Abstract
The invention discloses a system for detecting temperature in cold chain transportation based on RFID technology, which comprises a database processor, an RFID data acquisition module, a GPS positioning module and a data terminal module; the RFID data acquisition module comprises an RFID intelligent temperature tag and an RFID temperature wireless sensor, wherein the database processor is connected with the RFID data acquisition module, the GPS positioning module and the data terminal module, and the data terminal module is connected with the mobile terminal. The invention has the advantages that the temperature and the position of the product in the transportation process can be accurately detected in real time by setting different colors according to different requirements of the temperature of the product, and the GPS positioning module can be used for knowing which stage the product has a problem, so that the temperature change condition in the whole cold-chain logistics transportation and storage process can be conveniently and rapidly inquired, and the real transparent logistics is achieved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cold chain management, in particular to a system for detecting temperature in cold chain transportation based on an RFID technology.
Background
Along with the improvement of people to the living quality requirement, the safety of food has obtained people's concern, and for guaranteeing that more and more trade companies of the freshness of food adopt cold chain transportation, the object of cold chain transportation mainly has: pharmaceuticals such as vaccines and blood products, and fresh-keeping foods such as quick-frozen foods, meat, cold drinks, vegetables, fruits, aquatic products and the like are very important for monitoring the temperature in cold chain transportation, but the traditional temperature detection recorder is expensive and large in size, cannot measure the temperature of a single box body, cannot automatically identify goods information, cannot export data by wired connection and manual intervention, cannot dynamically detect the process state of a cold chain transportation vehicle by companies and clients, reduces the monitoring accuracy and real-time performance of a monitoring center, and cannot meet the temperature and humidity monitoring requirement of the modern cold chain transportation industry;
the RFID is an advanced powerful technology, which is based on a radio frequency technology and can be used as a material identification means, the RFID can store a large amount of useful information related to materials besides storing a unique identification number, and can safely transmit in a wireless mode, an RFID label is packaged on the surface of the material and contains various information to be stored in a chip at the center of the label, the information contained in the label can be read and updated in a controllable range by a card reader matched with the label, the RFID technology is different from the conventional bar code technology, the information amount carried by the RFID label is larger, the communication can be longer, and the use mode is flexible; therefore, all temperature change conditions in the cold chain transportation process can be traced through data by combining the RFID technology.

The technical scheme of the invention is that a system for detecting the temperature in cold chain transportation based on RFID technology comprises a database processor, an RFID data acquisition module, a GPS positioning module and a data terminal module; the RFID data acquisition module comprises an RFID intelligent temperature tag and an RFID temperature wireless sensor, wherein the database processor is connected with the RFID data acquisition module, the GPS positioning module and the data terminal module, and the data terminal module is connected with the mobile terminal.

The cold chain mainly transports products such as vaccines, blood products, fresh-keeping foods and the like, but the traditional temperature detection recorder is expensive and large in size, cannot measure the temperature of a single box body, cannot automatically identify goods information and can derive data only by wired connection and manual intervention, companies and clients cannot dynamically detect the process state of a cold chain transport vehicle, the monitoring accuracy and real-time performance of a monitoring center are reduced, and the requirement of temperature and humidity monitoring in the modern cold chain transport industry cannot be met, so that the system for detecting the temperature in cold chain transport based on the RFID technology is provided.
The system for detecting the temperature in cold chain transportation based on the RFID technology comprises a database processor, an RFID data acquisition module, a GPS positioning module and a data terminal module, and the detection method comprises the following steps: the RFID intelligent temperature label with corresponding color and number is attached to the package of a product according to the requirement of the temperature of the product, an RFID temperature wireless sensor is installed on the package of the product, a GPS positioning module monitors the position of the product in the whole process in the cold chain transportation process, the RFID temperature wireless sensor detects the temperature of the product in real time and feeds the temperature information back to a database processor, the database processor transmits the temperature information to a display module in the database processor, the display module receives the information and displays the temperature through a display screen, and simultaneously feeds the temperature information back to a monitoring module in the database processor, the monitoring module judges the temperature of the product and judges whether the temperature is abnormal, when the temperature is abnormal, the monitoring module transmits the information to an alarm module in the database processor and reminds through a light-emitting device or a sound-emitting device, meanwhile, abnormal information is transmitted to the database processor, the database processor can make corresponding judgment to transmit the information to the data terminal module, the data terminal module transmits the information to the mobile terminal of a mobile phone or a computer, a user can make corresponding treatment after receiving the information, and the GPS positioning module is used for judging which transportation stage the product has problems.
The database processor is used for central control, is connected with a display module, a monitoring module and an alarm module, processes temperature information correspondingly, and is also connected with an RFID data acquisition module, a GPS positioning module and a data terminal module, and the modules are further described below, wherein the GPS positioning module is mainly used for positioning products in real time and tracking logistics;
the data terminal module is mainly used for connecting the data transmission terminal module of information with the mobile terminal through the mobile internet, a user can send information inquiry to the database processor through the mobile terminal of a mobile phone or a computer, after receiving the inquiry information, the data terminal module transmits temperature data information fed back by the database processor through wireless transmission to the mobile terminal, and the user can know the temperature change condition in the cold chain transportation process so that the cold chain transportation process information is transparent;
the RFID data acquisition module comprises an RFID intelligent temperature label and an RFID temperature wireless sensor, the RFID intelligent temperature label is provided with different colors and numbers (for example, the color of a frozen product label is blue, the number of the frozen product label is L D001, the color of a fresh-keeping product label is gray, the number of the fresh-keeping product label is BX001, the color of a refrigerated product label is green, the number of the refrigerated product label is L C001, the color of a constant-temperature product label is white, the number of the constant-temperature product label is HW001, and different numbers are set according to different products), the bar code of the RFID intelligent temperature label comprises product delivery information, transportation time information and temperature change information, a user can extract the information in the label by adopting a code reader which performs data transmission with the RFID intelligent temperature label through microwave radio frequency, the user can know the information of the product and the temperature change in the transportation process through the display on the code reader, and the RFID temperature wireless sensor is used for detecting.
