Abstract
The invention provides a data communication monitoring system and a method, comprising the following steps: the system comprises an administrator authority identification unit, a communication authority setting unit, an abnormal data identification unit and a flow monitoring unit. The invention ensures the use safety of the system by identifying the authority of the system administrator; when the client uses the data communication network, the abnormal information in the data stream sent by the client is identified in real time, and after the identification is successful, the communication authority of the corresponding client is closed or the flow monitoring unit is used for limiting the flow of the corresponding client, so that the user experience is ensured, and meanwhile, the safety of the communication network is effectively guaranteed.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electronic communication, in particular to a data communication monitoring system and a data communication monitoring method.
Background
Data communication is a communication form which integrates data processing and transmission, realizes the receiving, storage, processing and transmission of digital information, and controls, checks and manages information flow. With the continuous development of data communication networks, more and more communication devices have been applied to industry and daily life, which greatly facilitates the work and life of people.
Along with the wide application of data communication, the security problem of data communication is increasingly appearing. Aiming at the existing data communication network, the conditions of malicious attack and damage initiated by illegal personnel often exist, for example, abnormal data is sent continuously, malicious traffic occupying the network is sent, or data with illegal information is sent from time to time, so that the data is spread in the network. Therefore, how to enhance monitoring on a data communication network, and effectively discover and control the malicious behavior, thereby ensuring security of data communication is a problem to be solved urgently.

In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a data communication monitoring system and method, which can effectively discover and monitor malicious data, thereby ensuring the security of data communication.

the communication authority setting unit is used for setting the communication network use authority of the client;
the abnormal data identification unit is used for identifying abnormal information in the data stream sent by the client, and after the abnormal information is successfully identified, the communication authority of the corresponding client is forbidden through the communication authority setting unit or the flow of the corresponding client is limited through the flow monitoring unit;
and the flow monitoring unit is used for monitoring the data flow of the client and controlling the data flow.
Further, the device also comprises a threshold value alarm unit,
and the threshold alarm unit is used for sending alarm information when the flow monitoring unit monitors that the data flow of the client exceeds a preset threshold.
The wireless communication unit comprises an SIM card slot and an SIM card communication module, the SIM card slot is connected with the SIM card communication module through an SIM card communication circuit, and after an SIM is installed in the SIM card slot, the SIM card slot is used for sending communication monitoring data or alarm information to a handheld communication terminal of an administrator through a GMS network.

and the permission opening module is used for opening the permission level of the administrator according to the permission information.

In addition, the invention is also provided with a wireless communication unit which can communicate with a handheld communication terminal of an administrator through a GMS network, and further can send a threshold alarm and corresponding communication data to the administrator.
Therefore, compared with the prior art, the invention has prominent substantive features and remarkable progress, and the beneficial effects of the implementation are also obvious.

The administrator authority authentication unit includes: the system comprises an input module, a storage module, a comparison module and an authority opening module; the input module is used for inputting the identity information and the identity check code of an administrator; the storage module is used for storing the administrator identity information, the corresponding identity check code and the authority level; the comparison module is used for comparing the identity information and the identity check code of the administrator which are input by multiple times with the identity information and the identity check code in the storage module, and locking the corresponding authority level after the comparison is successful; and the permission opening module is used for opening the permission level of the administrator according to the permission information.

The abnormal data identification unit is used for identifying abnormal information in the data stream sent by the client, and after the abnormal information is successfully identified, the communication authority of the corresponding client is forbidden through the communication authority setting unit or the flow of the corresponding client is limited through the flow monitoring unit;
and the flow monitoring unit is used for monitoring the data flow of the client and controlling the data flow.
And the threshold alarm unit is used for sending alarm information when the flow monitoring unit monitors that the data flow of the client exceeds a preset threshold.
The wireless communication unit comprises an SIM card slot and an SIM card communication module, the SIM card slot is connected with the SIM card communication module through an SIM card communication circuit, and after an SIM is installed in the SIM card slot, the SIM card slot is used for sending communication monitoring data or alarm information to a handheld communication terminal of an administrator through a GMS network.

And when the abnormal level of the client reaches a first preset level, the communication authority setting unit closes the communication network use authority of the client. The client is prohibited from using the communication network for a certain time. And when the abnormal level of the client reaches a second preset level, the flow monitoring unit modifies the TCP connection limiting parameter of the client, wherein the number of TCP connections of the client in a preset time interval is not more than the TCP connection limiting parameter. And once the TCP connection limit parameter is exceeded, prohibiting the client from TCP connection again within a certain time period, and opening the connection after the number of the TCP connections is reduced to be lower than the TCP connection limit parameter.
