一种用于防控新冠病毒的熔喷布的制造方法,包括如下步骤:一、制作无机杀菌除毒剂F料,二、第一次熔喷切片后熔融制作H料,三、按以下重量份比取料搅拌均匀备用,四、熔喷:五、检验合格后包装入库。本发明有如下特点和进步:1.将PP混入无机杀菌除毒剂熔喷使之具有了杀菌除毒的功能,2.将PP混入无机杀菌除毒剂中经过预混、熔喷、热熔再切片制造成H料,解决了本行业无机与有机材料混合、大比重材料与轻比重材料混合、微量料与大份材混合的技术难题,3.本发明不仅适用于PP熔喷制造防控NCP的防护用品同时也适合聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚丙乙烯等制造抗菌水管、桶、盒等塑料制品,使得人们防控病菌的感染多了几份保障。

一种用于防控新冠病毒的熔喷布的制造方法
技术领域
本发明公开了一种用于防控新冠病毒的熔喷布的制造方法,属于医疗器材领域。
背景技术
目前市场上的熔喷布主要用于制造婴儿妇女卫生用品,典型的如当前市场紧俏的口罩及其防护服。普通的口罩是由一层熔喷布为中间层,外夹两层无纺布复合而成,而N95口罩是由三层熔喷布为中间层外两层无纺布复合而成;现有制作口罩的熔喷布对混有新冠病毒的空气过滤效果欠缺,不能进行有效的过滤使其达到无菌化。
发明内容
为克服现有口罩的原材料熔喷布对新冠病毒过滤效果欠佳的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种用于防控新冠病毒的熔喷布的制造方法,以便使制作的口罩对新冠病毒有很可靠的过滤杀灭效果,达到防控新冠病毒侵蚀人们身体的目的。
为实现其目的,本发明采用的方法分为如下步骤:
步骤一、制作无机杀菌除毒剂F料,
本技术方案,是对专利申请号为00104570.9,名称为:无机杀菌除毒剂及其用途,公开的技术方案的进一步改进。因无机杀菌除毒剂是利用光电反应的原理,是常见能抑制细菌病毒生长的银离子、锌离子、铜离子和半导体材料二氧化钛复合成银锌化学原电池或铜锌原电池,利用半导体材料储能激发银锌、铜锌化学原电池的电子迁移产生电子空穴和新生氧,由于新生氧极易与空气中的氧气结合形成对各种微生物具有显著灭活的臭氧,从而达到了杀灭新冠病毒的目的;
本无机杀菌剂经过二十年的市场化,在国内外都有广泛的运用,当掺入量在0.5%~1.5%时所制造的陶瓷产品(日用瓷、卫生洁具、墙体砖)多次检测均符合JC/T897-2002,广泛地使用在无菌病房、公共环境卫生场所,能对常见的的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球球菌、白色念珠菌、绿脓杆菌,在2h杀菌率可达99.99%;当掺入量在0.5%~1.5%在纺织品和涂料中经检测均符合AATCC100-2002及HG/T3950-2007的标准;特别在防控2019年非洲猪瘟复养均取得了成功,其功能性、安全性、经济性均符合目前市场的需求;
根据发明专利申请号00104570.9公开的技术方案,将无机杀菌除毒剂改性成100~200nm粉体(简称F料)备用。
步骤二 、第一次熔喷切片后熔融制作H料,
由于F料系无机粉体细度较细,正常按0.5%~1.5%的比例,掺入PP切片很难混合均匀,使得熔喷出的布质量很难稳定,从而达不到防控NCP的效果,根据多次试验:重质超微无机粉体F与聚丙烯(简称PP)预混达10~30时熔喷产品质量均匀稳定。因此,我们按PP:F=70~90:30~10的比例预混,然后熔喷,经检测其熔喷布符合设计指标随即热熔切片,为了简化程序,方便表述,后述预混产品按PP:F=80:20搅拌均匀熔喷后再热熔切片成H料备用。
步骤三 、配料:
按以下重量份比取料搅拌均匀备用
PP:92~97 H:3~8;
步骤四 、熔喷:将温度控制在60~90℃,压力△P:0.02~0.03Mpa,细度0.5~1.0μm后待检;
步骤五、检验:
经检验产品符合熔喷布标准,其抗菌性能符合AATCC100-2002标准后包装入库。
一种用于防控NCP的熔喷布的制造方法与现有技术相比,有如下明显的特点和技术进步:
1. 将PP混入无机杀菌除毒剂熔喷使之具有了杀菌除毒的功能,从而使人们在使用卫生防护用品时多了一份安全保障;
2. 将PP混入无机杀菌除毒剂中经过预混、熔喷、热熔再切片制造成H料,解决了本行业无机与有机材料混合、大比重材料与轻比重材料混合、微量料与大份材混合的技术难题,从而使的大比重、低掺入的无机杀菌除毒剂制造具有防控NCP的熔喷布的产业化成为可能;
3. 配比的设计:
H料的重量份比含量3~8,优选地为3.5~7.5,当H料少于3时,其杀菌除毒的功能达不到预期目的,当H料多于8时,不仅白白地增加成本,而且其LD50≤ 5000;
4. 本发明不仅适用于PP熔喷制造防控NCP的防护用品同时也适合聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚丙乙烯等制造抗菌水管、桶、盒等塑料制品,使得人们防控病菌的感染多了几份保障。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明
实施例1、用于防控新冠病毒的熔喷布制造方法之一,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、制作无机杀菌除毒剂F料,
步骤二、第一次熔喷后熔融切片制作H料,
步骤三、配料:(重量份比)
取PP料92份,H料8份搅拌均匀备用,
步骤四、喷熔:
将温度控制在60℃,压力△P:0.02Mpa,细度1.0μm后待检。
步骤五、检验:
经检验产品符合熔喷布标准,其抗菌性能符合AATCC100-2002标准后包装入库。
实施例2:用于防控新冠病毒的熔喷布的制造方法之二,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、制作无机杀菌除毒剂F料,
步骤二、第一次熔喷后熔融切片制作H料,
步骤三、配料:(重量份比)
取PP料97份,H料3份搅拌均匀备用,
步骤四:喷熔:
将温度控制在90℃,压力△P:0.03Mpa,细度0.5μm后待检,
步骤五、检验:
经检验产品符合熔喷布标准,其抗菌性能符合AATCC100-2002标准后包装入库。
上述仅为本发明的两个具体实施例,但本发明的设计和构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性改动,均属于侵犯本发明保护范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种熔喷布的制造方法,其特征是:所述方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、制作无机杀菌除毒剂F料,
将无机杀菌除毒剂改性成100~200nm粉体简称F料备用;
步骤二、第一次熔喷切片后熔融制作H料,
将制成的F料按按PP:F=70~90:30~10的比例预混,然后熔喷,经检测其熔喷布符合设计指标后,随即热熔切片成H料备用;
步骤三、配料:按以下重量份比取料搅拌均匀备用,
PP:92~97 H:3~8;
步骤四、熔喷:将温度控制在60~90℃,压力△P:0.02~0.03Mpa,细度0.5~1.0μm后待检;
步骤五、检验:经检验产品符合熔喷布标准,其抗菌性能符合AATCC100-2002标准后包装入库。
2.根据权利要求1所述熔喷布的制造方法,其特征是:所述步骤二中制作H料时:最好是将制成的F料按按PP:F =80:20搅拌均匀熔喷后,再热熔切片成H料备用。
3.根据权利要求1所述熔喷布的制造方法,其特征是:所述方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、制作无机杀菌除毒剂F料,
步骤二、第一次熔喷后熔融切片制作H料,
步骤三、配料:(重量份比)取PP料92份,H料8份搅拌均匀备用,
步骤四、喷熔:将温度控制在60℃,压力△P:0.02Mpa,细度1.0μm后待检;步骤五、检验:经检验产品符合熔喷布标准,其抗菌性能符合AATCC100-2002标准后包装入库。
4.根据权利要求1所述熔喷布的制造方法,其特征是:该方法包括如下步骤:

5.根据权利要求1或3所述熔喷布的制造方法,其特征是:所述步骤三配料中,选取的原料重量份比还可以为取PP料92份,H料8份搅拌均匀备用,其余步骤同权利要求1或2或3。
