Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present invention, all the expressions "first" and "second" are used to distinguish two entities with the same name but different entities or different parameters, and it is noted that the "first" and "second" are only used for convenience of expression, and should not be construed as limiting the embodiments of the present invention, and the following embodiments are not described one by one.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, a method for identifying an RFID tag is provided, and specifically includes the following steps:
s200, reading first data of an RFID tag set in a first preset time;
s400, identifying according to the first data, and acquiring the number of the identified RFID tags;
s600, in response to the fact that all RFID tags are not recognized according to the first data, second data of the read RFID tag set are polled by taking second preset time as a period;
s800, identifying according to the second data of each period to obtain an identification result of the RFID tag set.
According to the RFID tag identification method, the real identification time of the RFID tag is closer to the theoretical identification time by carrying out identification for one time in the first preset time and then carrying out polling identification in the second preset time, so that the identification efficiency is improved.
In yet another embodiment, the application of the RFID tag to the article is to construct an RFID tag set sample, where all articles in one tag set are identified together when it is required to be described, that is, the RFID reader receives data of each RFID tag simultaneously, where the RFID tag set sample includes multiple types of articles, such as paper articles, plastic articles, and metal articles, and the like, and each corresponding RFID tag stores data information for representing the article in advance, for example, the RFID tag set sample includes 5 RFID tags, assuming that the theoretical identification time of the RFID tag of 3 articles is 1S, the theoretical identification time of the RFID tag of 2 articles is 3S, and the theoretical identification time of the RFID tag of the remaining articles is 6S, as shown in fig. 3, the RFID tag identification method of the embodiment specifically includes the following steps:
s110, carrying out polling recognition training by using an RFID tag set sample, and acquiring the recognition rate of each polling period, wherein the polling period of the polling recognition training is smaller than the first preset time;
the recognition rate refers to the ratio of the number of recognized tags to the tag set. For example, if the polling period is 1s for the RFID tag set sample, all the products are identified after 6 polling identifications are performed, and the identification rate of each polling period is calculated as shown in the following table.
Time 1S 2S 3S 4S 5S 6S
Recognition rate 0.6 0.6 0.8 0.8 0.8 1
S120, determining the first preset time and the second preset time according to the identification rate of each polling period;
the step 120 specifically includes:
s121, responding to the identification rate of a certain polling period to be larger than or equal to a first preset value, and taking the duration of the certain polling period as the first preset time. For example, the first preset value may be set to 0.6, and after the first poll, the current identification rate reaches 0.6, although the identification rate at the time of the second poll is still 0.6, which is set for 1S at the first preset time in this implementation. It will be understood, of course, that the first preset value may be other values, and may be set according to specific data during implementation, which is not limited by the present invention.
S122, comparing the identification rate of the polling period after the certain polling period with the identification rate of the first preset time;
and S123, in response to the recognition rate of another polling period after a certain polling period being greater than the recognition rate of the first preset time, subtracting the first preset time from the duration of the other polling period to obtain a second preset time. Continuing with the above table as an example, the second preset time in this embodiment is set to 2S if the recognition rate changes at 3S in the polling period after 1S. It will be understood, of course, that the second preset value may be any other value, and may be set according to specific data during implementation, which is not limited by the present invention.
S130, determining the number of times of polling the read RFID tag set with the second preset time as a period according to the identification rate of each polling period.
The step 130 specifically includes:
s131, determining the identification completion time of the RFID tag set sample according to the identification rate of each polling period, wherein the identification completion time is the duration time of the polling period when the identification rate reaches one hundred percent for the first time;
and continuing to perform parameter list-up, wherein 5 list-up in the RFID tag set sample is recognized and processed at the 6 th s, and then the recognition completion time of the RFID tag set sample is 6s.
S132, determining the times of polling and reading the RFID tag set by taking the second preset time as a period according to the identification completion time and the second preset time. The number of times of polling with the second preset time can be calculated and read the number of times of RFID label set in the second preset time by using the formula 1; specifically, the numerical values in the table and the obtained first preset time and second preset time are substituted into a formula, and then the reading times are determined to be 3.
Figure BDA0002422206720000061
Wherein y represents the number of times of reading the RFID tag set within the second preset time, [ · ] represents the pair-rounding, x represents the difference between the recognition completion time and the first preset time, and z represents the second preset time.
According to the RFID tag identification method, the first preset time, the second preset time for polling and the polling times are determined by using the RFID tag set sample, so that parameters identified by the RFID tags are closer to reality and are easy to combine with different application scenes.
In yet another embodiment, the method of the present invention further comprises the steps of:
s910, calculating the identification rate of each second data;
and S920, stopping identification in response to the identification rate of a certain second data being greater than or equal to a second preset value.
It should be specifically noted that, the second preset value in this embodiment may be adjusted according to the requirement of the user, for example, ninety percent of the user needs to be identified and the identification may be stopped, so that no polling is required, and even if the set polling times are not reached, the identification may still be stopped.
In another embodiment, the RFID tag identification method is applied to an unmanned sales counter, and the specific flow is as follows:
the RFID tag is attached to a specified commodity for testing and is placed in an unmanned sales counter, a commodity name list corresponding to the commodity for testing is set to ensure that all the commodity for testing can be identified, wherein the RFID tag is attached to the commodity for testing, the identification result, namely the identification time of each polling, the identification times and the identification rate of the current identification are obtained through training, and the first preset time, the second preset time and the identification times are determined by using the obtained identification result. In actual use, the unmanned sales counter reads data from all the tag sets to be identified on the first preset time line, and performs commodity name identification, and if all the RFID tags are identified, the identification is stopped without continuous polling. If the unrecognized commodity exists, the unmanned sales counter performs polling recognition by taking the second preset time as a period until all RFID tags are recognized or the current recognition rate reaches the requirement of a user.
As shown in FIG. 4, the comparison chart of the recognition rate and time obtained by the method and the comparison chart of the user satisfaction degree and the recognition time shown in FIG. 5 are obtained, the recognition time and the recognition accuracy rate are considered by the method, the recognition requirement of a user is ensured, and meanwhile, less recognition time is adopted as much as possible, so that the method has better recognition efficiency.
In view of the above object, a second aspect of the embodiments of the present invention proposes an RFID tag identification apparatus capable of being used for an RFID tag. The RFID tag identification device uses the RFID tag identification method.
