Abstract

一种电连接器组件及其组装方法,其包括绝缘壳体,固持在所述绝缘壳体上的端子,与所述端子电性连接的线缆,固持在所述绝缘壳体上的磁体,及一体形成在所述绝缘壳体及线缆上的内模,所述电连接器还包括设置在所述内模及磁体之间的隔热件,在成型内模时防止磁体受到成型内模时的热量影响。

电连接器组件及其组装方法
【技术领域】
本发明有关一种电连接器组件及其组装方法,尤指关于电连接器组件的隔热件。
【背景技术】
电连接器组件中经常使用注塑成型包覆固定各构件,注塑件的温度较高,电连接器组件中的磁体直接接触高温的注塑件容易消磁,所以需要提供一种改进的电连接器组件。
【发明内容】
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种电连接器组件,其在磁体与内模之间设有隔热件,在成型内模时防止磁体受成型内模的温度影响。
为实现上述目的,本发明可以采用以下技术方案:一种电连接器组件,其包括绝缘壳体,固持在所述绝缘壳体上的端子,与所述端子电性连接的线缆,固持在所述绝缘壳体上的磁体,及一体形成在所述绝缘壳体及线缆上的内模,所述电连接器还包括设置在所述内模及磁体之间的隔热件,在成型内模时防止磁体受到成型内模时的热量影响。
为实现上述目的,本发明还可以采用以下方法:
提供绝缘壳体,所述绝缘壳体包括收容空间;
提供端子,所述端子固持在所述绝缘壳体上;
提供线缆,所述线缆与所述端子电性连接;
提供磁体,所述磁体安装在所述绝缘壳体的收容空间内;
提供隔热件,所述隔热件盖住所述磁体;
在所述绝缘壳体及线缆上一体形成内模,所述隔热件用以防止热量影响磁体。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:所述隔热件在成型内模时防止磁体受到成型内模时的热量影响。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图4所示,为符合本发明电连接器组件100的实施例。所述电连接器组件100包括绝缘壳体1,若干安装在所述绝缘壳体1上的端子2,与所述端子2电性连接的线缆3,安装在所述绝缘壳体1上的磁体4,一体成型在所述绝缘壳体1和线缆3上的内模5,设置在所述磁体和内模之间的隔热件6,及包覆所述内模5和绝缘壳体1的外模7。值得注意的是,出于说明而非限制的目的,在本实施例中所述端子2包括3个弹性端子,以三角的形状布置。在本实施例中,所述端子2与所述线缆3直接电性连接,所述端子2与所述线缆还可以通过比如电路板等方式间接连接。
所述绝缘壳体1包括基部11,从所述基部11的一侧延伸的突出部12,从所述基部11的一侧相反的另一侧延伸的固定柱123,及从所述基部11的一侧相反的另一侧延伸的卡线槽124。所述突出部12的外侧设有防水圈8,当所述电连接器组件100与外部连接器配合时,所述防水圈8与外部连接器紧密配合,防止液体进入影响所述电连接器组件100的电气性能。所述突出部12包括从其向外延伸的定位柱122,当所述电连接器组件100与外部连接器配合时,协助所述端子2与外部连接器定位配合。所述固定柱123用以增强与所述内模5之间的结合力。所述卡线槽124固定所述线缆3,以提升内模5的成型良率。所述绝缘壳体1还包括收容孔121,延伸穿过所述基部11及突出部12。所述磁体4收容在所述收容孔121中,所述隔热件6盖住所述磁体4,防止在成型内模5时磁体4受到成型内模5的热量影响。在本实施例中,隔热件6是EPDM隔热泡棉,其还可以使用EPP、PU、XPE/IXPE、EVA等材料。
请参阅图5和图6所示,出于说明而非限制的目的,在本实施例中,所述连接器组件100的另一端是USB插头200,所述USB插头包括金属壳体21及包覆所述金属壳体21的塑胶外壳22,所述金属壳体21的两侧设置有若干收容孔211,所述塑胶外壳22上设置有与所述收容孔211配合的凸块221,从而增强了塑胶外壳22与金属壳体21之间的结合力。
然而,可以理解的是,尽管在之前描述中提到了本发明许多特征和优点,包括一些结构和功能的细节,但本公开仅仅是说明性的,许多细节是可以改变的,尤其是在所附权利要求表述的术语的广义一般含义所表示的原理范围内的部件形状、尺寸和布置上。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器组件,其包括绝缘壳体,固持在所述绝缘壳体上的端子,与所述端子电性连接的线缆,固持在所述绝缘壳体上的磁体,及一体形成在所述绝缘壳体及线缆上的内模,其特征在于:所述电连接器还包括设置在所述内模及磁体之间的隔热件,在成型内模时防止磁体受到成型内模时的热量影响,所述隔热件盖住所述磁体。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:进一步包括包覆所述内模及绝缘壳体的外模。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述绝缘壳体包括基部及从基部的一侧延伸的突出部。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述绝缘壳体的突出部外侧设有防水圈。
5.如权利要求3所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述突出部包括从突出部向外延伸的定位柱。
6.如权利要求3所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述绝缘壳体包括沿与所述突出部的一侧相反的另一侧延伸的固定柱。
7.如权利要求3所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述绝缘壳体包括沿与所述突出部的一侧相反的另一侧延伸的卡线槽。
8.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述端子为弹性端子。
9.一种电连接器组件的组装方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
提供绝缘壳体,所述绝缘壳体包括收容空间;
提供端子,所述端子固持在所述绝缘壳体上;
提供线缆,所述线缆与所述端子电性连接;
提供磁体,所述磁体安装在所述绝缘壳体的收容空间内;
提供隔热件,所述隔热件盖住所述磁体;
在所述绝缘壳体及线缆上一体形成内模,所述隔热件用以防止热量影响磁体。
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接器组件的组装方法,其特征在于:所述线缆直接连接至所述端子。
