Referring to fig. 1, a conventional packaging box for a display panel is provided, which includes:
a cabinet 20, wherein the cabinet 20 has a receiving groove for storing the display panel 50 therein, and the top of the cabinet 20 is open;
a cover 30 covering the top of the case 20 to seal the accommodating groove;
inside the receiving groove, the display panel 50 is stored in a manner that the second gasket 40 (which is different from the gasket provided in the present invention, and is defined as a conventional gasket) is stacked on the display panel 50.
After the packing box is stacked and pressed statically, the bottom of the packing box is easy to deform and is sequentially sunken downwards from the outside to the inside, the maximum deformation is close to 1.95mm (obtained by taking a 75-inch packing box as an example for simulation calculation), namely, a gap 60 exists between the second gasket at the lowest layer and the bottom surface of the box body 20, water vapor is easy to accumulate at the gap 60 and is gathered at the corresponding position of the liquid crystal panel 50 at the bottom through the gasket, and the oval whitening area is shown at the position due to long-time water vapor accumulation, namely, the round mura defect is caused.
Based on this, the present invention provides a gasket for a display panel, referring to fig. 2 for a plane structure and fig. 3 for a cross-sectional structure, specifically, the gasket 10 includes a first area 102 having a first thickness and a second area 101 having a second thickness, where the second thickness is greater than the first thickness, that is, the excess thickness of the second area 101 can be used to fill up the recess generated at the bottom of the packing box, thereby avoiding the mura defect.
In this embodiment, the second area 101 is located at the center of the pad, and the first area 102 surrounds the second area 101, so as to adaptively compensate for the sequential increase of the concavity of the bottom of the packing box from the outside to the inside.
In the present embodiment, the gasket 10 has a rectangular shape, and the thickened region 101 has a circular or elliptical shape.
In this embodiment, a first surface (an upper surface shown in fig. 3) of the gasket 10 is a plane, and on a second surface (a lower surface shown in fig. 3) opposite to the first surface, the first region 102 is a plane, the second region 101 is an outwardly convex arc surface, and a thickness of the second region 101 decreases from a center to a periphery of the gasket 10, wherein the first surface provides a flat contact supporting surface for the display panel, and the second surface compensates for a deformation area of the bottom of the packing box.
In this embodiment, the gasket is made of a polyethylene foam, which has the advantages of water-proof, moisture-proof, shock-proof, sound-proof, thermal insulation, good plasticity, strong toughness, recycling, environmental protection, strong impact resistance, and good chemical resistance.
In another aspect, the present invention further provides a packing box for a display panel, which has a sectional structure shown in fig. 4, and includes:
a cabinet 20, wherein the cabinet 20 has a receiving groove for storing the display panel 50 therein, and the top of the cabinet 20 is open;
a cover 30 covering the top of the case 20 to seal the accommodating groove;
in order to distinguish the gasket provided in the previous embodiment from the conventional gasket, the gasket is laid on the bottom surface of the accommodating groove in the box body, and in this embodiment, the gasket is defined as a first gasket 10, and the second surface (i.e., the surface of the thickened area where the outward protruding arc exists) of the first gasket 10 faces the bottom surface of the accommodating groove in the box body 20, and the downward recessed portion formed at the bottom of the box body 20 after the static pressure is applied is sequentially filled, so that the gap between the bottom of the box body 20 and the first gasket 10 disappears or is extremely small, and the problem that the corresponding position of the display panel is prone to generate mura defect due to water vapor accumulation at the position is avoided.
In this embodiment, the first gasket 10 is made of polyethylene foam, and can expand and contract correspondingly with the deformation of the box 20, that is, the deformation area of the box 20 is filled.
In a common packing mode, a plurality of display panels are stacked in one packing box, namely, the packing box is packed by stacking gaskets and the display panels in sequence, the first gasket 10 with the special design is arranged on the lowest layer, namely the bottom surface in the box body, and the other gaskets on the first gasket are the conventional second gasket 50.
In addition, in the prior art, the upper and lower cases are often stacked, that is, the upper case is equivalent to the case cover of the lower case, and only one case cover is sealed at the topmost layer of the whole pallet, which is not shown in the figure, but should be easily understood by those skilled in the art.
It should be noted that, in the above-mentioned embodiment of the packaging box for the display panel, only the above-mentioned structure is described, and it should be understood that any other necessary structure may be included as required besides the above-mentioned structure, and the specific structure is not limited herein.

5. A packaging box for a display panel, comprising:
the display device comprises a box body, a display panel and a display screen, wherein a containing groove for storing the display panel is formed in the box body, and the top of the box body is open;

the gasket is laid on the bottom surface of the accommodating groove in the box body, and comprises a first area with a first thickness and a second area thickening area with a second thickness, wherein the second thickness is larger than the first thickness;
