Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without inventive effort based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "longitudinal", "lateral", "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", and the like, indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, and are used merely for convenience of description and for simplicity of description, and do not indicate or imply that the referenced devices or elements must have a particular orientation, be constructed in a particular orientation, and be operated, and thus, are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
1-5, the present embodiment provides a door check assembly for facilitating identification of a vehicle accident, the assembly comprising: the first connecting piece 1 is fixed with the vehicle door 7, and the firing pin 2 is fixedly connected to the first connecting piece 1; a second connecting member 3 fixed to the door installation side vehicle body 8 and hinged between the first connecting members 1; the blocking mechanism 4 is fixed on the second connecting piece 3, the blocking mechanism 4 is provided with a telescopic main body 41, one telescopic end of the main body 41 of the blocking mechanism 4 is provided with two contacts, and the two contacts form a switch for controlling an electric loop of the telescopic main body 41 of the blocking mechanism 4; when the door is opened by a predetermined angle, the striker 2 short-circuits the two contacts, and the blocking mechanism 4 enters a second state opposite to the first state. The blocking mechanism is different from a common damping gradual change mechanism, the instant blocking force of the blocking mechanism to a collision needle is derived from structural interference force, the larger the pushing force of a person is, the larger the blocking reaction force is, a threshold force does not exist, and the door is continuously opened after the threshold force is exceeded. This scheme makes, the opening stroke of door divide into two sections, reminds car owner and back car, prevents that the door from opening once, injures rear car or personnel, also protects self vehicle safety, does not all have additional resistance to the opening of the door in two sections strokes simultaneously, can not lead to the door to become "heavily" to open the condition that needs increase strength because of damping mechanism, guarantees under the emergent situation, and the door can be the rapidest in the first section stroke of opening.
When the door is opened to a preset angle, the outermost side of the door deviates from the central axis 6 of the vehicle by a first distance, the outermost side of the rearview mirror 5 on the side where the door is located deviates from the central axis 6 of the vehicle by a second distance, and the first distance is 0.8-2 times of the second distance. Preferably, the first distance is 1 times the second distance. Because the rear vehicle can not be close to the range of the width of the rearview mirror of the vehicle, the first section of travel for opening the vehicle door is designed according to the width of the rearview mirror, so that the safety of the vehicle is met, meanwhile, better identification basis can be provided for subsequent accident identification, if the vehicle door of the vehicle does not enter the second section of travel, the accident can be caused, the situation can be conveniently known, and the rear vehicle can run close to the vehicle.
Further, the bottom of the body 41 of the blocking mechanism 4 is fixed to the second link 3, and the top of the body 41 of the blocking mechanism 4 is provided with a contact point, which is disposed on the moving path of the striker 2 when the door is opened when the body 41 of the blocking mechanism 4 is extended.
More specifically, the top of the body 41 of the arresting mechanism 4 comprises two symmetrically arranged arc-shaped metal sheets 421 serving as contacts. The outer sides of the two arc-shaped metal sheets 421 are opposite, and the firing pin 2 has a trapezoidal structure with a small front and a large rear. The two arc-shaped metal sheets 421 are opposite to each other on the inner side to form a semi-open accommodating annular cavity 4211, and the striker 2 comprises a circular part 21 matched with the annular cavity, and the diameter of the circular part 21 is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the annular cavity. The metal sheet can give a feeling of in-place hand feeling when the door is opened to a preset angle by matching with the striker, so that more clear warning is given to people.
In another embodiment, the top of the body 41 of the arresting mechanism 4 includes a trapezoidal groove 422 having a bottom communicating with the external space, and both sidewalls of the trapezoidal groove 422 are provided with contacts. The top of the trapezoidal groove 422 is provided with a rubber layer 4221. The striker 2 has a trapezoidal portion 22 fitted to the trapezoidal groove 422, and the narrowing slopes of both side walls of the trapezoidal portion 22 are slightly smaller than those of both side walls of the trapezoidal groove 422. Through the cooperation of the narrowing slope and the rubber layer, the impact of excessive door opening force on the blocking mechanism and the striker is reduced while the contact is ensured to be connected, no sound is produced when the door is opened, and the service life of the device is prolonged.
In another embodiment, the contacts may be built into a spring switch 423 that short circuits the contacts within the spring switch after being struck by the striker.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with respect to the above embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or improvements based on the disclosure of the present invention may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and these modifications and improvements are within the spirit and scope of the invention.
