It will be appreciated that the shape and length or curvature of the extension portion 30 may be configured with reference to the position between the molars and temporomandibular joints to ensure that the light from the light therapy head 40 is directed to the focal area.
As shown in fig. 3, the positioning body 60 may be a soft positioning colloid 61, and the soft positioning colloid 61 may be attached to the molar, so that a certain adsorption force is generated between the positioning body 60 and the molar, which is beneficial to improving the positioning accuracy of the phototherapy head 40 and reducing the shaking of the phototherapy head 40 during the physiotherapy process; in addition, the positioning colloid 61 is convenient to replace, can be fixed on the brush rod 20 in a bonding mode and can be replaced after being used once, so that bacteria and the like brought to the oral cavity are avoided. Further, as shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the positioning body 60 may also be a positioning brush 62, and the bristles of the positioning brush 62 are soft bristles, so that the soft bristles contact with the molars to avoid damage to the molars.
The extension portion 30 of the present embodiment is provided with a suspension head 50, and the suspension head 50 is used for carrying the extension portion 30, so as to prevent the extension portion 30 from directly contacting the surface of the irradiated focal region and contaminating human tissues. For example, the head 50 may be a foldable and retractable tripod structure with one end abutting the extension 30 and the other end abutting the mouth of the patient. In this embodiment, the structure of the suspension head 50 is not limited, and may also be a fixed seat, and the suspension head 50 is detachably mounted on the extension portion 30; for example, the hanging frame head 50 can be sleeved on the extending portion 30, and after the physiotherapy is finished, the hanging frame head 50 can be taken down from the extending portion 30, and can be replaced after the disposable use is finished.
This embodiment is provided with unsettled frame head 50 at extension 30 and not only can avoid extension 30 to pollute human tissue, can also reduce rocking of physiotherapy in-process phototherapy head 40 to make the light shine the position more accurate, promote the physiotherapy effect. In order to avoid other pathological changes caused by pollution to human tissues in the oral cavity, the present embodiment may be configured with nano self-cleaning ceramic glaze on the surfaces of the suspension head 50, the extension part 30, the brush rod 20 and the handle 10; for example, a replaceable ceramic sticker having a self-cleaning function or the like may be attached to the surface of the above-mentioned member.
When the temporomandibular joint therapeutic apparatus is used for carrying out physiotherapy on temporomandibular joints of a patient, the positioning body 60 and the suspension frame head 50 are utilized to position the phototherapy head 40 at a focal area, the control switch 42 is turned on, and the physiotherapy light generated by the phototherapy head 40 can be irradiated at the focal area to relieve the muscular pain and the arthralgia of the focal area. Compare with carrying out the physiotherapy through hot compress, massage etc. to the focal region in the correlation technique, physiotherapy light direct irradiation is in focal region surface histiocyte in this embodiment, and after the mitochondria absorption energy in the histiocyte, the catalase activity in the histiocyte increases, promotes cell metabolism and new cell synthesis, can promote the physiotherapy effect, and the treatment time can be saved to physiotherapy efficiency height simultaneously.
The extension part 30 may be an arc-shaped rod structure, and a first end of the extension part 30 is inserted into the brush rod 20 and is rotatable relative to the brush rod 20; the second end of the extending part 30 is inclined obliquely upwards relative to the brush rod 20, and the phototherapy head 40 (the light-emitting side of the second end) and the positioning body 60 are located on the same side; when the positioning body 60 on the brush rod 20 abuts against the molar, the light-emitting side of the phototherapy head 40 faces the focus area, so that the light emitted by the phototherapy head 40 irradiates the focus area.
It can be understood that, the included angle between the center line of the extension portion 30 and the center line of the brush rod 20 is 110 ° to 160 °, the included angle between the center line of the extension portion 30 and the center line of the brush rod 20 is preferably 120 °, and the present embodiment adopts the arc-shaped extension portion 30, so as to reduce the occupied space of the extension portion 30, facilitate the adjustment of the position of the phototherapy head 40 in the oral cavity, and improve the phototherapy efficiency. The extension part 30 may have other shapes, for example, the extension part 30 may be L-shaped, one end of which is inserted into the brush rod 20, and the other end of which is provided with the phototherapy head 40, and the light emitted by the phototherapy head 40 can irradiate on the focus area; the present embodiment preferably provides the extension 30 in an arc shape.
As shown in fig. 5, the extension 30 may be made of the same material as the brush rod 20, the extension 30 and the brush rod 20 may be made of a plastic or ceramic material and have an integral structure, the extension 30 has a cavity therein, and the light emitter 41 may be disposed at the second end of the extension 30; the light emitter 41 may be disposed inside the second end and connected to the control panel 80 through a signal line disposed inside the cavity; the second end is provided with a light outlet, which can be arranged at the same side of the second end as the positioning body 60, so that the light emitted by the light emitter 41 can irradiate on the focal area through the light outlet.
The handle 10 is provided with a control switch 42, the control switch 42 can be a piezoelectric switch 421, and the piezoelectric switch 421 is located between the positioning body 60 and the brush rod 20; when the positioning body 60 is abutted to the molar, the pressure generated between the positioning body and the molar excites the piezoelectric switch 421, the piezoelectric switch 421 generates a control signal and transmits the control signal to the control panel 80, the control panel 80 opens the light emitter 41, and the physiotherapy light generated by the light emitter 41 irradiates the focus area through the light outlet to relieve the pain of muscles and joints in the focus area. In this implementation, control switch 42 can be set to piezoelectric switch 421, and temporomandibular joint therapeutic apparatus can be automatically closed or opened, and automatically opened when physiotherapy is needed to be performed on the focal zone, and the temporomandibular joint therapeutic apparatus is automatically closed after the physiotherapy is finished, so that power waste is avoided, and cost is saved.
As shown in fig. 6, the extension portion 30 may also be a light guide rod made of acrylic material or optical fiber, so that the physiotherapy light can be transmitted in the light guide rod in a directional manner; the light emitter 41 may be disposed within the brush bar 20 based on the light-guiding properties of the light-guiding wand. For example, the brush bar 20 is provided with a mounting hole for the extension portion 30 to be inserted, the light emitter 41 can be disposed in the mounting hole of the brush bar 20, the physiotherapy light emitted by the light emitter 41 is transmitted to the second end along the light guide rod and is emitted from the light emitting side of the second end, so that the physiotherapy light can irradiate on the focus area. In the embodiment, the light emitter 41 is arranged at the end of the brush rod 20, so that the distance between the control panel 80 and the light emitter 41 can be shortened, that is, the arrangement length of the signal line can be shortened, thereby saving the manufacturing cost; at the same time, replacement of the damaged light emitter 41 is facilitated.
In addition, in this embodiment, the control switch 42 may be configured as a button switch 422, and the button switch 422 is located at one side of the brush rod 20 and is in signal connection with the control panel 80; when the focus area needs to be treated by physical therapy, the temporomandibular joint therapeutic apparatus is controlled to be turned on or off by external force applied to the button switch 422. It is understood that the piezoelectric switch 421 and the button switch 422 connected to the control panel 80 can be arranged on the brush bar 20 at the same time in this embodiment, so as to enhance the control reliability of the temporomandibular joint treatment apparatus.
The light emitter 41 provided in this embodiment may be any one of an electroluminescent diode (LED), a laser diode, and a neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet laser, and the power of any one of the light emitters 41 is not more than 1W, and the energy density is not more than 9 j/cm, so as to avoid damage to human tissues. Illustratively, neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet lasers, electroluminescent diodes, and laser diodes may emit blue or violet light in the visible spectrum between 400nm and 500nm, which may be used for sterilization of the oral cavity and for physical therapy of the focal zone; the embodiment can preferably select 400nm blue light as the physiotherapy light.
In addition, the Nd-doped YAG laser, the electroluminescent diode and the laser diode can also be used for emitting red light, infrared light and/or ultraviolet light, wherein the infrared light comprises the red light with the wavelength of 600-1000 nm and the power of 400-550 μ W, and can penetrate into the subcutaneous tissue for 5.5-7 mm. The red light has effects of promoting metabolism and improving blood circulation. The main clinical application range is as follows: repairing wound surface, relieving fatigue and pain. When the physiotherapy light irradiates the focal area, the mitochondrial catalase activity of cells in the focal area is increased, the cell metabolism is promoted, new cells are synthesized, and the joint and muscle pain in the focal area is relieved.
As shown in fig. 7, another embodiment of the present invention provides a temporomandibular joint treatment apparatus, which includes a brush rod 20 and an extension portion 30, wherein the brush rod 20 can be used as a holding portion, and an anti-slip thread is provided on the surface of the brush rod 20 for a medical staff to grip, so as to reduce the overall size of the temporomandibular joint treatment apparatus and save the manufacturing cost. The inside of the brush rod 20 is provided with a power supply and a control panel, the surface of the brush rod 20 is provided with a positioning body 60 and a control switch 42, the positioning body 60 is located at the front end of the brush rod 20, the control switch 42 is located in the middle of the brush rod 20, and the control switch 42 can be set as a button switch which is electrically connected with the control panel. The power supply can be a dry battery or a storage battery; in addition, the temporomandibular joint therapeutic apparatus may further comprise a voltage converter, one end of the voltage converter is connected to the power line 90, the other end of the voltage converter is connected to an external power supply device through the light emitter 41, and the light emitter 41 is directly lighted by the power supply device.
In the embodiment, the power supply is preferably set as a storage battery, and the storage battery is connected with an external charging device through a power line 90 and can be charged; compared with a dry battery as a power supply, the storage battery can be charged and discharged for multiple times, can be recycled, and saves cost; compared with the method of selecting the external power supply equipment as the power supply, the storage battery is not limited by the position of the external power supply equipment, and the use is convenient.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, another embodiment of the present invention provides a temporomandibular joint treatment apparatus comprising an electric toothbrush, an extension portion 30, a light emitter 41 and a control panel 80a connected to the light emitter 41; the temporomandibular joint therapeutic apparatus can be manufactured on the basis of the electric toothbrush, so that the electric toothbrush not only has the function of cleaning teeth, but also has the function of carrying out physical therapy on temporomandibular joint diseases.
Illustratively, the electric toothbrush includes a handle 10a, a stem 20a, and a power source 70a and a control panel 80a in the handle 10a, the stem 20a being attachable to the handle 10 a; one end of the brush rod 20a is provided with a mounting hole for inserting the extension part 30, and the extension part 30 can be selected from a light guide rod; the light emitter 41 is provided at one end of the brush bar 20a, and the light emitter 41 is connected to the control panel 80a through a signal line. One end of the brush rod 20a is provided with a brush head 60a, the brush head 60a can be used as a positioning body of the temporomandibular joint therapeutic apparatus, when the brush head 60a is abutted on the molar, light rays emitted by the light ray emitter 41 can be transmitted along the light guide rod, and can be emitted from the light emitting side of the light guide rod and irradiate on a focus area.
The control switch 42a of the electric toothbrush and the control switch 42 connected to the light emitter 41 may share one control switch, or two different control switches may be provided, respectively; similarly, the control panel 80a of the electric toothbrush and the control panel 42 to which the light emitter 41 is connected may be separately provided or may share one control panel. In this embodiment, it is preferable that the control switch 42a of the electric toothbrush and the control switch 42 connected to the light emitter 41 are separately provided, and both the control switches 42 and 42a are signal-connected to the same control panel; for example, the two control switches 42, 42a are commonly connected to the control panel 80 a. Of course, the electric toothbrush further includes a vibration device in signal connection with the control panel 80a, the vibration device driving the brush head 50a to vibrate and clean the surface of the teeth. The temporomandibular joint therapeutic apparatus provided by the embodiment not only has the function of cleaning teeth, but also has the function of pathologically treating temporomandibular joints.

Claims (10)
1. A temporomandibular joint therapeutic apparatus is characterized by comprising a brush rod, wherein the front end of the brush rod is provided with an extension part, the front end of the extension part is provided with a phototherapy head, the extension part is provided with a disposable suspension head, and the suspension head is used for preventing pollution and directly contacting irradiated human tissues;

2. The temporomandibular joint treatment apparatus of claim 1, wherein the light therapy head includes a light emitter disposed on the extension portion and a control switch to which the light emitter is connected.
3. The temporomandibular joint treatment apparatus of claim 2, wherein the control switch is a piezoelectric switch disposed between the positioning body and the brush bar, the piezoelectric switch activating the light emitter when the positioning body is pressed against the molars.
4. The temporomandibular joint treatment apparatus of claim 2, wherein the control switch is a push button switch, the push button switch being disposed on the brush bar.
5. The temporomandibular joint treatment apparatus of claim 2, wherein the light emitter is an electroluminescent diode (LED), a laser diode or a neodymium doped yttrium aluminum garnet laser.
6. A temporomandibular joint treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the phototherapy apparatus has a power of no more than 1W and an energy density of no more than 9 joules per square centimetre.
7. The temporomandibular joint treatment apparatus of claim 1, wherein the front end of the brush bar is provided with a mounting hole in which the rear end of the extension portion is removably mounted and in which the rear end of the extension portion is rotatable.
8. The temporomandibular joint treatment apparatus of claim 1 or claim 7, wherein the extension portion is inclined obliquely upwards relative to the brush bar, the light therapy head and the positioning body being on the same side.
9. The temporomandibular joint treatment apparatus of claim 8, wherein the angle between the centre line of the extension portion and the centre line of the brush bar is between 110 ° and 160 °.
10. The temporomandibular joint treatment apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a handle connected to a rear end of the brush bar.
