Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a box structure of a cleaning machine comprises a water tank body 1 and a door body assembly 2 rotatably arranged at the top of the water tank body 1, wherein the water tank body 1 and the door body assembly 2 are closed and opened through a door opening locking mechanism 3.
A door seal 21 is provided between the tub body 1 and the door assembly 2, and the tub body 1 includes a side wall 11 extending in a longitudinal direction and a flange 12 extending to the outside of the tub body 1 at a top of the side wall 11. The door opening locking mechanism 3 comprises a hollow threaded rod 31, an electromagnet 32 arranged at the top of the threaded rod 31, an iron block 33, a screw rod 34 matched with the threaded rod 31, and a motor 35 for driving the screw rod 34 to act. The threaded rod 31 is internally provided with an internal thread 311, the screw rod 34 penetrates into the threaded rod 31 from bottom to top, and the motor 35 is arranged at the bottom of the screw rod 34. The door opening locking mechanism 3 further comprises a first fixing seat 361, the first fixing seat 361 is fixed to the outer side of the side wall 11 of the water tank body 1, and the threaded rod 31 passes through the first fixing seat 361, so that the first fixing seat 361 can play a role in guiding the action of the threaded rod 31. The motor 35 is fixed to the outside of the side wall 11 of the water tank body 1 by a fixing bracket 362.
The first sealing flat pad 371 is provided below the flange 12 of the tub body 1 at the outer circumference of the electromagnet 32 through the second fixing seat 363, so that water can be prevented from entering the tub body 1.
The iron block 33 is disposed on the door body assembly 2 at a position corresponding to the electromagnet 32, and a second sealing flat gasket 372 is disposed on the outer periphery of the iron block 33 to prevent water from entering the door body assembly 2. The contact surfaces of the iron piece 33 and the electromagnet 32 are both plane surfaces.
The electromagnet 32 generates suction force by means of the contact area, and the larger the contact area is, the stronger the suction force is; while the suction force is inversely proportional to the square of the contact distance, if there is a distance between the electromagnet 32 and the iron piece 33, the suction force is greatly reduced. Because of the door seal 21, the door assembly 2 is not closed tightly after being naturally closed, and a certain distance is formed between the door assembly and the water tank body 1. Thus, in this embodiment, the door opening locking mechanism 3 further includes a spring 38, and the spring 38 abuts against the top of the iron piece 33 and the inside of the top of the door body assembly 2, thereby allowing a certain degree of freedom of movement of the iron piece 33, being tiltable with respect to the horizontal direction (rotation in the vertical plane). Even if the door body assembly 2 is not tightly related, the electromagnet 32 rises to contact with the iron block 33, so that a larger contact area can be provided, good contact is formed, and larger suction force can be generated to ensure locking.
The control method of the box body structure of the cleaning machine comprises the following steps:
1) After the cleaning machine is started, placing an article to be cleaned into the water tank body 1, and then manually closing the door body assembly 2 on the water tank body 1;
2) Thereafter, the motor 35 is started to drive the screw rod 34 to rotate, so that the threaded rod 31 is driven to move upwards for a certain distance, and meanwhile, the electromagnet 32 is started, and the electromagnet 32 is contacted with and adsorbed by the iron block 33 in the door body assembly 2;
3) Then, the motor 35 is reversed, so that the threaded rod 31 is driven to move downwards for a certain distance, and the door body assembly 2 and the water tank body 1 are pressed tightly through the door seal 21; starting a washing procedure;
4) After the washing procedure is finished, the electromagnet 32 is powered off and is not adsorbed by the iron block 33 in the door body assembly 2, so that the door seal 21 is not pressed against the water tank body 1; then, the motor 35 is started to drive the threaded rod 31 to move upwards for a certain distance to jack up the door body assembly 2, and at this time, a user can conveniently open the door body assembly 2 by hand.
In the process, the structure of the end face seal can be pressed by the action of the electromagnet 32 and the iron block 33, and the radial seal is combined, so that the seal between the door body assembly 2 and the water tank body 1 can be well satisfied, and the locking force of the door in the washing process is realized; the upward movement of the threaded rod 31 after the washing is finished can realize the function of semi-automatic door opening.
