In order to allow the water stored in the second container to be discharged into the first container by its own weight, further, the second container is disposed at a height equal to or higher than that of the first container. In order to make the water stored in the second container 102 be discharged into the first container 101 under the action of its own weight, the idea of the present embodiment is to use a height difference to generate a pressure difference so as to use the pressure difference to drive the water in the second container 102 to automatically enter the first container 101 and be ejected out through the water outlet 104, specifically, the set height of the second container 102 is equal to or higher than the set height of the first container 101, as shown in fig. 3; so that a certain height difference is formed between the second container 102 and the first container 101, so that the water stored in the second container 102 can automatically enter the first container 101 under the action of the pressure difference and is discharged through the water outlet 104 of the first container 101, so that clean water or water mixed with detergent directly acts on the flat mop, which is convenient and beneficial to solve the problems of detergent and clean water.
In order to facilitate the use of the present flushing mechanism 100, such that the clean water from the water supply pipeline can automatically enter the second container 102 through the first container 101, or automatically and uniformly mix with the detergent in the second container 102 and store the clean water in the second container 102, or directly store the clean water in the second container 102, the idea of the present embodiment is: the sum of the flow areas (i.e. cross-sectional areas, which will not be described in detail later) of the water outlets 104 is smaller than the flow area of the water supply port 103, so that the water inlet flow of the water supply port 103 is larger than the water outlet flow of the water outlets 104, and by adopting the design, on one hand, the water outlet pressure of the water outlets 104 can be effectively increased, the water outlet pressure at the water outlets 104 is higher than the water inlet pressure of the water supply port 103, and the flat mop can be more favorably washed under the action of higher washing pressure; on the other hand, since the sum of the flow areas of the water outlets 104 is smaller than the flow area of the water supply port 103, a part of the clean water entering the first container 101 from the water supply port 103 can be ejected through the water outlets 104 under the action of internal pressure and directly acts on the flat mop, another part of the clean water can automatically enter the second container 102 through the communication path between the first container 101 and the second container 102 under the action of pressure, and the clean water entering the second container 102 can be stored in the second container 102 for later use; in addition, because the part of clear water also has certain pressure, the clear water can be fully contacted with the cleaning agent added in the second container 102 under the action of the pressure and is automatically and uniformly mixed without manual mixing, and after the water supply port 103 stops supplying water, the clear water stored in the second container 102 or the water mixed with the cleaning agent can reversely flow into the first container 101 under the action of pressure difference and is sprayed out through the water outlet 104, so that the clear water can be directly sprayed on the flat mop placed in the smoothing port 202, the cleaning agent can be conveniently applied to the flat mop, the whole process does not need manual intervention, a user only needs to lift and press the flat mop up and down to clean the flat mop, and the cleaning work of the flat mop can be conveniently completed by the user.
It is understood that there are various connection relationships between the first container 101 and the second container 102, and as one concept, the first container 101 may be disposed inside the second container 102, as shown in fig. 1, 2 or 3; as another concept, the first container 101 may be disposed outside the second container 102, for example, the first container 101 and the second container 102 may be disposed in parallel, the first container 101 and the second container 102 may not be connected, and the first container 101 and the second container 102 may be connected through a pipe; as another example, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first container 101 is disposed at a lower portion of the second container 102, an upper portion of the first container 101 is connected to the second container 102 and is communicated with each other through a through hole opened between the first container 101 and the second container 102, a bottom cover plate detachably connected is disposed at a lower portion of the first container 101, a sealing gasket for sealing is disposed between the bottom cover plate and the first container 101, and the water supply port may be disposed at a side of the first container 101, as shown in fig. 4, or disposed in the second container 102 and vertically extends upward so as to connect to a water supply pipeline, as shown in fig. 5, for example, the water supply pipeline may be connected by a clip.
In order to facilitate the arrangement of the flushing mechanism 100 on the barrel 301 of the cleaning tool 300 to facilitate the assembly of the cleaning tool 300, in a further aspect, the first container 101 and/or the second container 102 are/is provided with a first connecting portion detachably connected to the barrel 301 of the cleaning tool 300, and the barrel 301 of the cleaning tool 300 can be provided with a second connecting portion adapted to the first connecting portion to fix the flushing mechanism 100 on the barrel 301 through the cooperation of the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion.
To facilitate connection of the water supply pipeline, in a further aspect, the water supply opening 103 is further provided with a joint 105 for connecting the water supply pipeline, as shown in fig. 1, 2 or 3, and the joint 105 may be a joint 105 commonly used in the art, such as a flange joint 105, an internal thread or an external thread, etc.; so that the water supply port 103 is detachably connected to the water supply pipeline by using the joint 105, and is more convenient for a user to use; the water supply port 103 may be provided at an upper portion of the first container 101 or at a side of the first container 101 so as to connect a water supply pipeline, which will not be described in detail herein.
The water outlet 104 has various modes, and preferably, the water outlet 104 can be a square hole, a round hole and/or a strip hole, and the like, so as to be convenient for processing and forming. The arrangement mode of the water outlets 104 may be determined according to actual requirements, and preferably, the water outlets 104 may be arranged in the first container 101 in an array manner; which facilitates both the forming and cleaning of the flat mop, it is preferred that the outlets 104 are aligned so as to be horizontally disposed on one side of the mouth 202, as shown in fig. 1, for wetting, rinsing and/or cleaning the flat mop across its width.
Example 2
In order to effectively adjust the operation mode of the flushing mechanism 100 provided in embodiment 1, the main difference between this embodiment 2 and the above embodiment 1 is that in the flushing mechanism 100 provided in this embodiment, a switch 107 for controlling on/off is provided on a communication path between the first container 101 and the second container 102, and the switch 107 may be a switch 107 commonly used in the prior art, such as a valve, a plug, a cover 304, and the like, so that when the flushing mechanism 100 is actually used, a user can conveniently control on/off of the first container 101 and the second container 102 through the switch 107, so as to effectively adjust the operation mode of the flushing mechanism 100, as shown in fig. 6 or fig. 7, for example, the first container 101 and the second container 102 may be communicated through a communication pipe 106, and the switch 107 is provided on the communication pipe 106; when the switch 107 is in a closed state, the first container 101 is not communicated with the second container 102, and at the moment, clear water can enter the first container 101 through the water supply port 103 and is sprayed out through the water outlet 104, so that the water outlet pressure can be effectively increased, and the aims of wetting the flat mop and flushing the flat mop are fulfilled; when the switch 107 is in the on state, the first container 101 is connected to the second container 102;
if the valve of the water supply pipeline is in an open state, clean water in the water supply pipeline can enter the first container 101 through the water supply port 103, at this time, part of the clean water can be sprayed out through the water outlet 104, and the other part of the clean water can enter the first container 101 through the water supply port 103 and enter the second container 102 through the first container 101 so as to be stored in the second container 102, or the clean water is fully mixed with the cleaning agent in the second container 102 and then stored in the second container 102, so that the water mixed with the cleaning agent in the second container 102 can be controlled by the on/off of the switch 107 to wash the flat mop for multiple times so as to be used for multiple times;
if the valve of the water supply pipeline is in a closed state, at this time, water and/or detergent can be manually added into the second container 102, so that the waste water can be reasonably utilized, for example, the water after washing vegetables can be utilized to clean the flat mop, so that the secondary utilization of the waste water is realized, when the flat mop needs to be cleaned, only the switch 107 needs to be turned on, and the detailed description is omitted.
For convenience of use, when the flushing mechanism 100 shown in fig. 4 or 5 is used, the handle of the switch 107 may be preferentially arranged above the liquid level in the second container, for example, the valve core of the switch 107 may be connected through a connecting rod, the upper end of the connecting rod extends to the upper part of the second container, and a handle which is convenient to rotate is arranged, so that the on/off of the flushing mechanism can be controlled without touching water by hand when in use.
Example 3
The embodiment provides a water squeezing device 200, which comprises a water squeezing frame 201 and the water flushing mechanism 100 described in embodiment 1 or embodiment 2, wherein the water squeezing frame 201 is provided with a communication port 202 for inserting a flat mop and squeezing the flat mop, as shown in fig. 6-8, the water flushing mechanism 100 is arranged on the water squeezing frame 201, and the water outlets 104 respectively face the inside of the communication port 202, so that water discharged from the water outlet 104 can enter the communication port 202 to clean the flat mop,
the wringing frame 201 is provided with a first connecting part for connecting the barrel body 301; it can be understood that the barrel body 301 of the cleaning tool 300 is provided with a second connecting part adapted to the first connecting part, the wringing device 200 is installed on the barrel body 301 through the cooperation of the first connecting part and the second connecting part, and seals the barrel body 301, the first connecting part and the second connecting part can be mutually matched buckles, or the first connecting part and the second connecting part can be mutually matched threads (internal threads and external threads), so as to connect the wringing device 200 and the barrel body 301 as a whole.
In this embodiment, the flushing mechanism 100 is disposed on or integrated with the water squeezing frame 201, and the water squeezing device 200 can be detachably mounted on the barrel 301 of the cleaning tool 300 through the first connecting portion, so as to form the cleaning tool 300 with the flushing mechanism 100, when in use, the flat mop can be vertically inserted into the barrel 301 through the communicating port 202, and can move up and down relative to the communicating port 202 under the action of external force, so as to achieve the purpose of water squeezing, in this process, the flushing mechanism 100 can achieve the purpose of wetting and flushing the flat mop by using clean water, can also achieve the purpose of fully mixing the cleaning agent and water, and can achieve the purpose of cleaning the flat mop by using the water mixed with the cleaning agent.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, the existing wringing frame 201 can be adopted as the wringing frame 201, the structure of the communication port 202 can be the same as that of the stroking port disclosed in the prior art, and preferably, a plurality of stroking plates 203 are arranged on one side in the communication port 202 (the plurality of stroking plates 203 can be plate-shaped structures, and the stroking plates 203 are vertically arranged in the communication port at certain intervals and are parallel to each other), the water outlet 104 is arranged on the side, and a plurality of rollers 204 are arranged on one side in the communication port 202 corresponding to the stroking plates 203; the communication port, the stroking plate arranged on one side of the communication port and the roller arranged on the other side of the communication port are matched with each other, so that the purpose of squeezing water for the flat mop can be achieved; that is, in this embodiment, after the flat mop is inserted into the communication opening 202, the roller 204 may press the flat mop, so that the side of the flat mop on which the wiping portion is provided may press the stroking plate 203, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning in the process of driving the flat mop to move relative to the stroking plate 203, and in this process, the flushing mechanism 100 may spray water to the wiping portion through the water outlet 104, which is beneficial for cleaning more cleanly.
In this embodiment, the wringing rack 201 and the first container 101 and/or the second container 102 may be an integral structure so as to be integrally formed, as shown in fig. 6, such as injection molding, and the like, which is not described herein again.
Example 4
The embodiment provides a cleaning tool 300 for a flat mop, which comprises a bucket body 301 for containing sewage and the flushing mechanism 100 described in embodiment 1 or embodiment 2, wherein the upper part of the bucket body 301 is provided with a communication port 202 for inserting the flat mop and flushing the flat mop, the communication port 202 is communicated with the bucket body 301, the flushing mechanism 100 is arranged on the bucket body 301, and the water outlets 104 respectively face the inside of the communication port 202, namely, water discharged from the water outlet 104 can directly enter the communication port 202 so as to act on the flat mop.
The bucket body 301 can be the bucket body 301 of the existing cleaning tool 300, and as a preferred embodiment, the bucket body 301 and the first container 101 and/or the second container 102 can also be an integral structure; as another preferred embodiment, the first container 101 and/or the second container 102 are provided with a first connecting portion detachably connected to a barrel 301 of the cleaning tool 300, and the barrel 301 is provided with a second connecting portion adapted to the first connecting portion, so as to fix the flushing mechanism 100 to the barrel 301 through the cooperation of the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion, which may be connected in a manner commonly used in the cleaning tool 300, for example, the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion may be mutually matched buckles, for example, as shown in fig. 9, 10 and 11, a female buckle 302 having a groove shape is provided on the outer side of the upper edge of the barrel 301, a male buckle 205 adapted to the female buckle 302 is provided on the lower edge of the first container 101 and/or the second container 102, a protrusion is provided on the inner side of the male buckle 205, when in use, the protrusion of the male buckle 205 can be clamped below the female buckle 302, so that the male buckle 205 is connected with the female buckle 302; in addition, the first connecting part and the second connecting part can also be threads which are matched with each other.
In a more complete scheme, the barrel body 301 is further provided with a sewage draining outlet 303, the sewage draining outlet 303 can be preferentially arranged on the lower side of the barrel body 301, as shown in fig. 11, in a concept that a switch 107 for controlling the opening/closing of the sewage draining outlet 303 is arranged at the sewage draining outlet 303, such as a valve, a cover 304, a plug and the like, in the concept, the cleaning tool 300 has better portability, can be moved to a required position according to actual use requirements, and is more convenient to use;
as another concept, the drain outlet 303 is provided with an interface for connecting a drain pipe, such as a threaded interface, a snap interface, and the like, and when the cleaning tool 300 is actually used, after the drain outlet 303 is provided with the drain pipe, the other end of the drain pipe can directly extend to a floor drain, a water outlet, and the like.
In a perfect scheme, the sewage outlet 303 and/or the sewage pipe are/is provided with a leakage net for filtering hair and dirt so as to play a role in blocking dregs.
Because in the process of cleaning the flat mop, the user needs to vertically place the flat mop into the communication port 202 and then lift and press the flat mop up and down, so that the flat mop can move up and down relative to the communication port 202, thereby achieving the purpose of cleaning, however, in the process of lifting and pressing the flat mop up and down, the action of the flat mop can cause the bucket body 301 to be unstable, such as lifting the bucket body 301 off the ground, which is inconvenient to use, and in order to make the bucket body 301 more stable in the use process, the bottom of the bucket body 301 is provided with a suction cup 305 or an adhesive strip for stabilizing the bucket body 301, so as to firmly fix the bucket body 301 on the ground, so that in the process of cleaning the flat mop, the bucket body 301 cannot be lifted off the ground, thereby being beneficial to the bucket body 301 to be.
It is understood that the suction cups 305 may be suction cups 305 commonly used in the art, and in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 12, the suction cups 305 are disposed along a circumferential direction of the bottom of the tub 301 so as to be adsorbed on the ground, thereby effectively preventing the cleaning tool 300 from being lifted off the ground, and in another embodiment, a plurality of suction cups 305 are respectively disposed along a circumferential direction of the bottom of the tub 301, for example, when the bottom of the tub 301 has a rectangular structure, one suction cup 305 is respectively disposed at four corners of the tub 301 so as to be adsorbed on the ground, thereby effectively preventing the cleaning tool 300 from being lifted off the ground; furthermore, 1-2 suckers can be arranged on the side surface of the barrel body, so that the side wall of the barrel body is fixed on the wall surface and is not easy to turn over.
Example 5
The embodiment provides a cleaning tool 300 for a flat mop, which comprises a barrel body 301 for accommodating sewage and the water squeezing device 200 of embodiment 3, wherein the barrel body 301 is provided with a second connecting part matched with the first connecting part, the water squeezing device 200 is arranged on the barrel body 301 through the matching of the first connecting part and the second connecting part, and the barrel body 301 is closed, as shown in fig. 11.
As mentioned above, the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion may be mutually matched buckles, mutually matched threads, and the like, which are not illustrated herein.
Compared with the cleaning tool 300 provided in embodiment 4, the cleaning tool 300 provided in this embodiment can also be provided with a corresponding drain outlet 303, an interface, a drain pipe, a suction cup 305, a sticky strip, etc. at the same position as in embodiment 4, as shown in fig. 11, which is not illustrated herein.
Example 6
Based on the cleaning tool 300 provided in example 4 or example 5, the present embodiment provides a method for washing a flat mop using the cleaning tool 300, comprising the steps of:
1. placing the cleaning tool 300 at a set position and communicating a water supply pipeline with the water supply port 103;
2. adding a cleaning agent into the second container 102, inserting the flat mop into the communication port 202, opening a switch 107 between the first container 101 and the second container 102, opening a valve on a water supply pipeline, injecting clean water into the first container 101 by using the water supply pipeline, ejecting a part of the clean water through a water outlet 104 and wetting the flat mop, and ejecting the other part of the clean water into the second container 102 under the action of pressure and uniformly mixing the clean water with the cleaning agent;
3. closing a switch 107 between the first container 101 and the second container 102, closing a valve on a water supply pipeline after the flat mop is wetted, moving the flat mop up and down to squeeze water for the flat mop, and taking out the flat mop; so as to carry out cleaning work such as mopping and the like;
4. when the flat mop needs to be cleaned by using a cleaning agent, the flat mop is inserted into the communication port 202, the switch 107 between the first container 101 and the second container 102 is opened, and the water mixed with the cleaning agent in the second container 102 flows out through the water outlet 104 and can directly act on the flat mop; the flat mop can be effectively cleaned by matching with the up-down lifting and pressing actions of the flat mop;
5. closing a switch 107 between the first container 101 and the second container 102, opening a valve on a water supply pipeline, injecting clean water into the first container 101 by using the water supply pipeline, and completely spraying the clean water out through a water outlet 104 to wash the flat mop;
6. and (5) repeating the step (4) and the step (5) for a plurality of times to finish the cleaning work of the flat mop. The whole cleaning process is very convenient and labor-saving, and the cleaning effect is far better than that of the existing cleaning tool 300.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The flushing mechanism is characterized by comprising a first container and a second container communicated with the first container, wherein the first container is provided with a water supply port and a plurality of water outlets, the second container is provided with an opening for adding a cleaning agent and/or water, the second container is used for storing water, and the stored water is discharged into the first container under the action of self gravity.
2. The flush mechanism of claim 1, wherein the second container is disposed at a height equal to or greater than a height at which the first container is disposed.
3. The flush mechanism of claim 2, wherein the sum of the flow areas of the water outlets is less than the flow area of the water supply port.
4. The flushing mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a switch for controlling on/off is provided in a communication path between the first tank and the second tank.
5. The flush mechanism of claim 4, wherein the first container is disposed inside the second container,
or, the first container is disposed outside the second container.
6. A wringing device, which comprises a wringing frame and the flushing mechanism of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the wringing frame is provided with a communication port for inserting a flat mop and wringing the flat mop, the flushing mechanism is arranged on the wringing frame, and the water outlets respectively face the inside of the communication port,
the wringing frame is provided with a first connecting part for connecting the barrel body.
7. A cleaning tool is characterized by comprising a barrel body and the flushing mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a communication port for inserting a flat mop and squeezing the flat mop is arranged at the upper part of the barrel body, the communication port is communicated with the barrel body, the flushing mechanism is arranged on the barrel body, and the water outlets respectively face the inside of the communication port.
8. A cleaning tool, comprising a barrel body and the wringing device of claim 6, wherein the barrel body is provided with a second connecting part adapted to the first connecting part, and the wringing device is mounted on the barrel body by the cooperation of the first connecting part and the second connecting part and seals the barrel body.
9. The cleaning implement of claim 8, wherein the first and second connection portions are interfitting snaps,
or the first connecting part and the second connecting part are mutually matched threads.
10. A method of cleaning a flat mop including a cleaning implement as claimed in any one of claims 7 to 9, the method comprising:
step 1, placing the cleaning tool at a set position, and communicating a water supply pipeline with the water supply port;
step 2, adding a cleaning agent into the second container, inserting the flat mop into the communication port, opening a switch between the first container and the second container, opening a valve on a water supply pipeline, injecting clean water into the first container by using the water supply pipeline, ejecting a part of the clean water through a water outlet and wetting the flat mop, and ejecting the other part of the clean water into the second container under the action of pressure and uniformly mixing the clean water with the cleaning agent;
step 3, closing a switch between the first container and the second container, closing a valve on a water supply pipeline after the flat mop is wetted, moving the flat mop up and down to squeeze water for the flat mop, and taking out the flat mop;
step 4, when the flat mop needs to be cleaned, inserting the flat mop into the communication opening, opening a switch between the first container and the second container, and enabling water mixed with the cleaning agent in the second container to flow out through the water outlet and act on the flat mop;
step 5, closing a switch between the first container and the second container, opening a valve on a water supply pipeline, injecting clean water into the first container by using the water supply pipeline, and allowing all the clean water to flow out from a water outlet so as to wash the flat mop;
and 6, repeating the step 4 and the step 5 for a plurality of times to finish the cleaning work of the flat mop.
