Description

Compound medicament for preventing both cyst nematodes and aphids of wheat
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of pest control, and particularly relates to a compound medicament for preventing wheat cyst nematodes and aphids.
Background
Wheat Heterodera avenae (Heterodera avenae) is a worldwide important pathogenic nematode that harms wheat, barley, oats, rye and various gramineous crops, and is reported to occur in more than forty countries around the world at present, and poses a serious threat to the production of cereal crops. The control measures of the wheat heterodera avenae wollenweber are mainly adopted: the method comprises the following steps of land leisure, non-host crop rotation, breeding and utilizing of disease-resistant varieties, chemical prevention and biological prevention and treatment and the like. The non-host plant rotation mode is adopted, the population density of the nematodes in the field is reduced to a certain extent, but the host range of the heterodera avenae crop cyst nematodes is wide, the heterodera avenae cyst nematodes are not easy to eradicate, the economic loss is large, and the heterodera avenae cyst nematode culture medium is not suitable for agricultural planting modes and national conditions in China and is not suitable for long-term rotation; breeding disease-resistant varieties is the most economic and effective method for preventing and treating wheat cyst nematodes, but most of wheat varieties planted in China currently have different degrees of diseases on the wheat cyst nematodes, and immune varieties (Zhaohonghai and the like, 2012) are not found at present; the chemical nematicide is used for preventing and treating wheat cyst nematodes, not only has high cost, but also has great influence on the ecological environment by residual pesticides. Therefore, the screening is simple, convenient, easy, safe and efficient, and the wheat cyst nematode prevention and treatment technology is simplified, so that the method is one of important means for effectively controlling the harm of the wheat cyst nematodes. The application of the seed coating agent also plays an important role in reducing pesticide environmental pollution, promoting crop production and increasing farmer income (Wuling cloud, et al, 2007). Therefore, the research and development of the seed coating agent for the wheat cereal cyst nematode disease have important significance on the application and popularization of the comprehensive prevention and control technology of the disease.
Peng et al (2010) discovered Phillips cyst nematode (H. filipjevi) in Schcheriang in Henan of China for the first time. Currently, Aphidaenchus filiformis has been reported to occur in various areas such as Henan Luodao, xuchang, Xinxiang, Johno, Shangqiu and the like, and the population density of a part of fields seriously exceeds the economic threshold risk index of wheat growth (Liurong and the like 2017). With the increase of the mechanical harvesting and agricultural modernization degree of the wheat across regions, the spreading speed of the wheat cyst nematode is faster and faster, and the area gradually spreads (Wan et al 2012). The threat of propagation and spread from Henan province to the surrounding provinces is aggravated year by year, and is successively reported in parts of Anhui, Xinjiang and Shandong of China (Peng et al.2016; Peng et al.2018). Although the strain is CCN, H.filipjevi is more toxic than H.avenae, has a wider host range, has a longer continuous infection period on wheat root systems, and causes more serious harm (Liurong, et al 2017; Yuanxia, et al 2014). The resistance of 155 parts of major varieties in Huanghuai wheat region and wheat germplasm resources of CIMMYT is identified by H.filipjevi, and only 1 part of varieties shows high resistance (Yuancheng et al 2011; Chengxiang et al 2014). The compound infection of two CCNs (corn kernel, wheat bran) in Huang-Huai wheat areas and Henan wheat main production areas, namely H.filipjevi and H.avenae, not only aggravates the yield loss of wheat, but also brings new great challenges to the popularization of disease-resistant varieties and the prevention and control of wheat cyst nematodes, and meanwhile, the threat to the wheat production is more serious.
In addition, aphids and cyst nematodes can influence each other by plant changes, which affect nematodes by changing the growth of the root system of wheat and the carbon nitrogen distribution ratio of plants. Cyst nematodes affect aphids by affecting the content of primary and secondary metabolites of wheat. The typical nematode population with high aphid population will also be high, which is associated with crop genetic resistance and interaction between the two.
In order to further reduce the prevention and treatment cost, reduce the usage amount of pesticides and increase the prevention and treatment effect, the development of a compound medicament which has multiple functions and can prevent various plant diseases and insect pests is urgent.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a compound medicament for preventing both wheat cyst nematode and aphid.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a compound medicament for preventing both Aphelenchoides and aphids comprises the effective components of imidacloprid and fluopyram with the mass ratio of 3: 0.4-6.7.
Preferably, the mass ratio of imidacloprid to fluopyram in the effective components is 3: 0.4-0.5.
Or the mass ratio of imidacloprid to fluopyram in the effective components is 3: 0.8-0.85.
Or the mass ratio of imidacloprid to fluopyram in the effective components is 3: 1.6-1.8.
Or the mass ratio of imidacloprid to fluopyram in the effective components is 3: 3-3.4.
Or the mass ratio of imidacloprid to fluopyram in the effective components is 3: 4.8-5.0.
Or the mass ratio of imidacloprid to fluopyram in the effective components is 3: 6.5-6.7.
The mass ratio of imidacloprid to fluopyram in the active ingredients is 3: in the range of 4.8-6.7, the control effect of the germination rate, cyst nematode and aphid is very good. But showed some phytotoxicity during the potting stage in indoor sterile soil: such as whitening of the dry tip of wheat seedling, yellowing of leaf, withering, burning, malformation of leaf, and twisting of leaf. But a certain amount of microbial inoculum fermentation liquor is added during seed dressing. The microbial inoculum fermentation liquor is obtained by the following method: inoculating the bacillus into an LB fermentation medium, culturing for 5d at 30 ℃ by a shaking table at 220r/min, and centrifuging for 10min at 10000r/min to obtain a supernatant, namely the microbial inoculum fermentation liquid. The effective components are added in an amount of 50-60 times of the total amount of the effective components and used for dressing seeds.
The invention improves the effective components in the compound medicament, and finally selects a certain proportion of imidacloprid and fluopyram for compounding as the effective components. The compound pesticide is verified by sterile soil cultivation experiments and field experiments, has no phytotoxicity, high budding rate, good control effect on cyst nematodes, and excellent inhibition rate and control effect on aphids.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the invention provides a compound medicament for preventing both cyst nematodes and aphids of wheat, which has simple compounding of effective components, no phytotoxicity, high budding rate, good control effect on cyst nematodes, and good inhibition rate and control effect on aphids.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Examples 1-7 active ingredient distribution ratios for a compounded agent CK-F for both Nematospora tritici and aphid are shown in Table 1 below, where examples 1-7 are used in amounts of 10ml per kg of seed, using 50ml of water to obtain a solution. In the examples 6-7, a certain amount of microbial inoculum fermentation liquor is added at the same time when the microbial inoculum is used.

Corresponding parameters of the indoor sterile soil potting and the field test are listed in table 2, and growth parameters and yield measurement of the field seedlings in the green turning period are listed in table 3. In addition, an indoor culture dish germination accelerating experiment is carried out by adopting the wheat compound medicament, and the picture after the experiment is carried out for 3 days is shown in the attached drawing 8 in detail.
From the above experimental data and the corresponding photographs, it can be seen that the a-D compound preparations used in examples 2 to 5 have a good budding rate and a good cyst nematode control effect, compared to the blank control CK using imidacloprid as the control agent alone, and among them, the wheat compound preparation D corresponding to example 5 has the best effect, produces many side seedlings, and makes the seedlings stronger. Although examples 6 and 7 also showed outstanding effects on the germination rate and cyst nematode control, it can be seen from the photographs of indoor sterile soil pot culture that the compounded pesticide prepared in the above ratio has certain phytotoxicity. The concrete expression is as follows: the wheat seedlings have whitened dry tips, yellow leaf color, withered leaves, burns and deformity, and twisted leaves. However, the problems can be solved by adding a certain microbial inoculum fermentation liquor during seed dressing, no phytotoxicity is found in sterile soil cultivation or field experiments, and good effects are obtained in the tables 2 and 3. The effective components are added in an amount of 60 times of the effective components and used for dressing seeds.
Meanwhile, the inhibition rate and the control effect of the compound preparation of the invention on nematodes are obviously higher than those of single use of fluopyram, for example, a 50ML solution (equivalent to the control of example 5) is prepared by using 41.7 percent of fluopyram 8ML, when the compound preparation is used, the compound preparation is applied according to the amount of 10ML per kilogram of seeds, the number of female worms of the aphrodine cyst nematodes in the flowering period is 21.73, the inhibition rate of the female worms is 49.84 percent, and after the compound preparation compounded in example 5 is adopted, the number of female worms of the aphrodine cyst nematodes in the flowering period is 20.60, and the inhibition rate of the female worms is 53.60 percent.
