Furthermore, the detachable cutting tool assembly with the dust falling function also comprises a baffle ring 6 for a shaft; the part of the gear handle 1.1 extending out of the mounting hole 2.1 is provided with an annular clamping groove 1.9 matched with the baffle ring 6 for the shaft. The tooth handle 1.1 of the conical cutting tooth 1 is inserted into the mounting hole 2.1, and the shaft is clamped in the annular clamping groove 1.9 by the baffle ring 6 to fix the conical cutting tooth 1 in the conical tooth holder 2.
Further, the bottom surface of the tooth shoulder 1.2 is provided with an annular concave shoulder 1.10; the lining ring 5 is provided with a shoulder 5.1 which is matched with the concave shoulder 1.10. The tooth shoulder 1.2 and the lining ring 5 are buckled with each other through an annular conical surface, and the tooth shoulder 1.2 can freely rotate in the lining ring 5 and cannot be separated from the lining ring 5. Tooth shoulder 1.2 and backing ring 5 pass through annular conical surface and contact each other, from effective increase area of contact, reduce the contact specific pressure, reduce wearing and tearing, shoulder-concave shoulder lock structure can also play in addition and prevent that toper pick 1 from rocking because assembly gap or because toper pick 1 that the wearing and tearing of 1.1 cylindrical surface of toothholder lead to in mounting hole 2.1, can effectively stabilize toper pick 1 at the cutting in-process.
Furthermore, the convex shoulder 5.1 is of a double-conical-surface annular structure, the included angle between the conical surfaces on the inner side and the outer side and the horizontal plane is 120 degrees, normal phase loads acting on the conical cutting tooth 1 in the rock breaking process can be evenly distributed on the conical surfaces on the inner side and the outer side, so that the contact specific pressure of the convex shoulder 5.1 and the concave shoulder 1.10 is reduced, and the normal phase loads acting on the conical cutting tooth 1 in the rock breaking process are transferred to the conical tooth holder 2 through the lining ring 5 by the equilateral triangle formed in the force decomposition process.
Furthermore, the fast tenon 2.2 is a T-shaped tenon, the distance between the side positioning surfaces 2.5 at the two sides is gradually reduced from front to back, and the side positioning surfaces 2.5 are in transitional connection with the back end surface through guide inclined surfaces 2.6; the inserting groove 3.1 is matched with the fast tenon 2.2. The side positioning surface 2.5 and the guide inclined surface 2.6 of the fast tenon 2.2 can be fast inserted along the inserting groove 3.1, so that the automatic positioning of the inserting direction is realized. The included angle between the side positioning surfaces 2.5 at the two sides is a self-positioning angle.
Further, a fixing block mounting position is arranged on the dust fall connecting seat 3; the mounting position of the fixed block extends forwards from the insertion opening of the insertion groove 3.1 and is provided with a fixed groove 3.5; the bottom surface of the fixed block 4 is provided with a stop key 4.1 matched with the fixed groove 3.5; the fixing groove 3.5 and the stop key 4.1 are both provided with screw holes, and the fixing screw 7 penetrates through the screw holes to fix the fixing block 4 on a fixing block mounting position. The arrangement of the fixing groove 3.5 and the stop key 4.1 effectively prevents the fixing block 4 from being released from the fixing block mounting position.
Further, the side surface of the dust fall connecting seat 3 corresponding to the mounting position of the fixed block is an anti-friction surface 8; the two sides of the fixed block 4 are provided with antifriction surfaces 8; the distance between the two side abrasion reducing surfaces 8 is gradually increased from front to back, a right angle is formed in the movement direction of the dust fall connecting seat 3, and the rotating working resistance of the cutting head or the cutting drum 100 is reduced.
Further, the bottom surface and the side surface of the dust fall connecting seat 3 are in transition connection through inward-inclined welding slope surfaces 3.6, and the dust fall connecting seat 3 can be welded to the surface of the cutting head or the cutting drum 100 through welding the slope surfaces 3.6.

1. A detachable cutting tool assembly with a dust fall function is characterized by comprising a conical cutting pick, a conical tooth holder, a dust fall connecting seat and a fixing block;
the conical cutting pick comprises a tooth handle, a tooth shoulder, a tooth bar and a conical part which are integrally formed;
the tooth handle and the tooth bar are both cylindrical structures;
the tooth shoulder is of a circular truncated cone structure, the bottom surface of the tooth shoulder is connected with the tooth handle, and the top surface of the tooth shoulder is connected with the tooth rod through an annular transition curved surface;
the conical part is positioned on the toothed bar, hard alloy is brazed at the top of the conical part, and a plurality of oval anti-bending beams are uniformly arranged on the circumferential surface of the conical part;
the oval bending-resistant beam is arranged in a mode of small top and big bottom, the oval outline curve of the oval bending-resistant beam is controlled by a parameter equation (1),
wherein c is a number greater than 2;
the bevel gear tooth seat is provided with a mounting hole matched with the gear handle, and the lower part of the bevel gear tooth seat is provided with a quick tenon;
the dust fall connecting seat is used for being welded on the cutting head or the cutting drum and is provided with an inserting groove matched with the quick inserting tenon, the bottom surface of the dust fall connecting seat is provided with a water distribution interface communicated with a water distribution hole of the cutting head or the cutting drum, the rear part of the dust fall connecting seat is provided with a dust fall nozzle, and a built-in water channel communicated with the water distribution interface and the dust fall nozzle is arranged in the dust fall connecting seat;
the fixed block is used for being fixed on the dust-settling connecting seat after the fast inserting tenon and the inserting groove are assembled, and the inserting hole of the inserting groove is closed.
2. The detachable cutting tool assembly with dust fall function according to claim 1, wherein the contact area of the front face of the bevel tooth holder and the cutting chips is a separating surface with an obtuse included angle.
3. The detachable cutting tool assembly with the dust fall function according to claim 2, wherein a wear-resistant distributing block forming an acute angle with the horizontal direction is embedded on the separating surface;
the wear-resistant distributing block is made of hard alloy.
4. The detachable cutting tool assembly with the dust falling function according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the mounting hole of the bevel gear seat comprises a first step hole, a second step hole and a third step hole, the diameters of which are sequentially reduced from front to back;
the first step hole and the second step hole are internally provided with a lining ring in interference fit, and the hardness of the lining ring is greater than that of the conical cutting pick;
the tooth handle of the conical cutting pick is inserted into the lining ring, and the tooth shoulder is abutted against the lining ring.
5. The detachable cutting tool assembly with dust fall function of claim 4, further comprising a shaft baffle ring;
and the part of the tooth handle extending out of the mounting hole is provided with an annular clamping groove matched with the baffle ring for the shaft.
6. The detachable cutting tool assembly with the dust fall function according to claim 5, wherein the bottom surface of the tooth shoulder is provided with an annular concave shoulder;
and a convex shoulder matched with the concave shoulder is arranged on the lining ring.
7. The detachable cutting tool assembly with the dust fall function according to claim 6, wherein the shoulder has a double-conical ring structure, and the included angle between the conical surfaces at the inner side and the outer side and the horizontal plane is 120 degrees.

The detachable cutting tool assembly with the dust fall function according to claim 1, wherein the quick insertion tenon is a T-shaped tenon, the distance between the side positioning surfaces at two sides is gradually reduced from front to back, and the side positioning surfaces are in transitional connection with the back end surface through guide inclined surfaces;
the inserting groove is matched with the quick inserting tenon.
9. The detachable cutting tool assembly with the dust fall function according to claim 8, wherein a fixing block mounting position is arranged on the dust fall connecting seat;
the fixing block mounting position extends forwards from the insertion hole of the insertion groove and is provided with a fixing groove;
the bottom surface of the fixed block is provided with a stop key matched with the fixed groove;
the fixing groove and the stop key are both provided with screw holes, and the fixing screws penetrate through the screw holes to fix the fixing block on the fixing block mounting position.
10. The detachable cutting tool assembly with the dust fall function according to claim 9, wherein the side surface of the dust fall connecting seat corresponding to the fixing block mounting position is an anti-friction surface;
two sides of the fixed block are antifriction surfaces;
the distance between the wear reducing surfaces on the two sides is gradually increased from front to back.
