Abstract
The invention discloses a beer cap adhesive coating, which comprises epoxy resin, phenolic resin, polypropylene micro-powder wax, an auxiliary agent and a mixed solvent, wherein the solid part ratio of each component is as follows: 40-70% of epoxy resin, 5-20% of phenolic resin, 2-8% of polypropylene micro-powder wax, 0.1-5% of auxiliary agent and 10-40% of mixed solvent. The beer cover adhesive coating provided by the invention is produced by replacing modified polyethylene micro-powder wax with polypropylene micro-powder wax, so that the high-temperature cooking resistance can be obviously improved, and meanwhile, the sanitary problem that a large amount of vinyl chloride monomer residues exist after the polyvinyl chloride adhesive coating is cooked at a high temperature does not exist, the beer cover adhesive coating meets the food sanitary standard, and the use requirement of the beer cover adhesive coating is met.

Technical Field

Background

Wherein the auxiliary agent is an adhesion promoter, the mixed solvent is a solvent in which ketones, aromatic solvent oil, alcohol ethers and esters are mixed respectively in a ratio of 8:40:45:7, and the phenolic resin is a composition of bisphenol A and formaldehyde. The beer cap adhesive coating is produced by the raw materials and the related proportion. The beer lid adhesive coating did not whiten or paint film wrinkle after being subjected to a 121 degree 30 minute retort test.
Example 2
