An anti-intrusion and dangerous proximity alarm detection method for mining and transporting equipment, which is used for detection by using the anti-intrusion and dangerous proximity alarm device for mining and transporting equipment according to any one of claims 1 to 5, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
setting alarm ranges through a digital coding unit of an embedded control module, wherein the alarm radiuses are respectively eight gears including 1m, 2m, 4m, 6m, 8m, 16m, 32m and COM, a knob is used for striking a COM gear, the COM gear is connected with a computer through an RS232 communication interface of the embedded control module, and parameter configuration is performed on the embedded control module through the computer, wherein the parameter configuration comprises any alarm range size setting, double alarm area setting, annular alarm area setting, output signal mode setting, portable signal terminal alarm-free setting and portable signal terminal management; when a person wearing the portable signal terminal enters an alarm area, the portable signal terminal sends out a first vibration and sound alarm signal, the sound and light alarm module sends out a first light and sound alarm signal, and the output isolation module outputs a first switching value contact signal to control a movement mechanism of the mining excavation transportation equipment to stop running; when a person wearing the portable signal terminal enters a shutdown area, the portable signal terminal sends out a second vibration and sound alarm signal, the sound and light alarm module sends out a second light and sound alarm signal, and meanwhile, the output isolation module outputs a second switching value contact signal to control the mining excavation transportation equipment to stop running; when two mining excavation transportation equipment approach each other, two core controllers measure distance each other, judge whether the other side's equipment gets into self protection area according to alarm area scope and shut down the district scope of setting for separately, if get into self alarm area, then the audible and visual alarm module sends first light and audible alarm signal, if get into self shut down the district, then the audible and visual alarm module sends second light and audible alarm signal and control mining excavation transportation equipment and shut down.

The mining excavation transportation equipment intrusion prevention and danger approaching alarm detection method according to claim 6, characterized in that the core controller divides danger levels according to the distance between the portable signal terminal and the core controller and the moving speed and acceleration of the portable signal terminal by using a communication frequency adaptive algorithm, and sets a communication frequency value corresponding to each danger level, and the two are in positive correlation; in practical application, the algorithm is called to classify the acquired data according to the danger level, the communication frequency is automatically adjusted according to the classification result, the closer the distance is, the faster the moving speed is, and the higher the acceleration is, the higher the communication frequency of the portable signal terminal is, so that the purpose of intensively monitoring the short-distance and high-speed moving portable signal terminal is achieved, and the reliability of the alarm function is improved.

The mining excavation transportation equipment intrusion prevention and danger approaching alarm detection method according to claim 6, characterized in that the core controller sets reasonable threshold values of the maximum moving speed and the acceleration of the portable signal terminal according to the maximum moving speed of underground workers and mining excavation transportation equipment by using a discrete data analysis algorithm, compares the analysis processing result of data with the threshold values, further analyzes the distribution rule and carries out classification processing on outliers exceeding a reasonable range, carries out compensation correction on regular characteristics, abandons the outliers in an irregular and recyclable manner, carries out algorithm optimization by combining with underground practical conditions, and ensures the reliability of system alarm.

The method for detecting the intrusion prevention and the danger approach alarm of the mining excavation transportation equipment according to the claim 6, characterized in that the core controller compares the real-time moving speed of the underground mining excavation transportation equipment with a preset threshold value by using an automatic alarm range scaling algorithm, and if the moving speed is greater than the threshold value, the alarm range is automatically amplified according to a certain proportion, so that the reliable early warning of the mining excavation transportation equipment during high-speed moving is ensured.

The method for detecting the anti-intrusion and danger approaching alarm of the mining excavation transportation equipment according to claim 6, wherein the sound alarm driving mode of the embedded control module adopts a long-ringing or gradual-change mode, when the long-ringing mode is selected, the alarm output signal of the embedded control module is a constant-voltage level signal, the sound and light alarm module performs circular playing according to preset alarm voice, when the gradual-change mode is selected, the alarm output signal of the embedded control module is a variable-frequency pulse voltage signal, the closer the distance between the portable signal terminal and the core controller is, the higher the output frequency of the pulse voltage signal is, the faster the frequency of the sound and light alarm module sends the 'tic' sound is, and the driver can judge the distance between the personnel and the equipment or between the equipment and the equipment through the speed of the alarm voice frequency.
