Description

Antibacterial deodorant laundry detergent composition and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemical washing products, in particular to an antibacterial deodorant laundry detergent composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Many people find that clothes which are not worn for a long time can emit sweat odor. In summer, clothes which are changed in the morning have slight sweat odor after sweating, and then become thicker and thicker. This is because the sweat that flows out carries sebum dirt on the body, remains on the fibers of the clothing, and in the case of moisture, bacteria that feed on the sebum dirt start to multiply, thereby generating sweat odor. In rainy days, the humidity in the air is high, and clothes are not dried, so that the clothes can also become a chance for bacteria propagation to generate odor.
Currently, antibacterial laundry detergents are in the lives of people and are more and more favored by people. The antibacterial laundry detergents on the market are various in types, and the search for long-acting antibacterial laundry detergents with different formula combinations still has important significance.
The invention content is as follows:
the invention aims to provide an antibacterial deodorant laundry detergent with strong detergency, and discloses an antibacterial deodorant laundry detergent composition and a preparation method thereof.
The invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

Stability and Total actives test
Stability test the stability test was carried out according to the method specified in QB/T1224-.
Total actives assay was determined according to method A as specified in GB/T13173-2008, Chapter 7.
The test results are given in the following table:
Figure BDA0002394968410000121
as can be seen from the above table, the prepared laundry detergent has good stability at the temperature of (40 +/-2) DEG C and at the temperature of (-5 +/-2) DEG C, and the cold resistance and heat resistance meet the standard. The total active matter of the six samples is more than 25%, and the concentrated laundry detergent requires that the total active matter content in the formula is equal to or more than 25%, so that the active matter content of the six samples reaches the standard of the concentrated laundry detergent.
Detergency test
The decontamination capability of the laundry detergent of the 6 samples in the embodiment of the invention is tested by comparing the standard laundry detergent with the method specified in GB/T13174-:
Figure BDA0002394968410000122
wherein, the specified dirty cloth refers to JB-01 determined by GB/T13174-2008: carbon black oil stain cloth, JB-02: the product test concentration of the concentrated laundry detergent in the detergency test of protein dirty cloth, JB-03: sebum dirty cloth is 0.1%. The standard laundry liquid is prepared according to the single relevant regulation of GB/T13174 and No. 2008 No. 1 modification.
The table shows that the detergency of the three laundry liquid samples in example 6 on three dirty cloths is greater than that of the standard laundry liquid, and meets the requirements of QB/T1224-.
III antimicrobial Property test
The test method comprises the following steps: according to the method specified in QB/T2738-:
Figure BDA0002394968410000131
according to the specification of QB/T2850 ≧ 2008, the bactericidal rate of the antibacterial detergent is required to be greater than or equal to 90%, and the above table shows that the standard laundry detergent has no antibacterial effect, and the antibacterial effects of the three samples in examples 4-6 do not meet the requirements of the antibacterial detergent, because the antibacterial effect of the laundry detergent is reduced due to the anionic surfactants sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate. The commercial laundry detergent of a certain brand has an antibacterial effect, but has no good antibacterial effect on fungi, namely candida albicans. The three samples of examples 1 to 3 had strong antibacterial effects and also had good antibacterial effects against fungi.
IV odor performance test
The test method comprises the following steps: please refer to 10 people with a constitution of easy sweating, the same polyester cotton T-shirt, which starts the test after one month, and in the process, the test is carried out by washing with a certain brand of commercially available laundry detergent for one month, then washing with the antibacterial and deodorant laundry detergent of examples 1-3, and the deodorant effect is evaluated twice every day in one month, and the sweat odor on the clothes is taken as a record result. The results of the comprehensive evaluation are shown in the following table:
Figure BDA0002394968410000132
Figure BDA0002394968410000141
note: "-" indicates no sweat odor, "+" indicates slight sweat odor, "+ +" indicates stronger sweat odor, and "+ + + +" indicates strong sweat odor
The test results in the table show that the three antibacterial deodorant laundry liquids of examples 1-3 of the present invention can obviously prevent sweat odor.
