The raw materials for producing the Chinese carbon black mainly depend on coal tar series oil products: coal tar, anthracene oil, antiseptic oil and carbon black oil. In recent years, the coal tar yield in China is increased negatively, the supply-demand relationship is changed, the overall supply is tightened, the oil quantity supplied for producing carbon black is reduced, and the quality is reduced. The petroleum series oil products are basically used as the carbon black raw oil abroad, the output quantity is kept stable for a long time and slightly increased, and the quality of the oil products is guaranteed. The carbon black industry in China continues to depend on a single coal tar raw material source, which is more and more difficult, and the development of the variety and the source of the raw carbon black oil is inevitable in the industry development.
Thus, the carbon black industry should turn attention to other oils that have not been used or have been used very rarely in the past. Whether other oil products with stable and easily obtained sources and relatively low price can be searched to be used as raw oil to replace (high-temperature) coal tar which is highly dependent in the carbon black industry at present, so that the carbon black industry gets rid of or is relieved of the influence and restriction of the raw oil, and the healthier development of the carbon black industry is facilitated.
As the phenomenon of unstable processes such as raw oil mixing, filtering, preheating and the like occurs once due to the ultrahigh content of the asphaltene in the oil for producing the carbon black, solid particles exist in the high content of the asphaltene, the atomization of the raw oil in a reaction furnace is influenced by the small particles, and the particles in the oil coke state can not be completely cracked but form coke-like substances (Grid) at high temperature in the reaction furnace, so that the main obstacle of producing clean carbon black is realized, and the quality of the carbon black is influenced.
According to the source of the carbon black raw oil, the Chinese carbon black production technology is a carbon black production process route developed based on (high-temperature) coal tar as a raw material, the raw oil for producing carbon black abroad mainly takes petroleum series oil products, such as catalytic cracking slurry (FCC oil for short), ethylene tar, solvent extraction oil and the like, and the foreign carbon black production technology is a carbon black production process route developed based on petroleum series oil products as a raw material. The reaction processes of carbon black generation are obviously different, and the reaction speed of carbon black generation, the carbon conversion rate, the main application performance index and the like are obviously different. The carbon black production process technology of two raw oil materials is greatly different. Therefore, the current carbon black process production technology in China is directly applied to petroleum series oil products to produce carbon black, the petroleum series oil products have high hydrogen-carbon ratio, the content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon is far lower than that of coal tar, the process technology conditions for producing the carbon black by using the coal tar are not beneficial to the conversion of the petroleum series oil products to the direction of generating the carbon black, and uncontrollable factors exist on the yield (oil consumption) of the carbon black production, the device capacity, the product quality and the like. The new process technology for producing carbon black suitable for petroleum series oil products or mixed oil products must be researched and developed again, and the device is improved to be suitable for producing the petroleum series oil products or the mixed oil products.
On the existing carbon black production device, the same production process control parameters are utilized, the carbon black is produced by using petroleum series oil products, the yield utilization rate of the device is reduced, the product yield is also reduced, and the structure and the reinforcing performance of the product (such as slightly lower 300 percent of the stretching strength of a carbon black/rubber mixed system) are different from those of the product produced by coal tar.

After most of heat energy of the carbon black flue gas is recovered by heat exchange equipment such as an air preheater, a raw oil preheater and the like, the carbon black flue gas enters a collecting system (a bag filter or a combination of a cyclone separator and the bag filter), and the collected carbon black enters an air conveying system. The carbon black entering the air conveying system is subjected to ferromagnetic impurity removal and ultrafine grinding by a micron grinder, a magnetic separator and the like, then is collected by a collecting cyclone separator, enters a wet granulating machine for granulation through an airtight valve and a screw conveyor, and is packaged into a finished product after being dried by a dryer.
