Referring to fig. 1, the present invention includes an insulating base 1, a conductive body 2, a spring 3 and a locking bar 4.

Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the locking rod 4 is a rod-shaped member having a shaft hole 43 in the middle, a locking hook 41 at one end and a push rod platform 44 at the other end, and an elastic claw 42 is disposed below the locking hook 41.
Referring to fig. 1, the locking rod 4 is arranged in the locking wire cavity 11 of the insulating base 1, and the shaft hole 43 of the locking rod 4 is hinged with the positioning shaft 15;
the electric conductor 2 is arranged on the fixing plate 33 of the elastic sheet 3, and the buckle 21 of the electric conductor 2 is clamped with the clamping hole 331 of the fixing plate 33;
the elastic sheet 3 is arranged in the wire locking cavity 11 of the insulating base 1, the transition arc 311 of the elastic sheet 3 is hinged on the elastic sheet shaft 16, and the free end 312 of the wire pressing arm 31 on the elastic sheet 3 is clamped with the lock hook 41 of the lock rod 4.

referring to fig. 1 and 6, during threading, the insulating layer of the cable 5 is stripped, and the cable 5 is inserted in place from the threading hole 12 of the insulating base 1, at this time, because the cable 5 is not in contact with the elastic sheet 3, the cable 5 can be accurately arranged in place without obstacles; the push rod is inserted into the lower operation hole 14, the push rod platform 44 of the lock rod 4 is triggered by the push rod to enable the lock rod 4 to swing clockwise around the positioning shaft 15 of the insulation base 1, the elastic claw 42 is compressed, the lock hook 41 on the lock rod 4 is separated from the free end 312 of the elastic sheet 3, the elastic sheet 3 is released, the free end 312 of the elastic sheet 3 presses the cable 5 to be in contact with the conductor 2, at the moment, the elastic claw 4 restores to deform to enable the lock rod 42 to reset, and on-site wire making is completed. The present invention can be applied to cables 5 of various specifications.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, in the invention, the conductor 2 is arranged on the fixing plate 33 of the elastic sheet 3, and the buckle 21 of the conductor 2 is clamped with the clamping hole 331 of the fixing plate 33, so that the conductor 2 and the elastic sheet 3 cannot move relatively no matter in the process of wire making and wire removing or in the vibration environment of the finished product with wires, the contact reliability of the cable 5 and the conductor 2 is ensured, and the vibration resistance of the product is also improved.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 6, the spring plate 3 of the present invention is a stamping part, on which a connection panel 34 is disposed, one side of the connection panel 34 is disposed with a fixing plate 33, and the other side is disposed with a pressing arm 31, and the pressing arm 31 is disposed with a transition arc 311 and a free end 312; during assembly, the elastic sheet 3 is pressed into the wire locking cavity 11 of the insulating base 1, and the installation of the wire locking structure is completed without any connecting piece, so that the structure is very simplified, and accidents caused by loosening of internal screws or parts of the conventional connector are avoided.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 6, the upper operation hole 13 is formed in the insulating base 1, and when disconnecting, the push rod is inserted into the upper operation hole 13 and touches the wire pressing arm 31 of the elastic sheet 3 until the latch hook 41 on the latch lever 4 latches the free end 312 of the elastic sheet 3, the cable 5 is completely released, and the cable 5 is easily detached.
According to the invention, the structure of rapid wire locking solves the problem that the connector needs to be opened before a wire is inserted into the connector after the wire is made on site, and improves the efficiency of on-site wire locking; the invention has small structure size, and accords with the application trend of integration and miniaturization of matched equipment; the invention also has the advantages of quick and accurate wire locking, no damage to cables, high connection reliability, simple and convenient operation and low cost.
