The control circuit board 91 is inwardly concave towards one side of the base body 8 and forms the accommodating groove 912, the operation groove 913 and the protruding part 914 with the front side and the back side of the control circuit board 91 respectively, and the base body 8 is provided with a positioning groove 81 for embedding the protruding part 914.
The accommodating groove 912 can accommodate the switch key 94, reduce the distance between the control circuit board 91 and the touch panel 92, and increase the pressing formation of the switch key 94, thereby not only improving the touch sensitivity of the function key 93, but also further preventing the misoperation of the switch key 94; in addition, the control circuit board 91 is recessed from one side and protruded from the other side, so that the volume of the control circuit board 91 can be reduced, the material cost is reduced, and meanwhile, the connection stability of the control circuit board 91 and the base body 8 is improved through the matching of the protrusion 914 on the control circuit board 91 and the positioning groove 81 on the base body 8; the operation groove 913 facilitates the dismounting of the switch key 94, and the dismounting efficiency is improved.
The switch key 94 is provided with a first guiding post 941, and the control circuit board 91 and the base body 8 are provided with a first guiding hole 915 for moving the first guiding post 941. By means of the cooperation of the first guiding post 941 and the first guiding hole 915, the connection stability of the switch key 94 and the base and the control circuit board 91 is improved, and dislocation in the using process is prevented.
The base body 8 is provided with a first accommodating groove 82 for embedding the touch panel 92, a second accommodating groove 83 for embedding the control circuit board 91 is arranged in the first accommodating groove 82, the area of the touch panel 92 is larger than that of the control circuit board 91, and the touch panel 92 and the base body 8 are fixed by a double-sided adhesive tape 95. The first accommodating groove 82 and the second accommodating groove 83 can respectively position the touch panel 92 and the control circuit board 91, and can prevent the touch panel 92 and the control circuit board 91 from protruding, so that the surface of the base body 8 is smoother; in addition, since the control circuit board 91 is embedded in the second receiving groove 83, and the touch panel 92 covers the control circuit board 91, the control circuit board 91 and the base body 8 are fixed, and the assembly and disassembly are simple.
The control circuit board 91 is a flexible board; the flexible control circuit board 91 is more attached to the base body 8 during installation, so that the shape of the base body 8 is better adapted, and the applicability is improved.
The base body 8 is provided with a communication hole 84, the control circuit board 91 is provided with a connecting plate 916 which can be bent and inserted into the communication hole 84, and the connecting plate 916 is provided with a connecting contact which can be connected with a main circuit board in the base body 8. When the control circuit board 91 is connected and fixed with the base body 8, the connecting plate 916 is bent and inserted into the communication hole 84, so that the connection stability of the control circuit board 91 and the base body 8 is improved; in addition, the connection between the control circuit board 91 and the main circuit board is realized through the connection contacts on the connection board 916, the connection through electric wires is not needed, the space for arranging the electric wires is reduced, the whole structure is more compact, and the assembly and disassembly are more convenient.
The base body 8 is provided with a second guide post 85, and the control circuit board 91 is provided with a second guide hole 917 through which the second guide post 85 can pass; the second guiding hole 917 is matched with the second guiding column 85, so that the connection stability of the control circuit board 91 and the base body 8 is improved, and the control circuit board 91 is better installed and positioned.
A light-emitting member 97 for illuminating the function key 93 is arranged on the control circuit board 91 near the function key 93, a light-guiding film 96 covers the function key 93, and the touch panel 92 is a light-transmitting plate. Function key 93 can be lighted to light-emitting member 97, and convenient to use person accurately touches function key 93 under the darker condition of light, and light-emitting member 97 gives out light from side and scatters again simultaneously, can avoid the dazzling user discomfort that causes of light.
The light guide film 96 and the control circuit board 91 are respectively provided with a second positioning hole 961, and the light guide film 96 and the control circuit board 91 are bonded and fixed. The second positioning hole 961 is used to enable the position of the light guide film 96 and the control circuit board 91 to be more accurate when being bonded, and the bonding is more convenient and efficient.
The control circuit board 91 is provided with an avoiding hole 918 near the function key 93, the control circuit board 91 is provided with an extending plate 919 which can be bent to pass through the avoiding hole 918, the light-emitting piece 97 is fixed on the extending plate 919, and the base body 8 is provided with an avoiding groove 86 corresponding to the avoiding hole 918. The extension plate 919 may be bent into the escape hole 918 and the escape groove 86, thereby reducing the distance between the control circuit board 91 and the touch panel 92 and improving the touch sensitivity of the function key 93.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the sensing module 2 includes a sensing device, the sensing device includes a sensing circuit board 24 and an air bag 23 made of an elastic material, the air bag 23 is provided with a receiving opening 231 for the sensing circuit board 24 to extend into and be received in the air bag 23, a sealing body for sealing and isolating the sensing circuit board 24 from an external environment of the air bag 23 is arranged at the receiving opening 231, and the sensing circuit board 24 is provided with a pressure sensor and a temperature sensor.
Temperature sensor on the sensing circuit board 24 can monitor the temperature of environment to learn the real-time temperature condition that children took on the safety seat, pressure sensor can monitor the atmospheric pressure in the gasbag 23 simultaneously, when gasbag 23 pressurized or outside atmospheric pressure change, the atmospheric pressure in the gasbag 23 changes, can learn the pressure condition that children took on the safety seat through the atmospheric pressure in monitoring gasbag 23, with this reduction potential safety hazard.
The sensing circuit board 24 is connected with a lead 25 which passes through the receiving opening 231 and extends to the outside of the air bag 23, and the lead 25 is used for connecting with a connector. The lead 25 is connected with the induction circuit board 24, data transmission is carried out with the outside through the lead 25, the stability of data transmission is improved, meanwhile, the lead 25 is hermetically connected with the sealing body, the lead 25 is fixed, and therefore the connection strength of the induction circuit board 24 and the air bag 23 is improved.
The receiving opening 231 is formed in a square shape, and the induction circuit board 24 is in contact with the air bag 23 along both sides of the receiving opening 231 in the width direction and is fixed relatively. When the induction circuit board 24 and the air bag 23 are fixed, the induction circuit board 24 is clamped in the receiving opening 231, the induction circuit board 24 is limited to move along the width direction of the receiving opening 231, and the connection stability of the induction circuit board 24 and the air bag 23 is improved.
The sensing circuit board 24 is provided with a first positioning hole 241, and the sealing body penetrates through the first positioning hole 241. When the sealing body seals the receiving opening 231, the sealing body passes through the first positioning hole 241, the sealing body has a limiting effect on the induction circuit board 24, and the connection stability of the induction circuit board 24 and the air bag 23 is improved.
The top surface of the air bag 23 is an arc surface with a middle part arched. The top surface arc form can make gasbag 23 local position height, and gasbag 23 is pressed more easily when children take on the seat to make pressure sensor in the gasbag 23 more accurate when detecting pressure, when gasbag 23 resets simultaneously, because gasbag 23 diminishes from supreme space down gradually, the gas in the gasbag 23 concentrates the flow direction gasbag 23 top at the in-process that gasbag 23 resets, makes gasbag 23 kick-back faster.
The two side surfaces of the air bag 23 are gradually widened and then gradually narrowed along the direction away from the receiving opening 231 until the two side surfaces intersect with each other, and the air bag 23 is leaf-shaped. After gasbag 23 pressurized, gasbag 23 internal gas is compressed and assembles the tip department to gasbag 23, when loosening gasbag 23, the gaseous gasbag 23 of messenger resets by tip department backward flow in the gasbag 23, because gasbag 23 tip department space reduces, is favorable to gathering gas, and the velocity of flow of gaseous when gaseous release is also faster simultaneously, is favorable to the quick reset of gasbag 23.
The bottom surface induction circuit board 24 of the air bag 23 is attached to the bottom of the air bag 23 in parallel with and attached to the induction circuit board 24. The bottom surface of the air bag 23 is attached to the induction circuit board 24, so that the contact area between the induction circuit board 24 and the air bag 23 is increased, and the connection stability between the induction circuit board 24 and the air bag 23 is improved.
An arc-shaped side face is connected between the bottom face and the top face of the air bag 23. The arc-shaped side surfaces enable the shape of the air bag 23 to gradually contract inwards from the top surface to the bottom surface, and the air bag is beneficial to enabling gas to converge towards the middle of the air bag 23 when the air bag 23 is pressed to deform, so that the pressure sensor is more accurate in detection.
The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the sensing device, which comprises the following steps:
the air bag 23 is formed by injection molding of an elastic material, wherein the elastic material is silica gel;
placing the induction circuit board 24 into the air bag 23, and adding dry gas into the air bag 23;
the receiving opening 231 is filled with liquid silicone so that the induction circuit board 24 is sealed in the air bag 23 and the air in the air bag 23 is ensured to be abundant.

A temperature regulation and control system is characterized in that: including temperature-sensing module, central processing unit and cooling module, the temperature-sensing module is used for acquireing ambient temperature signal and sends to central processing unit, central processing unit is used for receiving, handles ambient temperature signal, and work as when ambient temperature value is higher than and predetermines the temperature value to sending out the corresponding cooling instruction to the cooling module, the cooling module is used for receiving central processing unit's control instruction and cooling processing.
2. The temperature regulation system of claim 1, wherein: the cooling module comprises a fan capable of carrying out multi-gear speed regulation according to a cooling instruction sent by the central processing unit.

The temperature regulation system of claim 2, wherein: the temperature control system comprises a central processing unit, a fan, a temperature control unit and a temperature control unit, wherein the temperature control unit is used for controlling the fan to realize multi-gear speed regulation, the preset temperature value is provided with a plurality of preset temperature intervals, the preset temperature values form a plurality of preset temperature intervals, the central processing unit is used for judging the preset temperature interval where the environment temperature value is located and outputting corresponding voltage signals to the fan to enable the fan to realize multi-gear speed regulation, and the wind speeds of different gears.
