Preferably, a base 38 is disposed on one side (e.g., front side) of the end wall 34, and the mounting member 30 is coupled to the base 38 and partially extends out to the other side (e.g., rear side) of the end wall 34. Preferably, the end wall 34 has a through hole 36 communicating with the two sides of the end wall 34.
The connector 28 is movable relative to the longitudinal wall 32 of the bracket 26. Here, the connecting member 28 is movably mounted on the longitudinal wall 32 as an example. The connector 28 includes a connecting feature 39. Preferably, the connector 28 is a threaded socket and the connecting feature 39 is a thread.
Preferably, the bracket device 22 further comprises an elastic member 40 for providing elastic force to the connecting member 28. Preferably, the two ends of the elastic member 40 are connected to a first connection portion 41a and a second connection portion 41b of the connecting member 28 and the longitudinal wall 32, respectively. The first connecting portion 41a and the second connecting portion 41b are, for example, hooks, but the implementation is not limited thereto. Preferably, the connector 28 and the longitudinal wall 32 have a first stop feature 42 and a second stop feature 44 that mate with each other. The first and second retention features 42 and 44 are longitudinal holes (or longitudinal grooves) and protrusions, respectively. For example, the connector 28 has the longitudinal bore and the protrusion extends through a portion of the longitudinal bore to connect to the longitudinal wall 32 such that the protrusion is located between the two end walls of the longitudinal bore.
Preferably, the bracket device 22 further includes a stopper 46 pivotally connected to the longitudinal wall 32 of the bracket 26, and a resilient arm 47 for providing resilient force to the stopper 46 to keep the stopper 46 in a stopping position. For example, the stopper 46 is pivotally connected to a lug 50 of the longitudinal wall 32 by a shaft 48.
As shown in fig. 4, the slide rail 20a is mounted to a first column 52 of the rack via the bracket device 22. Further, the first mast 52 includes a plurality of mounting holes arranged from top to bottom, and a first mounting hole 52a and a second mounting hole 52b are illustrated.
The mounting member 30 of the bracket device 22 is adapted to be mounted to the first mounting hole 52a of the first mast 52. For example, the mounting member 30 of the bracket device 22 passes through the first mounting hole 52a, wherein the end wall 34 of the bracket 26 abuts against the first column 52. Preferably, the base 38 has a through hole 54, and the through hole 54 is located corresponding to the through hole 36 of the end wall 34 and the second mounting hole 52b of the first column 52. Preferably, the fastener 56 has a head portion 56a and a body portion 56 b. The head 56a is larger in size than the body 56b, and the body 56b is a threaded rod. Wherein, as shown in fig. 4, the connecting member 28 is located at a first position P1 relative to the longitudinal wall 32 of the bracket 26, and preferably, the elastic member 40 provides elastic force to the connecting member 28 to keep the connecting member 28 at the first position P1. Wherein, when the connecting member 28 is at the first position P1, the connecting member 28 is far away from the end 32a of the longitudinal wall 32 of the bracket 26 or far away from the first column 52.
As shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, the size of the head 56a of the fixing member 56 is larger than the through hole 54 of the base 38, the through hole 36 of the end wall 34 or the second mounting hole 52b of the first column 52, and here, the size of the head 56a of the fixing member 56 is larger than the through hole 54 of the base 38 (this portion can refer to fig. 4), but the embodiment is not limited thereto; on the other hand, the body 56b of the fixing member 56 can pass through the through hole 54 of the base 38, the through hole 36 of the end wall 34, and the second mounting hole 52b of the first column 52, and the body 56b of the fixing member 56 is screwed with the connecting feature 39 of the connecting member 28. Wherein, during the screwing process of the fixing member 56 and the connecting feature 39, the connecting member 28 can be longitudinally displaced from the first position P1 to a direction D relative to the bracket 26 until the connecting member 28 is displaced to a second position P2.
As shown in fig. 6, when the connecting member 28 is in the second position P2, the connecting member 28 is near the end 32a of the longitudinal wall 32 of the bracket 26 or near the first mast 52. It can be seen that the body portion 56b of the fastener 56 can be threaded through the second mounting hole 52b from a first side S1 (e.g., but not limited to) of the first mast 52 partially through a second side S2 (e.g., but not limited to) of the first mast 52 to engage the engagement feature 39 of the connector 28, such that the connector 28 is held in the second position P2 against the second side of the first mast 52. Preferably, when the mounting member 30 is mounted to the first mounting hole 52a of the first mast 52 and the stopper 46 is in the stopping position by the elastic force of the elastic arm 47, a stopping portion 46a of the stopper 46 is adjacent to the mounting member 30 for locking the first mast 52, which helps the mounting reliability of the bracket 26 to the first mast 52. It should be noted that when the connecting member 28 is at the second position P2, the elastic member 40 is in a state of accumulating an elastic force.
It will be appreciated that the connector 28 is movable relative to the longitudinal wall 32 of the bracket 26 to accommodate different mast thicknesses for the bracket device 22, such as the first mast 52 having a first thickness T1 for the bracket device 22 shown in fig. 6. When the mounting member 30 is mounted on the first mast 52, the end wall 34 of the bracket 26 is located at the first side S1 of the first mast 52, and the connecting member 28 can abut against the second side S2 of the first mast 52, so that the bracket device 22 can be stably mounted on the first mast 52.
As shown in fig. 7, the bracket device 22 can be adapted to the second mast 58 having a second thickness T2 by the connecting member 28 being movable relative to the longitudinal wall 32 of the bracket 26. For example, the second thickness T2 is thicker (or wider) than the first thickness T1. When the mounting member 30 is mounted on the second mast 58, the end wall 34 of the bracket 26 is located on the first side S1 of the second mast 58, and the connecting member 28 can abut against the second side S2 of the second mast 58, thereby providing a stable mounting of the bracket device 22 to the second mast 58.
