Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the invention discloses an alloy injection mold for a curtain rod decoration head, which comprises a movable mold plate and a fixed mold plate, wherein the movable mold plate is provided with a movable mold core mounting hole, an upper injection groove and an upper groove, the upper injection groove and the upper groove are respectively communicated with two side edges of the movable mold core mounting hole, the fixed mold plate is provided with a fixed mold core mounting hole, a lower injection groove and a lower square sliding groove, the lower injection groove and the lower square sliding groove are respectively communicated with two side edges of the fixed mold core mounting hole, the fixed mold core mounting hole and the movable mold core mounting hole are respectively provided with a corresponding fixed mold core and a corresponding movable mold core, the upper surface of the fixed mold core is provided with two parallel lower spiral grooves, the tail end of the outermost layer of the lower spiral groove is communicated with a lower annular deep groove, the lower annular deep groove and the lower spiral groove form a lower mold cavity of the curtain rod decoration head, and a lower semicircular sliding groove is communicated with the, the lower surface of the movable die core is provided with two upper spiral grooves which are parallel, the tail end of the outermost layer section of each upper spiral groove is communicated with an upper annular deep groove, the upper annular deep groove and the upper spiral grooves form an upper die cavity of the curtain rod decorative head, an upper semicircular sliding groove is communicated between the lower annular deep groove and a lower square sliding groove, and the upper die cavity and the lower die cavity correspond to form a die cavity for injection molding of the curtain rod decorative head; the lower square sliding groove is provided with a step-shaped sliding block in sliding fit, the upper portion of the step-shaped sliding block is provided with a step portion matched with the upper groove, the rear side wall of the step portion is in inclined surface fit with the inner wall of the rear side of the upper groove, the front end of the step-shaped sliding block is fixedly connected with two rod-shaped mold cores, the upper half portion and the lower half portion of each rod-shaped mold core are in sliding fit with the upper semicircular sliding groove and the lower semicircular sliding groove respectively, the movable mold plate moving downwards drives the step-shaped sliding block to slide forwards along the lower square sliding groove, and the two rod-shaped mold cores at the front end of the step.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the cavity insert is provided with a main runner located between the two lower spiral grooves, an injection port of the main runner is communicated with the lower injection groove, and a gate of the main runner is communicated with the two lower spiral grooves. One side of the tail end of the innermost layer section of the lower spiral groove is provided with a main exhaust groove, two sides of the lower annular deep groove are respectively provided with an auxiliary exhaust groove, and the movable die core is respectively provided with an air guide block matched with the main exhaust groove and the auxiliary exhaust groove. The side of the main exhaust groove close to the lower spiral groove is provided with a slope, and the side of the auxiliary exhaust groove close to the lower annular deep groove is provided with a slope. The four corners of the fixed mold core are respectively provided with a positioning lug, and the four corners of the movable mold core are respectively provided with a positioning groove corresponding to the positioning lug. The step-shaped sliding block comprises a step part on the upper portion and a sliding part on the lower portion, a return spring is connected between the sliding part and the fixed die plate, the step part is flush with the front side wall of the sliding part, the rear side wall of the step part is located on the rear side of the rear side wall of the sliding part, and the height of the sliding part is the same as the depth of the lower square sliding groove. The upper injection groove and the lower injection groove are correspondingly arranged, and the cross sections of the upper injection groove and the lower injection groove are in major arc shapes.
In addition, the material of the fixed mold core and the movable mold core is selected from plastic mold steel, P20 steel or S55C steel, and the material of the rod-shaped mold core is selected from NAK80 steel, S136 steel or H13 steel.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: when the movable template and the fixed template are matched, the upper annular deep groove and the upper spiral groove form an upper die cavity of the curtain rod decorative head, the lower annular deep groove and the lower spiral groove form a lower die cavity of the curtain rod decorative head, an upper groove of the movable template is matched with a step part inclined plane on the upper part of the step-shaped sliding block, the movable template moving downwards drives the step-shaped sliding block to slide forwards along the lower square sliding groove and drives the rod-shaped die core to move forwards to extend into an injection molding cavity formed by the upper die cavity and the lower die cavity, and the rod-shaped die core is used as a die core of a mounting hole at the end part of the curtain; molten plastic enters the main flow channel from an injection groove formed by the upper injection groove and the lower injection groove, flows through the main flow channel and is injected into the injection molding cavity, and the molten plastic is condensed to form the decorative head of the curtain rod; after the movable mould plate and the fixed mould plate are opened, the step-shaped slide blocks are pulled by the reset spring to respectively slide backwards along the guide sliding grooves, and then the two injection-molded curtain rod decoration heads can be taken out.
