Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of braking and speed regulation of railway station lines to traffic, in particular to railway station line traffic braking, which is embodied as a rail traffic braking device.
Background
With the rapid development of society and economy, the requirement on the speed of the train is higher and higher nowadays, and meanwhile, the safety performance of the whole train is hidden in the process that the train runs at an over-high speed. For the brake: the braking torque cannot be controlled; the main reason is that the whole braking process is too rigid and difficult to control under the condition of emergency braking of a high-speed and high-inertia train. The prediction of the braking effect does not correspond to the actual braking effect, which may seriously shorten the life of the machine to be braked and the braking device, and even may cause damage to the strength, rigidity, etc. of the mechanism. On the other hand, the transmission chain of the braking device is too long, so that the inertia moment of the whole mechanism is large, certain additional inertia load is generated, and finally the uncertainty of the braking time and the expected formulation effect cannot be realized.
Therefore, in order to achieve an efficient braking effect, certain braking condition requirements must be met. Such as: the uniform variable speed braking, the controllable braking time, the controllable braking torque and the like are realized. This requires that the braking device has a certain applicability, can be adapted to different working conditions, and also puts higher demands on the controllability of the braking and the service life of the braking mechanism to ensure that a predetermined braking effect is achieved.
The electromechanical brake has the advantages of small structure and accurate output torque, is mostly applied to automobile vehicles, and is gradually used on rail vehicles in recent years. Through the search, the chinese patent application CN 110696797 a discloses a pressure generating device for a brake system of a vehicle, which drives a worm-worm gear to drive a lead screw to operate through a motor, and further pushes a piston to apply a braking force, thereby implementing a common braking function in electromechanical braking. If the scheme is directly applied to the railway vehicle brake device with the spring brake cylinder, the service brake of the railway vehicle can be realized, and the parking brake function is realized by the original spring brake cylinder. Although the direct application improves the braking precision, the whole braking device has a huge structure because the spring brake cylinder is reserved, and if the spring brake cylinder is cancelled and the brake pad is directly driven through the screw rod, the parking braking function cannot be realized.

the parking mechanism includes: the parking brake device comprises a parking motor, a parking screw rod driven by the parking motor, and a brake block which is spirally arranged on the parking screw rod and can linearly move along the axial direction of the parking screw rod, wherein the brake block is used for clamping a worm in the radial direction, so that the worm is static, the braking torque is kept, and the parking brake of a train is realized.
In the braking mechanism, a torque motor transmits torque-controllable power to the braking mechanism through the turning of a transmission device. The evolution mechanism of a four-bar mechanism, namely a sine mechanism, is adopted, power driving is realized by a screw-nut pair in a linear mechanism, an actuator-brake shoe on a driving connecting rod realizes the change of the pose, and the actuator-brake shoe tightly holds a member to be braked, so that the high-speed braking of the train is realized.
In the parking mechanism, bidirectional screw rods with opposite rotation directions are adopted to drive respective brake blocks and clamp a transmission shaft, so that two states of train brake keeping and parking are realized.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the manufacturing and installation precision of the transmission mechanism parts is proper, and the overall part layout is reasonable, so that the basic strength and the service life of the transmission mechanism parts are ensured. The torque motor realizes direction change through a pair of bevel gear pairs and transmits power to the power spindle. The power main shaft transmits power to the braking mechanism through the worm gear pair.
As the preferable technical scheme of the invention, the installation and processing precision of the four-bar mechanism of the brake mechanism part and the four-bar mechanism must be controlled within a reasonable range so as to ensure the reasonable pose of the connecting rod. Meanwhile, the two linear pairs are required to be tightly matched, and a high-precision machine tool is adopted for machining when necessary. The nut pair provides power input by the rotation of the screw rod, and the sliding block pair kinematic pair is realized through the dovetail groove, so that the power is transmitted to the connecting rod. The brake shoe is fixed on the connecting rod, and the connecting rod drives the brake shoe to realize the pose adjustment and execute two processes of high-speed braking and speed reduction.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the parking mechanism part requires proper braking force to ensure the braking effect. Meanwhile, the horizontal precision of the axis of the brake block is ensured, so that the hole of the brake block is tightly matched with the shaft, more point and surface contacts are ensured, the effect of tight matching is achieved, the braking effect is guaranteed, the excessive abrasion of the matching surface is reduced, and the service life is prolonged. The independent motor adjusts power transmission through a pair of bevel gears, realizes horizontal transmission of torque, drives the lead screw, realizes linear motion of the brake block, and accordingly executes parking braking.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the controllability of the braking process of the machine is realized by designing the torque motor. The parking mechanism part is arranged inside the parking device, so that reliable parking can be guaranteed and maintained, and the combination of high-speed braking and parking is realized. And the brake mechanism part realizes the position and attitude adjustment of the brake actuator and the brake shoe by utilizing a connecting rod curve of the four-bar mechanism. The self-locking of the mechanism can be realized by adopting the driving of the screw rod, and the stability of the braking force is ensured. The braking process of the braking device is mainly as follows: the deceleration or braking of the rail transit is realized through the braking mechanism until the train stops, and the holding of the braking torque is realized by the parking mechanism part so as to maintain the stop state of the train.
