本发明公开了一种球环滚子自润滑柱形三球销,涉及汽车传动轴领域,主要包括三销架和套设在三销架每一销架上的球环,所述的球环的内壁上均匀开设若干润滑槽用于填充固体润滑剂,所述的三销架轴颈与球环之间通过固体润滑剂直接接触并润滑;所述的三销架轴颈上部设置挡圈槽用于安装钢丝挡圈。本发明的有益效果为:本发明是一种自润滑三球销,装配时不需在球环与滚针间涂润滑脂;不使用润滑脂、滚针、滚针挡圈,不需在三销架根部设计顶住滚针的斜面和防止干涉的圆角,简化了万向节的结构,装配方便,减轻了制造难度,降低了制造成本;不使用滚针,可增大十字轴的轴径,从而增加了强度,提高了三球销万向节的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车传动轴的领域,具体涉及一种球环滚子自润滑柱形三球销。
背景技术
常规柱型三球销万向节具有传递扭矩与运动的功能,是汽车传动轴的“关节”部件;一般用于汽车等速驱动轴的移动端,使主、从动轴以等角速度运转,传递力矩,带滚针的球环或轴承可在钟形壳内的三个轨道内进行滑移,实现驱动轴在汽车运动时产生的长度变化,对于三球销万向节的性能要求较高。
现有的柱型三球销万向节的三销架轴颈与球环之间使用滚针,为保证三球销在装配时和工作中不掉针、不卡针,需在球环与滚针间涂适量润滑脂,性能要求高。而且滚针在强度较高的工作环境下易碎,也会导致三球销万向节功能降低或失效。为保证不掉针,在三销架轴颈根部设计顶住滚针的斜面和防止干涉的圆角。同时,在三销架轴颈顶端装配有滚针挡圈。上述原因导致三球销万向节加工精度要求高,制造难度大,制造成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种球环滚子自润滑柱形三球销,不仅降低了制造难度和制造成本,而且提高了三球销万向节的使用寿命。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的:这种球环滚子自润滑柱形三球销,主要包括三销架和套设在三销架每一销架上的球环,所述的球环的内壁上均匀开设若干润滑槽用于填充固体润滑剂,所述的三销架轴颈与球环之间通过固体润滑剂直接接触并润滑;所述的三销架轴颈上部设置挡圈槽用于安装钢丝挡圈。
作为优选的技术方案,所述的润滑槽的数量和大小可根据具体工况进行调整。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明是一种自润滑三球销,装配时不需在球环与滚针间涂润滑脂;
2、不使用润滑脂、滚针、滚针挡圈,不需在三销架根部设计顶住滚针的斜面和防止干涉的圆角,简化了万向节的结构,装配方便,减轻了制造难度,降低了制造成本;
3、不使用滚针,可增大十字轴的轴径,从而增加了强度,提高了三球销万向节的使用寿命。

实施例:如附图所示,这种球环滚子自润滑柱形三球销,主要包括三销架1和套设在三销架1每一销架上的球环2,所述的球环2的内壁上均匀开设若干润滑槽2-1用于填充固体润滑剂,所述的三销架1轴颈与球环2之间通过固体润滑剂直接接触并润滑;所述的三销架1轴颈上部设置挡圈槽3-1用于安装钢丝挡圈3。
作为优选的技术方案,所述的润滑槽2-1形状可以为圆孔或槽,其数量和大小可根据具体工况和结构进行调整。
本发明的工作原理:本发明提出在球环2的内壁上打出润滑槽2-1并填充固体润滑剂的方式,有效解决了三球销万向节滚针易碎、需在装配时使用润滑脂、制造难度大的业界难题。当球环2和三销架1轴颈表面发生运动时,产生的摩擦面间由于填充的固体润滑剂,迅速形成一层薄的润滑膜,由于其剪切强度低,滑动时,黏着的剪切将发生在膜内,原本发生在金属间的摩擦(即轴颈外壁与球环内壁)将变成固体润滑剂间的摩擦,从而在不采用滚针的情况下也能起到很好的润滑作用。另外由于省去滚针,在设计时可以增大十字轴的轴径,以提高强度,从而延长了三球销万向节的使用寿命。

1.一种球环滚子自润滑柱形三球销,包括三销架(1)和套设在三销架(1)每一销架上的球环(2),其特征在于:所述的球环(2)的内壁上均匀开设若干润滑槽(2-1)用于填充固体润滑剂,所述的三销架(1)轴颈与球环(2)之间通过固体润滑剂直接接触并润滑;所述的三销架(1)轴颈上部设置挡圈槽(3-1)用于安装钢丝挡圈(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的球环滚子自润滑柱形三球销,其特征在于:所述的润滑槽(2-1)的数量和大小可根据具体工况进行调整。
