A utility tunnel operation and maintenance management system based on 3DGIS BIM, characterized in that, this system includes: the system comprises a data integration subsystem, a configuration management subsystem and an application subsystem, wherein the data integration subsystem is used for converting, simplifying and matching BIM model data; storing space data, service data and real-time data, and providing data resources for the configuration management subsystem; the configuration management subsystem takes the data integration subsystem as a data source and provides data support for map display in the application subsystem through data source management and layer tree management; on the basis of a business service model generated according to the business requirements of a user, a user-defined form tool is used for generating a form, the form is converted into a configuration entity table, and the configuration entity table is stored in a management business library and is used for supporting the functions of an application subsystem and storing business data; the application subsystem provides user-oriented management application through real-time data returned by the equipment and the sensors stored in the management service library and the roaming positioning and analysis function provided by the GIS on the basis of map display provided by the configuration subsystem.
2. The 3DGIS BIM-based comprehensive pipe gallery operation and maintenance management system according to claim 1, wherein the data integration subsystem comprises a data processing module and a database; wherein:
the data processing module converts BIM model data from Revit, Microstation and IFC data formats into a data format under a three-dimensional GIS platform; simplifying BIM data through a set simplification rule; accurately matching the coordinate system configuration and the position deviation with spatial data with absolute position information, and storing the processed data into a spatial database;
the database is used for storing basic vector data, basic topographic map data, three-dimensional model data, oblique photography data and comprehensive pipe gallery BIM model data; storing data source information and layer tree information configured for scene display management and a configuration entity table used for business library management; and storing the real-time data file stream transmitted by the video and sensor equipment, and providing data resources for the configuration management subsystem.
3. The 3DGIS BIM-based comprehensive pipe gallery operation and maintenance management system according to claim 1, wherein the configuration management subsystem comprises a scene display management module and a service library management module, wherein,
the scene display management module opens a data source for GIS basic data and BIM model data stored in a spatial database in a data adding mode to acquire element classes; adding group nodes and layer nodes according to the acquired element classes, configuring layer display parameters, storing scene display management information into a management service library, and providing data support for main scene map display in an application subsystem;
the business management module generates a form by using a user-defined form tool on the basis of a business service model generated according to the business requirements of a user, converts the form into a configuration entity table and stores the configuration entity table in a management business base, and is used for supporting the functions of an application subsystem and storing business data.

The 3DGIS BIM-based comprehensive pipe gallery operation and maintenance management system according to claim 3, wherein: the application subsystem comprises an operation management module, an on-duty management module, a patrol management module, a monitoring and early warning module, an emergency command module and a user management module; wherein,
the operation management module: the operation management of the pipe gallery is carried out in a service flow mode, and a customer management record table is generated and stored in a management service library; counting the customer management records in the management service library, and displaying customer management information in a form of a statistical table;
the duty management module: through the form uploading and picture uploading modes, daily attendance, daily patrol record uploading and abnormal condition reporting are provided, and an attendance record table, a patrol record table and an abnormal record table are generated and stored in a management service library; counting the value guard record, the patrol record and the abnormal record in the management service library, and displaying the on-duty management information in a statistical table form;
the inspection management module: maintaining according to abnormal position information in an abnormal record table in a management service library, and storing the maintenance record into an attribute table of the BIM through a three-dimensional model attribute editing interface; performing pipe gallery and pipeline maintenance according to a determined maintenance plan and maintenance rules, and storing a maintenance information table into a management service library; generating a polling information table and storing the polling information table into a management service library according to the polling position and the field condition information transmitted back by the polling handheld equipment; the maintenance information classification type display obtained by carrying out attribute query on the BIM in the spatial database can pick up a position point for carrying out information query, and three-dimensional positioning is rapidly and accurately carried out through the BIM; generating an object with a fixed identifier in a three-dimensional scene according to the position information in the maintenance information table, and performing classified display on the maintenance information; according to the position information in the routing inspection information table, the animation roaming function provided in the three-dimensional GIS is utilized to convert the animation roaming function into a routing inspection track to perform roaming playing in a three-dimensional scene, so that scene reproduction of a routing inspection moving path is realized;

the emergency command module is used for: the method comprises the steps that an open-source Activity workflow engine is used for achieving functions of building, designing, editing, deploying, exporting, copying and deleting an emergency plan model, and after the emergency model is deployed successfully, multiple emergency plans and corresponding three-dimensional scene demonstration scripts are generated and stored in a management service library; according to an emergency plan model generated by the plan model generation submodule and knowledge points of a knowledge base entity table in a management service base, an online drilling function is realized, and emergency drilling information is recorded to a historical drilling record table and stored in the management service base; generating an emergency plan model generated by the submodule according to the plan model, starting a corresponding plan to carry out emergency rescue work when an accident occurs, checking the emergency repair state of the current accident site on a three-dimensional scene simulation page, and displaying the emergency rescue progress condition in a progress bar mode; according to the emergency plan and the corresponding three-dimensional scene demonstration script in the management service library, when the plan flow is started, the corresponding demonstration script is automatically played in the three-dimensional scene, and three-dimensional simulation of a drilling flow in emergency drilling is carried out;
the user management module: according to the user management entity table in the management service library, the configuration of different application functions is completed according to different authorities, a super administrator has the right of adding and deleting other users, the other users provide the function of changing own passwords, and user and authority distribution information is stored in the management service library.
5. The 3DGIS BIM-based comprehensive pipe gallery operation and maintenance management system according to claim 2, wherein: the data processing module comprises a data conversion sub-module, a data simplification sub-module and a data matching sub-module; wherein:
the data conversion sub-module: converting BIM model data from Revit, Microstation and IFC data formats into data formats under a three-dimensional GIS platform, and reserving a source data information structure containing components, a system structure, component parameters, materials, colors and maps in the converted data;
the data reduction submodule: simplifying the data converted and put into a warehouse by the data conversion submodule to generate simplified data;
the data matching sub-module: and precisely matching the BIM data which is processed by the data simplification submodule and lacks a coordinate system and necessary position information with the spatial data with absolute position information through coordinate system configuration and position offset, and storing the processed data into a spatial database. Wherein: the position offset is the same point dwg data coordinate — scene display coordinate.
6. The 3DGIS BIM-based comprehensive pipe rack operation and maintenance management system according to claim 2, wherein the database comprises a spatial database, a management service database, and a real-time database, wherein:
the spatial database: the system is used for storing basic vector data, basic topographic map data, three-dimensional model data, oblique photography data and comprehensive pipe gallery BIM model data; the spatial data adopts a data model of the autonomous research and development platform STARGISEARTH to organize the data; the vector data uses two data structures of a Feature Dataset (Feature Dataset) and a Feature Class (Feature Class), the Raster data uses a Raster Dataset (Raster Dataset), the data is stored in a BSON format in the database, the steps of data transmission serialization and deserialization are omitted, and the database with better spatial index is established;
the management service library: the system comprises a data source information storage module, a layer tree information storage module, a service library management module and a configuration entity table, wherein the data source information and the layer tree information are used for storing scene display management configuration;
the real-time database: for storing video and real-time data file streams incoming from the sensor device.
7. The 3DGIS BIM-based comprehensive pipe gallery operation and maintenance management system according to claim 3, wherein: the scene display management module comprises a data source management submodule and a layer tree management submodule, wherein:
the data source management submodule comprises: setting connection information to open a data source by adding two three-dimensional layer data, adding terrain data, adding tile data and adding image data to GIS basic data and BIM model data stored in a spatial database, and acquiring element classes to be stored in a management service library;
the layer tree management submodule comprises: adding group nodes and layer nodes according to the element classes provided by the data source management submodule, generating a unique LayerCode identification code by each layer node and corresponding to one element class, and storing the generated LayerCode identification code and the corresponding element class into a management service library; and configuring layer display parameters, layer visibility, layer maximum and minimum visible distance and layer rendering symbol configuration, and storing configuration information into a management service library according to LayerCode bars.

The 3DGIS BIM-based comprehensive pipe gallery operation and maintenance management system according to claim 3, wherein: the business library management module comprises a business service model submodule, a configuration management operation submodule and a configuration entity table generation submodule, wherein:
the business service model submodule is as follows: taking the business requirement of a user as input, drawing a business flow chart and generating a business service model;
the configuration management operation submodule is used for: and according to the business service model generated by the business service model submodule, using a user-defined form tool to define fields and field types to generate a target form and a sub-target form.
The configuration entity table generation submodule is as follows: and converting the form defined by the configuration management submodule into a configuration entity table to be stored in a management service library.

linkage configuration entity table: the entity table is used for storing processing opinions and operation commands of different devices in different states and is used for monitoring the linkage control of the online devices of managers of the early warning module;
the knowledge base entity table: the emergency command system comprises a physical table for storing emergency rescue knowledge classification, knowledge questions and knowledge points, and is used for emergency drilling training of an emergency command module;
the assessment index entity table is as follows: the system is an entity table for storing the checking indexes of the on-duty personnel on duty, patrol and equipment operation and is used for checking the on-duty personnel in the on-duty management.
