The planar shape of the outer ceiling portion 30 is rectangular. The outer top panel 30 is the same size as the bottom panel 10 or slightly larger than the bottom panel 10.
The outer panel portion 31 is connected to the outer top panel portion 30 via a fold C31. The inner panel 311 is connected to the outer panel 31 via the fold C311 on the opposite side of the fold C31. The planar shapes of the outer plate 31 and the inner plate 311 are both rectangular and substantially the same size.
The outer panel portion 32 is connected to the outer top panel portion 30 via a fold C32. The inner panel 321 is connected to the outer panel 32 via the fold C321 on the opposite side of the fold C32. The planar shapes of the outer plate 32 and the inner plate 321 are rectangular and substantially the same in size.
The outer panel portion 33 is connected to the outer top panel portion 30 via a fold C33. The inner panel 331 is connected to the outer panel 31 via the fold C331 on the opposite side of the fold C33. The planar shapes of the outer plate 33 and the inner plate 331 are rectangular and substantially the same in size.
The length of the outer plate 31 and the outer plate 32 in the width direction and the length of the outer plate 33 in the depth direction are substantially the same, and the height of the lid 300 is defined by these lengths. The width-directional length of the outer plate 31 and the outer plate 32 and the depth-directional length of the outer plate 33 are substantially the same as or slightly longer than the width-directional length of the side plate 21, the depth-directional length of the side plate 22, the width-directional length of the side plate 23, and the depth-directional length of the side plate 24. As a result, as shown in fig. 6, the entire storage section 200 is covered with the lid 300, and the gap between the lid 300 and the storage section 200 is not exhibited in the appearance of the storage box 1, so that the appearance is good.
The inner top panel 40 is connected to the inner panel 331 via a fold C40 on the opposite side of the fold C331. The planar shape of the inner top plate portion 40 is rectangular, and the size thereof is the same as or slightly smaller than that of the outer top plate portion 30.
The connecting portion 333 is connected to the outer plate portion 33 via a fold C333 at one end in the width direction of the outer plate portion 33. The connecting portion 335 is connected to the outer plate portion 33 via a fold C335 at the other end in the width direction of the outer plate portion 33. These connecting portions 333 and 335 can maintain the state in which the side plate portions 302, 303, and 304 are raised with respect to the lid top plate portion 301. That is, when the storage box 1 is used, as shown in fig. 1, the lid 300 is maintained in a state of being constituted by the lid top plate 301 and the frame portion rising along the edge of the lid top plate 301. The structures of the connection portions 333 and 335 will be described in detail later.
The cover 300 is formed by bending such that all the identification surfaces are the same side surface of the sheet in the expanded state. Here, the visible surface of the cover 300 is a surface that can be recognized by the user when the storage box 1 is used, regardless of the outer surface or the inner surface of the cover 300. Specifically, for example, the surface of the outer top plate portion 30 of the lid portion 300 shown in fig. 6 and the surface of the inner top plate portion 40 of the lid portion 300 shown in fig. 1 are the same side of the sheet. With this configuration, for example, printing of a pattern such as an illustration on both sides of the cover top plate 301 of the cover 300 can be realized by printing on only one side of a sheet, not on both sides of the sheet.
The weight of the portion constituting the lid 300 is equal to or more than half of the total weight of the sheets constituting the storage box 1. That is, the weight of the lid 300 is equal to or greater than the weight of the storage unit 200. Since the lid 300 and the storage section 200 are formed of the same one-piece sheet, the total area of the plate sections constituting the lid 300 in the state where the lid 300 is expanded is equal to or larger than the total area of the plate sections constituting the storage section 200 in the state where the storage section 200 is expanded.
The lid 300 maintains the state of covering the housing portion 200 only by gravity and friction generated on the surface in contact with the housing portion 200, and thus can stably maintain the state of covering the housing portion 200 with the heavier one.
[ method of assembling lid ]
Next, a method of assembling the lid 300 will be described.
First, the outer plate 33 is bent to stand upright with respect to the outer top plate 30. Then, the inner plate 331 is bent inward to face the outer plate 33, and the inner top plate 40 is bent in a direction opposite to the bending direction of the inner plate 331 to face the outer top plate 30.
Next, the connecting portion 333 is bent inward so as to be orthogonal to the outer plate portion 33. Then, the outer panel portion 31 is bent to stand with respect to the outer top panel portion 30. Further, the inner plate 331 is bent inward to face the outer plate 31, and the connection portion 333 is sandwiched between the inner plate 311 and the outer plate 31.
Similarly, the connection portion 335 is bent inward so as to be orthogonal to the outer plate portion 33. Then, the outer panel portion 32 is bent to stand with respect to the outer top panel portion 30. Further, the inner plate 321 is bent inward to face the outer plate 32, and the connection portion 335 is sandwiched between the inner plate 321 and the outer plate 32.
By assembling the lid 300 in the above-described process, the storage box 1 is changed from the state shown in fig. 7 to the state shown in fig. 1. The lid 300 is composed of a lid top plate 301 in which the outer top plate 30 and the inner top plate 40 are overlapped, a side plate 302 in which the outer plate 31 and the inner plate 311 are overlapped, a side plate 303 in which the outer plate 32 and the inner plate 321 are overlapped, and a side plate 304 in which the outer plate 33 and the inner plate 331 are overlapped.
As described above, the side plate portion 304 is connected to the side plate portion 302 and the side plate portion 303 by providing the connecting portion 333 and the connecting portion 335. That is, the side plate portion 304 is maintained in a state of rising with respect to the lid top plate portion 301 and being disposed orthogonally to the side plate portion 302 and the side plate portion 303 by providing the coupling portion 333 and the coupling portion 335.

The storage box 1 further includes guide portions 221 and 222 for guiding the movement of the lid 300.
As shown in fig. 7, the guide portion 221 is connected to the side plate portion 22 via a fold C221 (ninth fold). The guide portion 221 has a planar shape having an inclined end surface inclined such that the length in the width direction becomes longer as going from the storage portion 200 side toward the lid portion 300 side in the depth direction. The guide portion 221 has a length in the width direction shorter than the outer plate portion 31 of the lid 300 on the side of the housing portion 200, and has a length in the width direction longer than the outer plate portion 31 of the lid 300 on the side of the lid 300.
The guide portion 221 is arranged upright with respect to the side plate portion 22 so as to be sandwiched between the outer plate portion 31 and the inner plate portion 311 of the cover 300 in a state where the cover 300 is assembled. Thus, when the lid 300 is moved, the inclined end surface of the guide 221 contacts the fold C311, which is the boundary between the outer plate 31 and the inner plate 311, and guides the movement of the lid 300 relative to the storage unit 200.
Similarly, the guide portion 222 is connected to the side plate portion 22 via the fold C222. The guide portion 222 has a planar shape having an inclined end surface inclined such that the length in the width direction becomes longer as going from the storage portion 200 side toward the lid portion 300 side in the depth direction. The guide 222 has a length in the width direction shorter than the outer plate 32 of the cover 300 on the side of the housing 200, and a length in the width direction longer than the outer plate 32 of the cover 300 on the side of the cover 300.
The guide 222 is arranged to stand up with respect to the side plate 22 so as to be sandwiched between the outer plate 32 and the inner plate 321 of the cover 300 when the cover 300 is assembled. Thus, when the lid 300 is moved, the inclined end surface of the guide 222 comes into contact with the fold C321, which is the boundary between the outer plate 32 and the inner plate 321, and guides the movement of the lid 300 relative to the housing 200.
The storage box 1 has the guide portions 221 and 222, and thus is easily moved relative to the storage portion 200 to cover the lid 300. Further, the planar shape of the guide part 221 and the planar shape of the guide part 222 are symmetrical in the width direction. With this configuration, the side plate portions 302 and 303 of the cover 300 and the cover 300 can be smoothly and stably moved. Further, the guide parts 221 and 222 are provided to hide the gap between the housing part 200 and the lid 300, thereby improving the appearance.

In the present embodiment described above, the storage box 1 capable of easily storing contents can be provided. Specifically, even when the content is placed in a random manner on the bottom plate portion 10 constituting the bottom surface of the storage area E, that is, even when the content is placed so as to be exposed from the bottom plate portion 10, the content moves toward the inside of the storage area E in accordance with the operation of bending the side plate portions 21, 23, 24 and the top plate portions 41, 43, 44 toward the inside of the storage area E. Therefore, when the content is stored in the storage area E, the content can be easily stored in the storage box 1 regardless of the orientation or arrangement of the content.
Further, since the storage box 1 is formed of one sheet, and other members such as an adhesive or a fastener are not required in the assembly work, the cost can be reduced.
In the storage box 1, when the storage section 200 is brought from the expanded state to the state of storing the content, the operation of overlapping or engaging the plate sections of the storage box 1 is not necessary, and the content can be easily stored even by a young child or the like.
The side plate 21, the side plate 22, the side plate 23, and the side plate 24 are not connected to each other, and move from the standing position to the horizontal position as the lid 300 moves from the restricting position to the allowing position. Similarly, the top plate 41, the top plate 43, and the top plate 44 are not connected to each other, and move from the opposing position to the horizontal position as the lid 300 moves from the restricting position to the permitting position. That is, the storage section 200 of the storage box 1 changes from the state shown in fig. 5 to the state shown in fig. 1 as the lid 300 moves from the restricting position to the permitting position. Thus, in the storage box 1, the storage section 200 can be brought into the expanded state from the state of storing the contents without performing troublesome operations such as removing the fixing members and releasing the engagement between the plate portions. Therefore, even a child of an young age or the like can easily switch from the state shown in fig. 6 in which the content is stored to the state shown in fig. 1 in which the area in which the content can be placed is wide.
In the storage box 1, the lid 300 covers the entire storage section 200. That is, in a state where the housing section 200 is covered with the lid section 300, only the lid section 300 forms the external appearance. Therefore, the boundary between the housing section 200 and the lid section 300 is not visible in appearance. That is, the gap between the housing 200 and the lid 300 is not visually recognized, and thus the appearance is good.
In the present embodiment, the planar shape of the bottom plate 10 or the lid 300 is a rectangle, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and may be a polygon other than a quadrangle. In the present embodiment, the description has been given of a configuration in which four side plate portions are connected to the bottom plate portion 10 so as to be movable between an upright position in which the four side plate portions are upright with respect to the bottom plate portion 10 and a horizontal position which is the same plane, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and a configuration in which at least two of the side plate portions are provided may be employed. That is, the following structure may be adopted: the side plate portion includes not only a side plate portion connected to the bottom plate portion 10 so that an angle thereof changes with respect to the bottom plate portion 10, but also a side plate portion fixed at a position standing with respect to the bottom plate portion 10.

Claims (13)

1. A storage case, comprising:
a bottom plate portion which constitutes a bottom surface of a storage area for storing contents;
a first side plate portion connected to the bottom plate portion via a first fold so as to be movable between a first standing position standing with respect to the bottom plate portion and a first horizontal position flush with the bottom plate portion, and constituting a side surface of the storage area;
a second side plate portion connected to the bottom plate portion via a second fold so as to be movable between a second standing position standing with respect to the bottom plate portion and a second horizontal position flush with the bottom plate portion, and constituting a side surface of the storage area;
and a cover portion connected to the second side plate portion via a third fold line on a side opposite to the second fold line, the cover portion being movable between an allowing position for allowing the first side plate portion located at the first standing position to move to the first horizontal position and a restricting position for restricting the first side plate portion located at the first standing position from moving to the first horizontal position.
2. The storage case of claim 1,
the container includes a first top plate portion connected to the first side plate portion via a fourth fold on the opposite side of the first fold, the first top plate portion being movable between a first facing position bent with respect to the first side plate portion and facing the bottom plate portion and a third horizontal position flush with the first side plate portion, the first facing position constituting at least a part of the top surface of the storage area,
the cover allows the first top plate to move to the third horizontal position at the allowing position, and restricts the first top plate located at the first positioning position from moving to the third horizontal position at the restricting position.
3. The storage case of claim 2,
the storage device includes a third side panel portion connected to the bottom panel portion via a fifth fold line on a side opposite to the first fold line, and movable between a third standing position standing on the bottom panel portion and a fourth horizontal position flush with the bottom panel portion, and constituting a side surface of the storage area.
4. The storage case of claim 3,
a second top plate portion connected to the third side plate portion via a sixth fold line on the opposite side of the fifth fold line, and movable between a second opposed position bent with respect to the third side plate portion and opposed to the bottom plate portion and a fifth horizontal position located on the same plane as the third side plate portion, the second opposed position constituting at least a part of the top surface of the storage area so as not to overlap with the first top plate portion located at the first opposed position,
the cover allows the second top plate portion to move to the fifth horizontal position at the permission position, and restricts the second top plate portion located at the second opposing position from moving to the fifth horizontal position at the restriction position.
5. The storage case of claim 4,
the storage device includes a fourth side plate portion connected to the bottom plate portion via a seventh fold line on the opposite side of the second fold line, and movable between a fourth standing position standing on the bottom plate portion and a sixth horizontal position flush with the bottom plate portion, and constituting a side surface of the storage area.
6. The storage case of claim 5,
the cover includes a frame portion that surrounds the first side plate portion, the third side plate portion, and the fourth side plate portion at the restriction position.
7. The storage case of claim 5 or 6,
a third top plate portion connected to the fourth side plate portion via an eighth fold line on the opposite side of the seventh fold line, and movable between a third facing position bent with respect to the fourth side plate portion and facing the bottom plate portion and a seventh horizontal position on the same plane as the fourth side plate portion, the third facing position constituting at least a part of the top surface of the storage area so as not to overlap with the first top plate portion located at the first facing position and the second top plate portion located at the second facing position,
the cover allows the third top plate to move to the seventh horizontal position at the allowing position, and restricts the third top plate located at the third opposing position from moving to the seventh horizontal position at the restricting position.
8. The storage case of claim 7,
the cover portion includes a cover top plate portion that, at the restriction position, spans boundaries of the first top plate portion located at the first opposing position, the second top plate portion located at the second opposing position, and the third top plate portion located at the third opposing position, and overlaps with the first top plate portion, the second top plate portion, and the third top plate portion.
9. The storage case of claim 8,
the length of the third top plate portion in the direction orthogonal to the eighth fold is shorter than the length of the bottom plate portion in the direction orthogonal to the seventh fold.
10. The storage box according to any one of claims 1 to 9,
the cover is bent so that all the surfaces of the identification surfaces, which are identified by the user when the storage box is used, are the same side surfaces of the sheet.
11. The storage box according to any one of claims 1 to 10,
the weight of the portion constituting the cover portion is half or more of the total weight of the sheet.
12. The storage box according to any one of claims 1 to 11,
a guide portion is provided, which is connected to the second side plate portion via a ninth fold and guides the movement of the cover portion between the permission position and the restriction position.
13. The storage box according to any one of claims 1 to 12,
the first side plate portion moves from the first standing position to the first horizontal position as the cover portion moves from the restricting position to the allowing position.
