选,所述锁紧段螺牙的下表面上设有卡紧槽,所述卡紧槽的截断面为三角形,所述卡紧槽靠近锁紧段螺牙的根部。
作为优选,所述弹性锁紧套的截断面大致为倒置的等腰梯形,所述弹性锁紧套截断面的左侧边上设有与卡紧槽相配合的卡条,所述弹性锁紧套截断面的高度为锁紧段螺牙的0.5倍。
作为优选,所述自攻段的底部设有攻牙尖端,所述自攻段的螺纹长度为锁紧段的2-3倍,所述自攻段的螺纹间距为锁紧段的2倍。
作为优选,所述螺头和螺柱为一体式设计的不锈钢制品,所述锁紧垫片为尼龙制品。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过在螺柱上设置自攻段和锁紧段的方式,利用带有不同角度和螺距的自攻段和锁紧段,分别实现快速攻丝和牢固锁紧的功效,克服了现有产品的缺点;通过设置带有配位凹槽的锁紧垫片的方式,配合螺头底部的防滑凸起,防止锁紧垫片出现错位松动,保证了锁紧效果;通过在锁紧垫片底部设置带有卡条的螺旋状弹性锁紧套的方式,配合锁紧段螺牙底部的卡紧槽,进一步增加螺钉的紧固效果,同时螺旋状弹性锁紧套,也能起到防止螺纹滑牙的作用。

参阅附图,本发明一种自攻锁紧式薄固螺钉,包括螺头1、螺柱2和锁紧垫片3,所述螺头1的底部设有螺柱2,所述螺柱2还包括锁紧段4和自攻段5,所述自攻段5位于锁紧段4的右端,所述锁紧垫片3的底部设有螺旋状的弹性锁紧套31,所述弹性锁紧套31与锁紧段4的螺纹相互配合将锁紧垫片3固定在螺头1的底部。
其中,所述螺头1的顶部设有螺钉装卸孔11,所述螺钉装卸孔11为十字孔,所述螺头1的底面上设有若干防滑凸起12,所述防滑凸起12沿着螺头1底面的中心点呈环状均匀间隔分布。
其中,所述锁紧垫片3的上底面上设有与防滑凸起12相对应的配位凹槽32,所述锁紧垫片3的下底面上设有防滑纹33。
其中,所述锁紧段4螺牙的下表面上设有卡紧槽41,所述卡紧槽41的截断面为三角形,所述卡紧槽41靠近锁紧段4螺牙的根部。
其中,所述弹性锁紧套31的截断面大致为倒置的等腰梯形,所述弹性锁紧套31截断面的左侧边上设有与卡紧槽41相配合的卡条311,所述弹性锁紧套31截断面的高度为锁紧段4螺牙的0.5倍。
其中,所述自攻段5的底部设有攻牙尖端51,所述自攻段5的螺纹长度为锁紧段4的2-3倍,所述自攻段5的螺纹间距为锁紧段4的2倍。
其中,所述螺头1和螺柱2为一体式设计的不锈钢制品,所述锁紧垫片3为尼龙制品。
本发明工作过程:
本发明一种自攻锁紧式薄固螺钉在工作过程中,可以先将锁紧垫片3安装到螺头1底部,并将防滑凸起12和配位凹槽32一一对其,然后,将弹性锁紧套31,完全与锁紧段4的螺纹相互贴合,确保卡条311准确的卡入到卡紧槽41内部,最后将螺钉安装到需要安装的工位上,完成螺钉的安装。
本发明一种自攻锁紧式薄固螺钉,通过在螺柱上设置自攻段5和锁紧段4的方式,利用带有不同角度和螺距的自攻段5和锁紧段4,分别实现快速攻丝和牢固锁紧的功效,克服了现有产品的缺点;通过设置带有配位凹槽32的锁紧垫片3的方式,配合螺头1底部的防滑凸起12,防止锁紧垫片3出现错位松动,保证了锁紧效果;通过在锁紧垫片3底部设置带有卡条311的螺旋状弹性锁紧套31的方式,配合锁紧段4螺牙底部的卡紧槽41,进一步增加螺钉的紧固效果,同时螺旋状弹性锁紧套31,也能起到防止螺纹滑牙的作用。

1.一种自攻锁紧式薄固螺钉,其特征在于:包括螺头(1)、螺柱(2)和锁紧垫片(3),所述螺头(1)的底部设有螺柱(2),所述螺柱(2)还包括锁紧段(4)和自攻段(5),所述自攻段(5)位于锁紧段(4)的右端,所述锁紧垫片(3)的底部设有螺旋状的弹性锁紧套(31),所述弹性锁紧套(31)与锁紧段(4)的螺纹相互配合将锁紧垫片(3)固定在螺头(1)的底部,所述螺头(1)的顶部设有螺钉装卸孔(11),所述螺钉装卸孔(11)为十字孔,所述螺头(1)的底面上设有若干防滑凸起(12),所述防滑凸起(12)沿着螺头(1)底面的中心点呈环状均匀间隔分布,所述锁紧垫片(3)的上底面上设有与防滑凸起(12)相对应的配位凹槽(32),所述锁紧垫片(3)的下底面上设有防滑纹(33),所述锁紧段(4)螺牙的下表面上设有卡紧槽(41),所述卡紧槽(41)的截断面为三角形,所述卡紧槽(41)靠近锁紧段(4)螺牙的根部,所述弹性锁紧套(31)的截断面大致为倒置的等腰梯形,所述弹性锁紧套(31)截断面的左侧边上设有与卡紧槽(41)相配合的卡条(311),所述弹性锁紧套(31)截断面的高度为锁紧段(4)螺牙的0.5倍。
