30 parts of PO42.5 cement, 30 parts of construction waste regenerated red brick sand (the particle size is 16-50 meshes), 20 parts of construction waste regenerated aerated brick sand (the particle size is 30-100 meshes), 15 parts of regenerated wood particles (the particle size is 18-50 meshes), 15 parts of hollow floating beads (the particle size is 80-120 meshes), 10 parts of incinerator slag (the particle size is 50-100 meshes), 10 parts of regenerated foamed ceramic cutting waste particles (the particle size is 16-50 meshes), 2.5 parts of latex powder, 1 part of hydroxymethyl methyl cellulose ether (the viscosity is not less than 4000), 0.2 part of polypropylene fiber (the length is 2-3 cm), 0.2 part of special mortar powder polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency water reducer (the water reduction rate is not less than 25%), and 30 parts of tap water.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
sequentially adding the cement, the construction waste recycled red brick sand, the construction waste recycled aerated brick sand, the recycled wood particles, the hollow floating beads, the incinerator slag, the recycled foamed ceramic cutting waste particles, the latex powder, the cellulose ether, the recycled fiber and the water reducing agent into a forced concrete mixer, and premixing for 10min to obtain a dry powder;
and mixing and stirring the obtained dry powder and water for 10min to obtain the recycled aggregate sound insulation mortar.
Performance testing
The sound insulation mortar prepared by the embodiment is paved on a structural floor slab, the thickness is not less than 30mm, and the performance test is carried out according to the JGJ 70-2009 building mortar basic performance test method, GB/T20473-314d, no crack is detected, and the floor impact sound pressure level is 64 dB.
Example 2
The raw material ratio is as follows:
32 parts of PO42.5 cement, 35 parts of construction waste regenerated red brick sand (the particle size is 16-50 meshes), 25 parts of construction waste regenerated aerated brick sand (the particle size is 30-100 meshes), 10 parts of regenerated wood particles (the particle size is 18-50 meshes), 10 parts of hollow floating beads (the particle size is 80-120 meshes), 10 parts of incinerator slag (the particle size is 50-100 meshes), 10 parts of regenerated foamed ceramic cutting waste particles (the particle size is 16-50 meshes), 2 parts of latex powder, 2 parts of hydroxymethyl methyl cellulose ether (the viscosity is not less than 4000), 0.23 part of polypropylene fiber (the length is 2-3 cm), 0.25 part of special mortar powder polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency water reducer (the water reduction rate is not less than 25%), and 33 parts of tap water.
The preparation method is the same as example 1.
Performance testing
The sound insulation mortar prepared by the embodiment is paved on a structural floor, the thickness is not less than 30mm, and the performance test is carried out according to the method described in the embodiment 1, and the result shows that the sound insulation mortar has good workability, the fluidity is 165mm, the bonding strength is 0.32MPa, and the dry density is 1215kg/m314d, no crack was detected and the floor impact sound pressure level was 66 dB.
Example 3
The raw material ratio is as follows:
35 parts of PO42.5 cement, 34 parts of construction waste regenerated red brick sand (the particle size is 16-50 meshes), 23 parts of construction waste regenerated aerated brick sand (the particle size is 30-100 meshes), 13 parts of regenerated wood particles (the particle size is 18-50 meshes), 12 parts of hollow floating beads (the particle size is 80-120 meshes), 15 parts of incinerator slag (the particle size is 50-100 meshes), 13 parts of regenerated foamed ceramic cutting waste particles (the particle size is 16-50 meshes), 2.2 parts of latex powder, 2.5 parts of hydroxymethyl methyl cellulose ether (the viscosity is not less than 4000), 0.3 part of polypropylene fiber (the length is 2-3 cm), 0.3 part of special mortar powder polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency water reducer (the water reduction rate is not less than 25%), and 35 parts of tap water.
The preparation method is the same as example 1.
Performance testing
The sound insulation mortar prepared by the embodiment is paved on a structural floor, the thickness is not less than 30mm, and the performance test is carried out according to the method described in the embodiment 1, and the result shows that the sound insulation mortar has good workability, the fluidity is 160mm, the bonding strength is 0.38MPa, and the dry density is 1210kg/m314d, no crack is detected, and the sound pressure level of floor impact sound is 65 dB.
Example 4
The raw material ratio is as follows:
30 parts of PI42.5 cement, 35 parts of construction waste regenerated red brick sand (the particle size is 16-50 meshes), 25 parts of construction waste regenerated aerated brick sand (the particle size is 30-100 meshes), 10 parts of regenerated wood particles (the particle size is 18-50 meshes), 10 parts of hollow floating beads (the particle size is 80-120 meshes), 10 parts of incinerator slag (the particle size is 50-100 meshes), 10 parts of regenerated foamed ceramic cutting waste particles (the particle size is 16-50 meshes), 2 parts of latex powder, 1.5 parts of hydroxymethyl methyl cellulose ether (the viscosity is not less than 4000), 0.25 part of polypropylene fiber (the length is 2-3 cm), 0.3 part of special mortar powder polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency water reducer (the water reduction rate is not less than 25%), and 31 parts of tap water.
The preparation method is the same as example 1.
Performance testing
The sound insulation mortar prepared by the embodiment is paved on a structural floor, the thickness is not less than 30mm, and the performance test is carried out according to the method described in the embodiment 1, and the result shows that the sound insulation mortar has good workability, the fluidity is 162mm, the bonding strength is 0.38MPa, and the dry density is 1220kg/m314d, no crack was detected, and the floor impact sound pressure level was 67 dB.
Example 5
The raw material ratio is as follows:
32 parts of PII42.5 cement, 33 parts of construction waste regenerated red brick sand (the particle size is 16-50 meshes), 20 parts of construction waste regenerated aerated brick sand (the particle size is 30-100 meshes), 15 parts of regenerated wood particles (the particle size is 18-50 meshes), 12 parts of hollow floating beads (the particle size is 80-120 meshes), 10 parts of incinerator slag (the particle size is 50-100 meshes), 10 parts of regenerated foamed ceramic cutting waste particles (the particle size is 16-50 meshes), 2.5 parts of latex powder, 1.5 parts of hydroxymethyl methyl cellulose ether (the viscosity is not less than 4000), 0.24 part of polypropylene fiber (the length is 2-3 cm), 0.22 part of special mortar powder polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency water reducer (the water reduction rate is not less than 25 percent) and 31 parts of tap water.
The preparation method is the same as example 1.
Performance testing
The sound insulation mortar prepared in the embodiment is paved on a structural floor, the thickness is not less than 30mm, and the performance test is carried out on the sound insulation mortar according to the method in the embodiment 1, and the result shows that the sound insulation mortar has good workability, the fluidity is 163mm, the bonding strength is 0.37MPa, and the dry density is 1215kg/m314d, no crack was detected and the floor impact sound pressure level was 66 dB.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The recycled aggregate sound insulation mortar is characterized by comprising the following preparation raw materials in parts by mass:
30-35 parts of cement; 30-35 parts of construction waste regenerated red brick sand; 20-25 parts of construction waste regenerated aerated brick sand; 10-15 parts of regenerated wood particles; 10-15 parts of hollow floating beads; 10-15 parts of incinerator slag; 10-15 parts of regenerated foamed ceramic cutting waste particles; 2-5 parts of latex powder; 1-5 parts of cellulose ether; 0.2-0.3 part of regenerated fiber; 0.2-0.3 part of a water reducing agent; 30-35 parts of water.
2. The recycled aggregate sound insulation mortar according to claim 1, wherein the cement is portland cement or ordinary portland cement having a compressive strength of not less than 42.5 MPa.
3. The recycled aggregate sound insulation mortar of claim 1, wherein the particle size of the construction waste recycled red brick sand is 16-50 meshes; the grain size of the aerated brick sand regenerated from the construction waste is 30-100 meshes.
4. The recycled aggregate sound insulation mortar according to claim 1, wherein the recycled wood particles have a particle size of 18-50 meshes; the particle size of the hollow floating beads is 80-120 meshes.
5. The recycled aggregate sound insulation mortar according to claim 1, wherein the incineration slag is household garbage incineration slag, and the particle size of the incineration slag is 50-100 meshes.
6. The recycled aggregate sound insulation mortar according to claim 1, wherein the recycled foamed ceramic cutting waste particles have a particle size of 16-50 meshes.
7. The recycled aggregate sound-insulation mortar of claim 1, wherein the cellulose ether is a hydroxymethyl methyl cellulose ether having a viscosity of not less than 4000.
8. The recycled aggregate sound insulation mortar according to claim 1, wherein the recycled fibers are polypropylene fibers, and the length of the recycled fibers is 2-3 cm; the water reducing agent is a special powder polycarboxylate superplasticizer for mortar, and the water reducing rate of the special powder polycarboxylate superplasticizer is not less than 25%.
9. The preparation method of the recycled aggregate sound insulation mortar according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized by comprising the following steps:
premixing the cement, the construction waste recycled red brick sand, the construction waste recycled aerated brick sand, the recycled wood particles, the hollow floating beads, the incinerator slag, the recycled foamed ceramic cutting waste particles, the latex powder, the cellulose ether, the recycled fiber and the water reducing agent to obtain a dry powder;
and mixing and stirring the obtained dry powder and water to obtain the recycled aggregate sound insulation mortar.
10. The preparation method according to claim 9, wherein the mixing time of the mixing and stirring is 10min or more.
