The invention provides a dishwasher, which comprises a machine body and a door body which are connected with each other.
Referring to fig. 1, a housing cavity with an opening on one side is formed on the body. A bowl basket 40 can be arranged in the containing cavity, and the bowl basket 40 is used for loading tableware. In addition, a spray arm may be further provided in the receiving chamber to spray water toward the bowl basket 40 for washing dishes. Spray arms can be arranged above and below the bowl basket 40, and water spraying in multiple directions is achieved. Generally, the body may include an inner container 10 and a casing, the inner container 10 forms a receiving cavity, and the casing is wrapped outside the inner container 10.
The door 50 covers the opening of the accommodating cavity, for example, in an embodiment, the opening of the accommodating cavity faces forward, and the door 50 is disposed at the front side of the machine body. The door 50 and the body can be rotatably connected, for example, the bottom of the door 50 is rotatably connected to the body, and the door 50 can be turned up and down to open or close the opening of the body. Or, the left side of the door body 50 is rotatably connected with the machine body. In other embodiments, the door 50 and the body may be connected in other manners, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2, the dishwasher further includes a first rail 20 and a second rail 30, the first rail 20 is mounted to the inner tub 10, and the second rail 30 is slidably connected to the first rail 20 to be capable of sliding in a front-rear direction. The bowl basket 40 is slidably coupled to the second rail 30 and can slide in the front-rear direction.
Wherein the first rail 20 is slidably connected to the inner container 10 to be capable of sliding in a front-rear direction with respect to the inner container 10, so that the bowl basket 40 can be pulled out by a greater distance. Of course, the first rail 20 may be fixed to the inner container 10, and the bowl basket 40 may be pulled out of the inner container 10 only by its own movement and the movement of the second rail 30.
The bowl basket 40 is slidably connected to the second rail 30, which means that the bowl basket 40 itself is slidably connected to the second rail 30, not via other sliding rail structures.
In the invention, the bowl basket 40 moves back and forth relative to the inner container 10 by means of the sliding of the second guide rail 30 relative to the first guide rail 20, and also moves back and forth by means of the sliding fit of the bowl basket 40 and the second guide rail 30, namely the second guide rail 30 forms a section of movable guide rail, the bowl basket 40 forms a section of movable guide rail, and the two sections of movable guide rails act simultaneously, so that the bowl basket 40 can be pulled out for a longer distance.
In the conventional dishwasher, the bowl basket 40 can be pulled out for a longer distance, and more sections of guide rails are arranged in a mode of increasing movable guide rails, so that the bowl basket 40 is pulled out completely by means of the movement of the guide rails. This way, too much width in the left and right direction of the inner container 10 is occupied, and the installation space of the bowl basket 40 is squeezed, so that the bowl basket 40 is smaller in size. In the invention, the bowl basket 40 forms a section of guide rail, so that the arrangement of the guide rail can be reduced, and the space of the liner 10 in the width direction is fully utilized.
Referring to fig. 3 to 10, in an embodiment, the first guide rail 20 includes a mounting plate 21, the mounting plate 21 is convexly provided with a supporting rib extending in a front-back direction, the second guide rail 30 is convexly provided with a matching rib 31 extending in the front-back direction, and the matching rib 31 can slide on an upper surface of the supporting rib. Wherein, can set up a plurality of protruding muscle that support on the mounting panel 21, a plurality of protruding muscle that support are along upper and lower direction interval distribution, correspondingly, correspond each on the second guide rail 30 and support protruding muscle and all can set up a cooperation protruding muscle 31, support protruding muscle and the protruding muscle 31 both of cooperation that correspond, cooperation protruding muscle 31 slides along the fore-and-aft direction on the upper surface that supports protruding muscle, so should support protruding muscle and support cooperation protruding muscle 31, prevent that second guide rail 30 from dropping down. In addition, the provision of the plurality of supporting ribs and the plurality of fitting ribs 31 makes it possible to support the second rail 30 more tightly in the up-down direction, thereby preventing it from shaking.
In addition, in other embodiments, the mounting plate 21 may also be provided with a sliding slot, and the matching rib 31 slides in the sliding slot.
In order to prevent the second guide rail 30 from sliding forward out of the first guide rail 20, in an embodiment, the mounting plate 21 is further provided with a second front stop 25, the second guide rail 30 is provided with a third front stop 32, and after the second guide rail 30 slides forward to a certain position, a front surface of the third front stop 32 abuts against the second front stop 25, so that the second guide rail 30 is limited from sliding forward. The second positive stop 25 may be a convex column, a roller, or a convex strip. For example, as shown in fig. 7, the second front stopper 25 is a projection integrally provided with the support rib, and the second front stopper 25 may be provided on the upper surface of the support rib. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the second front stopper 25 is a roller rotatably connected to the support rib. Of course, the second front block 25 may be disposed near the top of the first rail 20, and the second front block 25 may be rotatably coupled to the mounting plate 21.
Similarly, the third positive stop 32 may be a boss, a roller, a convex strip, or the like. In one embodiment, the third front block 32 has an elongated shape extending in the front-rear direction, and the front surface of the third front block 32 is a stopper surface 322, and the stopper surface 322 can abut against the rear side of the second front block 25.
In one embodiment, the third positive stop 32 forms one of the mating ribs 31 and is slidably connected to one of the support ribs. For example, two supporting ribs are arranged on the mounting plate 21, one of the supporting ribs is a first rib 22, the other supporting rib is a second rib 23, the second rib 23 is located above the first rib 22, and the second front stop 25 is located above the second rib 23. The engaging rib 31 is slidable on the upper surface of the first rib 22, and the third front stopper 32 is slidable on the upper surface of the second rib 23. When the second rail 30 is slid into position, the front surface of the third front stopper 32 abuts on the second front stopper 25.
In this embodiment, one of the fitting ribs 31 is used as the third front stopper 32, so that the structural complexity of the second guide rail 30 can be reduced, which is beneficial to reducing the production cost and the processing difficulty.
Referring to fig. 10 again, in order to reduce the sliding resistance of the second guide rail 30, in an embodiment, the lower surface of the third front block 32 is provided with a protrusion 321, and the protrusion 321 contacts the upper surface of the second rib 23, so that the third front block 32 contacts the second rib 23 only by the protrusion 321, and the contact area with the second rib 23 is reduced, so that the sliding of the second guide rail 30 is smoother. Alternatively, the convex portion 321 is provided at the rear end of the third front stopper 32.
Referring to fig. 7 again, in order to prevent the second rail 30 from sliding backwards out of the first rail 20, in an embodiment, at least one second rear block 26 is further disposed on the first rail 20, and after the second rail 30 slides backwards to a proper position, the second rail 30 can abut against a front surface of the second rear block 26. Specifically, a projection may be provided on the second rail 30 to abut against the second rear stopper 26, or a rear surface of the second rail 30 may directly abut against the second rear stopper 26.
In one embodiment, a second rear stop 26 is disposed at each of the rear end of the first rib 22 and the rear end of the second rib 23, and the second rear stop 26 protrudes from the upper surface of the first rib 22 or the second rib 23. The rear surface of the second rail 30 can abut against the second rear stopper 26, thereby restricting the second rail 30 from sliding out rearward.
Referring to fig. 4 and 7 again, in order to prevent the second guide rail 30 from being separated from the first guide rail 20 along the left-right direction, in an embodiment, a limiting groove is further disposed on the first guide rail 20, an opening of the limiting groove faces upward or downward, a limiting convex edge 33 is further disposed on the second guide rail 30, and the limiting convex edge 33 is mounted in the limiting groove. Specifically, the upper end of the second guide rail 30 extends upward to form a limiting convex edge 33, and the limiting convex edge 33 extends in a long strip shape along the front-back direction. The top surface of mounting panel 21 is equipped with keeps off along 271, keeps off along 271 towards the one side protrusion at second guide rail 30 place, keeps off to be equipped with spacing wall 272 on along 271, and spacing wall 272 protrudes down and keeps off along 271, and spacing interval and constitution spacing recess between spacing wall 272 and the mounting panel 21, and spacing protruding edge 33 from inserting up in the spacing recess down, spacing wall 272 can prevent that spacing protruding edge 33 from moving towards the direction that deviates from mounting panel 21. In addition, a plurality of limiting walls 272 can be arranged on the blocking edge 271, and the limiting walls 272 are distributed at intervals along the front-back direction.
Referring to fig. 11, 12A, 12B and 13, in an embodiment, the side of the limiting convex edge 33 facing the bowl basket is provided with a plurality of guiding surfaces 331, wherein a portion of the guiding surfaces 331 is inclined from the front to back direction toward the side of the bowl basket (e.g., the guiding surface 331 at the back side in fig. 12A and 13), so that the guiding surfaces can play a guiding role during the process of pulling the second guiding rail 30 outwards, and the limiting convex edge 33 is facilitated to slide into the limiting groove between the limiting wall 272 and the mounting plate 21. Another part of the guiding surfaces is inclined from the front to back direction to the direction departing from the bowl basket (as shown in fig. 12B and fig. 13, the front side guiding surface 331), so that during the process of pushing the second guiding rail 30 inwards, the guiding surfaces can play a role of guiding, and the limiting convex edge 33 can be favorably slid into the limiting groove between the limiting wall 272 and the mounting plate 21.
Referring to fig. 7 again, in an embodiment, an abdicating fracture 24 is formed on the supporting rib, so that the supporting rib is divided into a front section and a rear section, when the second rail 30 moves forward until the rear end of the second rail is located in the abdicating fracture 24, the rear end of the second rail 30 can rotate downward in the abdicating fracture 24, so that the third front stop 32 bypasses the second front stop 25 upward, and the second rail 30 can be pulled out obliquely upward. Specifically, the abdicating fracture 24 divides the first rib 22 and the second rib 23 into a front section and a rear section, respectively, the interval between the front section and the rear section of the first rib 22, and the interval between the front section and the rear section of the second rib 23, which should be corresponding in the up-down direction. When the rear end of the second guide rail 30 slides into the gap, the bowl basket 40 is lifted upwards, so that the front end of the second guide rail 30 tilts upwards, the rear end of the second guide rail 30 rotates downwards until the third front stop 32 on the second guide rail 30 crosses the second front stop 25 on the first guide rail 20 upwards, the second front stop 25 does not stop the third front stop 32, and at this time, the bowl basket 40 and the second guide rail 30 can be pulled outwards together. In this embodiment, the abdicating cut-out 24 provides a sufficient clearance for the movement of the second rail 30, so that the second rail 30 can be turned over in a sufficient space without being blocked by the first rail 20, and the whole bowl basket 40 can be taken out smoothly.
When the second front stop 25 is a roller, in the process that the third front stop 32 moves upwards across the roller, the friction between the roller and the third front stop 32 is changed into rolling friction through self rolling, so that the friction force can be reduced, and the second guide rail 30 can be conveniently drawn out.
In one embodiment, the first rail 20 is provided with a mounting location 28, and the mounting location 28 is connected with the liner. For example, the mounting locations 28 are attached to the liner by screws. To ensure the strength of the first rail 20, the mounting position 28 is protruded on the mounting plate 21. Correspondingly, an avoiding opening 383 (as shown in fig. 10) is formed in the second guide rail 30, and when the rear end of the second guide rail 30 slides into the avoiding fracture 24, the avoiding opening 383 corresponds to the mounting position 28 and avoids the mounting position 28, so as to prevent the second guide rail 30 from interfering with the mounting position 28 in the rotating process.
In one embodiment, the first rail 20 is fixed to the inner container 10 and is immovable relative to the inner container 10. For example, the first rail 20 is a plastic member and is integrally injection-molded with the inner container 10, so that the installation can be simplified. Furthermore, the first rail 20 may also be a sheet metal part. The first rail 20 can also be connected to the inner container 10 in other ways, for example, the first rail 20 is connected to the inner container 10 by screws or snaps.
In one embodiment, the first rail 20 is slidably connected to the inner container 10 to slide back and forth, so that the bowl basket 40 can be pulled out for a longer distance.
Referring to fig. 2, 11, 14 to 17, in an embodiment, the second guide rail 30 includes a connecting plate 34, a plurality of sets of limiting mechanisms 35 are disposed on the connecting plate 34 at intervals along a front-back direction, each set of limiting mechanism 35 includes two first limiting protrusions 351 spaced up and down, and a sliding gap is formed between the two first limiting protrusions 351; the sliding gaps of the plurality of groups of first limiting mechanisms 35 form a sliding chute together, and the bowl basket 40 is connected with the sliding chute in a sliding manner.
