Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical equipment, in particular to a ureter combined compression device.
Background
Intravenous pyelography (IVP), which is a method for examining the pathological changes of the whole urinary tract by discharging a used intravenous injection developer into the urinary tract through the kidney to observe the parenchyma of the kidney, the renal pelvis, the renal calyx, the ureter and the bladder, also called as discharging urography, can be used for CT urography examination (CTU), utilizes the characteristics of fast spiral CT scanning and large information capacity to inject the developer through blood vessels, adopts a reconstruction mode to clearly display the morphological characteristics of the heart, the great blood vessels of the spleen and the urinary system, and can conveniently, accurately and multi-angle display the conditions of the blood vessels and the ureter.
However, in actual use, the conventional IVP examination adopts an artificial physical compression device, and the ureter is compressed by inquiring the compression bearing degree of a patient through the experience of a technician, so that quantitative analysis cannot be realized; meanwhile, in the using process, after a technician finishes intravenous injection of a developer to a patient, the technician needs to wait for the developer to enter the renal parenchyma, the renal pelvis, the renal calyx, the ureter and the bladder to perform scanning and developing, and in this time, because the patient often does not wait on the bed in the waiting process but moves outside, the patient is easily influenced by the outside to cause the change of the extrusion pressure, because the scanning and developing are needed to be performed only according to approximate time and scanning and developing are performed at a certain time, but after the pressure of a detected part is changed, the technician finally finds that the developer cannot completely enter the contrasted part after the scanning and developing, and the contrast result is inaccurate.
