Abstract
The invention discloses financial self-service equipment and a management system thereof.A visual sensor is arranged on the front side wall of the upper end of an ATM cabinet body of the financial self-service equipment and is used for recording personnel activity videos; an infrared light curtain group is installed in a password input frame of the ATM cabinet body and used for inputting hand actions; carrying in a control chip: the personnel action recognition module is used for recognizing personnel actions according to the input personnel activity video, and when the recognized personnel actions fall into a preset danger threshold, the early warning module and/or the identity authentication interface pop-up module is started; the hand action recognition module is used for recognizing hand actions according to the input hand action data, and when recognized hand action results fall into a preset danger threshold, the early warning module is started. The invention realizes the collection of human behaviors through the visual sensor and the infrared light curtain, can quickly identify illegal behaviors and greatly improves the safety.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of finance, in particular to a financial self-service terminal and a management system thereof.
Background
The financial self-service terminal is an electronic device for self-service of customers, has the functions of withdrawing money, transferring accounts, inquiring balance, repaying credit cards, recharging by mobile phones and the like, and is a novel bank computer terminal. The financial self-service terminal can be used for day and night service in 24 hours, is operated by self, is convenient and quick, and is widely applied to various banks
The existing financial self-service terminals all have the following problems:
1. a device for illegally acquiring input information is additionally arranged on the surface layer of the password keyboard area, and a client transaction password is stolen, so that the economic loss of the client is caused, and the technical problem that the safety of the financial self-service terminal is greatly reduced is caused;

the personnel action recognition module is used for recognizing personnel actions according to the input personnel activity video, and when the recognized personnel actions fall into a preset danger threshold, the early warning module and/or the identity authentication interface pop-up module is started;
the hand action recognition module is used for recognizing hand actions according to the input hand action data, and when the recognized hand action result falls into a preset danger threshold, the early warning module is started;
and the identity authentication interface popup module is used for outputting a corresponding identity authentication interface according to the recognition result of the personnel action recognition module and requiring the user to perform identity authentication corresponding to the identity.

the transaction record generation module is used for filling the human face image which meets the standard and is acquired by the visual sensor and the transaction information into a prefabricated latex template, and then compiling the template into a pdf report through a latex compiler to generate a corresponding transaction record;
the transaction record storage module is used for realizing encrypted storage of the transaction record based on a random encryption mode;
and the repair reporting module is used for generating a corresponding maintenance task when the evaluation result of the working condition of the ATM falls into a preset threshold, and sending the corresponding maintenance task to the corresponding management terminal for active repair reporting.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) the collection of human behaviors is realized through the visual sensor and the infrared light curtain, the identification of illegal behaviors can be rapidly carried out, and the safety is greatly improved.
2) By inputting and auditing the face image, the traceability of each transaction record is realized, and the situation that the illegal partial steal card takes money is avoided.
3) The card taking reminding function is provided, so that the probability of the occurrence of the bank card leaving events can be reduced to a certain extent.
4) The automatic repair of the fault of the ATM is realized.

As shown in fig. 1-2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a financial self-service device, including an ATM body and a control chip embedded in the ATM cabinet body, wherein a visual sensor is installed on a front side wall of an upper end of the ATM cabinet body for inputting a personal activity video; an infrared light curtain group is installed in the password input frame of the ATM cabinet body and used for inputting hand actions; the control chip is provided with the basic function module of the existing ATM, and is also internally loaded with:
the personnel action recognition module is used for recognizing personnel actions according to the input personnel activity video, and when the recognized personnel actions fall into a preset danger threshold, the early warning module and/or the identity authentication interface pop-up module is started;
the hand action recognition module is used for recognizing hand actions according to the input hand action data, and when the recognized hand action result falls into a preset danger threshold, the early warning module is started;
the identity authentication interface popup module is used for outputting a corresponding identity authentication interface according to the recognition result of the personnel action recognition module and requiring the user to perform identity authentication corresponding to the identity;
the card spitting operation acquisition module acquires attitude data of the card spitting mechanism through a three-dimensional attitude sensor carried on the card spitting mechanism, so that the judgment of whether card spitting operation occurs is realized.
The door opening action acquisition module is used for acquiring door opening actions through a three-dimensional digital compass carried on a protective pavilion door of the ATM, and when the control chip does not acquire card issuing operation data but acquires the door opening actions, the audio reminding module is started and is used for reminding people of carrying out card taking operation; it is worth noting that when door opening operation is collected but no personnel moving image is collected, the early warning module is started;
the card-taking reminding module is started when the card-spitting operation is collected, and reminds people to take away the bank card in a mode of playing the card-taking action by the cooperation of voice playing and a display screen;
and the central processing unit is used for coordinating the work of each module and receiving a control command from the server to realize the adjustment of the working state of each module.

the ATM machine working condition evaluation module is used for accessing working condition data of each ATM machine and realizing the evaluation of the working condition based on the BP neural network;
the transaction record generation module is used for filling the human face image which meets the standard and is acquired by the visual sensor and the transaction information into a prefabricated latex template, and then compiling the template into a pdf report through a latex compiler to generate a corresponding transaction record;
the transaction record storage module is used for realizing encrypted storage of the transaction record based on a random encryption mode;
the repair reporting module is used for generating a corresponding maintenance task when the evaluation result of the working condition of the ATM falls into a preset threshold, and sending the corresponding maintenance task to a corresponding management terminal for active repair reporting; and simultaneously displaying the corresponding fault code on an ATM display screen.
In this embodiment, the early warning module realizes early warning by adopting a short message automatic editing mode, and different early warning short message templates are adopted for different early warning reasons.

the hand action recognition module is used for recognizing hand actions according to the input hand action data, and when the recognized hand action result falls into a preset danger threshold, the early warning module is started;
and the identity authentication interface popup module is used for outputting a corresponding identity authentication interface according to the recognition result of the personnel action recognition module and requiring the user to perform identity authentication corresponding to the identity.

The financial self-service equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the personnel action recognition module comprises a face recognition module and an action recognition module, the personnel recognition module is used for inputting face data and realizing the evaluation of the face data, when the input face data is not in accordance with the specification, namely, when a shelter exists, the identity authentication interface pop-up module pops up to require and guide personnel to pick up the corresponding shelter, after the personnel pick up the shelter, a 'confirm' key is clicked, and the face recognition module is restarted to carry out face recognition; the motion recognition module obtains human body depth information and skeleton information through kinect depth sensor data, based on the skeleton information filtering module, the shake and noise interference of skeleton information obtained through lock elimination are calculated, then the angular rotation movement SO3 matrix information of all skeleton pairs is obtained through calculation, finally the calculated angular rotation movement SO3 matrix information of the skeleton pairs is compared with recorded dangerous attitude information, if the difference is smaller than a certain threshold, danger is considered, and otherwise safety is considered.

The financial self-service equipment as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a three-dimensional digital compass carried on a protective booth door of the ATM for realizing the collection of door opening action, wherein when the control chip does not collect the card issuing operation data but collects the door opening action, the audio reminding module is started for reminding people to carry out card taking operation.
5. The financial self-service device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control chip further comprises:
