Wherein, the liquid material refers to ingredients and seasonings required by water, oil, soy sauce and the like for cooking the rice. The quantity of storage tanks can set up different quantity according to the difference of liquid material, places a liquid material in every storage tank. The liquid materials added simultaneously can be mixed and prepared according to the technological proportion requirement and then are filled into the same storage tank, so that the liquid materials are added simultaneously when the liquid materials are needed to be added in the making process of the steamed rice.
A plurality of fixing plates 121 are fixedly arranged in the functional cabinet 12, the fixing plates 121 are layered up and down and horizontally arranged, and one main pipe and a plurality of branch pipes communicated with the main pipe can be arranged for each storage tank under the condition that one or a plurality of cooking devices 3 are arranged on each fixing plate 121, and each branch pipe is communicated with a feeding hole on a bowl cover 32 of one cooking device 3. The plurality of main pipes and the plurality of branch pipes, which are correspondingly arranged and correspondingly communicated with the plurality of storage tanks, jointly form the feed pipe 51.
Each branch pipe is provided with a feed pump 52, so that when a certain liquid material is needed to be added in the process of making the pot rice by one cooking device 3, the corresponding liquid material can be pumped into the pot bowl 6 on the heating cooking bench 31 by starting the feed pump 52 on the corresponding branch pipe of the cooking device 3.
For example: the two storage tanks are a water storage tank and an oil storage tank, the two main pipes corresponding to the water storage tank and the oil storage tank are a water supply main pipe and an oil supply main pipe respectively, one end of the water supply main pipe is inserted into the water storage tank, and one end of the oil supply main pipe is inserted into the oil supply pipe. The water supply main pipe and the oil supply main pipe extend from bottom to top to the cooking device 3 of the highest layer in the functional cabinet 12 respectively, and the feed holes on the bowl cover 32 of the cooking device 3 on each layer are respectively connected with the water supply main pipe and the oil supply main pipe through corresponding water supply branch pipes and oil supply branch pipes, and corresponding feed pumps 52 are arranged corresponding to the water supply branch pipes and the oil supply branch pipes of each cooking device 3. Thus, water and oil in the water storage tank and the oil storage tank can be obtained by the corresponding feed pump 52, the corresponding water supply branch pipe, the corresponding oil supply branch pipe, the corresponding main water supply pipe and the corresponding main oil supply pipe when any cooking device 3 is operated.
A meter may be mounted on each manifold through which the amount of the corresponding liquid material introduced into the pot bowl 6 is measured, so that when a predetermined amount is reached, the control system controls the feed pump 52 to stop continuing the feed.
Each bowl cover 32 may be provided with only one feed hole, and a plurality of branch pipes for supplying different liquid materials are communicated with the feed holes through the feed pipe adapter 53. A filling tube adapter 53 is secured to the bowl cover 32, the filling tube adapter 53 having a plurality of inlets and an outlet. One outlet of the charging pipe adapter 53 is communicated with a charging hole on the bowl cover 32, and a plurality of inlets of the charging pipe adapter are respectively communicated with a plurality of branch pipes of different liquid materials. Thus, when a plurality of branch pipes feed one cooking apparatus 3 at the same time, different liquid materials flow from the outlet into the feed holes in the bowl cover 32 after being joined in the feed pipe adapter 53.
Each inlet of the filling pipe adapter 53 is provided with a one-way valve so as to prevent one liquid material entering the filling pipe adapter 53 from flowing into a storage tank of another liquid material from a branch pipe for supplying the other liquid material.
In the case where only one cooking device 3 is provided in the functional cabinet 12, there is no need to provide a main pipe and a branch pipe, and one material storage tank is provided with one material supply pipe 51 correspondingly. One end of a feed pipe 51 is inserted into the storage tank, the other end of the feed pipe 51 is communicated with a feed hole in the bowl cover 32, a feed pump 52 is arranged on the feed pipe 51, and liquid materials in the storage tank are pumped by the feed pump 52 and supplied to the cooking device 3.
The above cooking apparatus 3 refers only to the cooking apparatus 3 for making a pot of rice. According to actual needs, a cooking device for stir-frying or other food cooking processes can be arranged in the functional cabinet 12, so that the pot machine has the function of making different dishes.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the grasping and transferring device 2 includes two grasping units and one transferring unit 23.
In particular embodiments, the gripping unit includes a cross beam 211, a lateral drive mechanism 212, a vertical beam 213, a lift drive mechanism 214, a lift arm 215, a longitudinal drive mechanism 216, a gripper 217, and an auxiliary beam 218. The cross beam 211, the vertical beam 213 and the lifting arm 215 are perpendicular to each other and are respectively parallel to three axes in a space rectangular coordinate system in three-dimensional space.
The cross beam 211 and the auxiliary beam 218 are both arranged laterally, the cross beam 211 being located below the auxiliary beam 218. The cross beam 211 is provided with a guide rail along the length direction of the cross beam 211, and the auxiliary beam 218 is provided with a guide rail along the length direction of the auxiliary beam 218. The vertical beam 213 is vertically arranged, and the upper and lower ends of the vertical beam 213 are respectively fixed on the two sliding blocks. The two blocks cooperate with the rails on the cross beam 211 and the auxiliary beam 218, respectively, so that the vertical beam 213 is arranged between the cross beam 211 and the auxiliary beam 218 so as to be movable laterally along the cross beam 211 and the auxiliary beam 218. The transverse driving mechanism 212 is a synchronous belt driving mechanism driven by a motor, and specifically comprises a motor, a synchronous wheel and a synchronous belt, wherein the sliding block is fixed on the synchronous belt, so that the synchronous wheel is driven to rotate by the motor, the synchronous wheel is driven to rotate to drive the synchronous belt to operate, the synchronous belt operates to drive the sliding block to transversely move along the auxiliary beam 218, and then the vertical beam 213 is driven to transversely move.
The vertical beam 213 is provided with a guide rail along the longitudinal direction of the vertical beam 213, i.e., the vertical direction. The lifting arm 215 is horizontally and longitudinally arranged, one end of the lifting arm 215 is fixed on a sliding block, the sliding block can move up and down along a guide rail on the vertical beam 213, and then the lifting arm 215 can move up and down along the vertical beam 213. The lift drive mechanism 214 is a synchronous belt drive mechanism composed of a motor, a synchronous wheel, a synchronous belt, and the like, and the lift arm 215 is driven to move up and down by the lift drive mechanism 214.
The lift arm 215 is provided with a guide rail along the longitudinal direction, i.e., the longitudinal direction, of the lift arm 215. The mechanical claw 217 is fixedly arranged on the sliding block, the sliding block is longitudinally movably arranged on the guide rail, and the mechanical claw 217 can longitudinally move along the lifting arm 215 along with the sliding block. The vertical driving mechanism 216 is a timing belt driving mechanism composed of a motor, a timing wheel, a timing belt, and the like, and drives the gripper 217 to move vertically by the vertical driving mechanism 216.
With the above configuration, the gripper 217 can be moved to an arbitrary position in a cubic space and grasp or place a load by the driving of the longitudinal driving mechanism 216, the elevating driving mechanism 214, and the lateral driving mechanism 212.
The mechanical claw 217 can be a grabbing mechanism driven by a motor, and the mechanical claw 217 in the scheme comprises two clamping claws which are driven by the motor to approach each other to squeeze so as to grab the soup bowl 6 and the side dish bowl 7. The clamping parts of the two clamping claws can be designed into arc-shaped surfaces which are approximately matched with the external shapes of the pot bowl 6 and the side dish bowl 7 so as to facilitate clamping and grabbing.
When the gripper 217 grips the dish bowl 7, the gripping part should be below the hinge 74 of the left bowl half 71 and the right bowl half 72, so as to avoid opening the dish bowl 7 due to gripping. After the dish-making bowl 7 has been transferred over the heating hob 31 of the cooking device 3, the two holding jaws can be released slightly, and the dish-making bowl 7 can be lowered. After the dish bowl 7 falls to a certain height, the bowl edge 73 protruding outwards at the bowl opening is blocked above the clamping claw, so that the dish bowl 7 cannot continuously fall. The motor drives the two clamping claws to approach each other to extrude the left half bowl 71 and the right half bowl 72 from the left side and the right side to be positioned above the hinging position 74, so that the parts of the left half bowl 71 and the right half bowl 72 below the hinging position 74 are respectively turned over to the two sides to open the bottom of the side dish bowl 7, and further the food materials in the side dish bowl 7 can fall into the heated vessel on the heating cooking bench 31 from the bottom of the side dish bowl 7.
Referring to fig. 8, the transfer unit 23 includes a transfer belt 231, a transfer driving motor 232 and a pulley 233, the transfer belt 231 is sleeved on the pulley 233, the transfer driving motor 232 is in driving connection with the pulley 233 to drive the pulley 233 to rotate, and the pulley 233 rotates to drive the transfer belt 231 to operate so as to convey goods. The transfer unit 23 spans the storage cabinet 11 and the functional cabinet 12. At least two pulleys 233 are provided, at least two of the pulleys 233 are disposed with their axes being longitudinal, and the transmission path of the transfer unit 23 is made horizontal and transverse. The transfer path refers to the longest path through which the goods can move when the transfer unit 23 transfers the goods. The transmission belt 231 is sleeved on the belt pulley 233, and the transmission path is positioned on the transmission belt 231. One end of the transmission path on the transmission belt 231 is located in the storage cabinet 11, and the other end is located in the function cabinet 12.
The two gripping units are a first gripping unit 21 and a second gripping unit 22, respectively. The first gripping unit 21 is located in the storage bin 11 for gripping the soup bowl 6 on the soup bowl support 111 and the side dish bowl 7 on the side dish bowl support 112 and placing them in a first position on the transport path of the transfer unit 23. The first position is located in the storage bin 11. The conveyor belt 231 serves to convey the pot bowl 6 or the side dish bowl 7 from a first position on the conveyor path to a second position in the functional cabinet 12. The second gripping unit 22 is used to grip the pot bowl 6 or side dish bowl 7 in the second position and to transfer it over the heating hob 31 of the cooking device 3.
A temperature control system may be provided in the storage bin 11 for maintaining a suitable temperature for the storage of the food material for storage of the food material. A partition is arranged between the storage cabinet 11 and the functional cabinet 12. The partition plate is provided with a conveying port 13. The transfer unit 23 passes through the delivery port 13 so that a first position on the delivery path is located in the storage tank 11 and a second position on the delivery path is located in the functional cabinet 12.
The conveying opening 13 is provided with a lifting door mechanism 8 for opening or closing the conveying opening 13, so that the conveying opening 13 is opened when the soup clay bowl 6 and the side dish bowl 7 are conveyed, and the conveying opening 13 is closed when the soup clay bowl 6 and the side dish bowl 7 are not conveyed, and the cold energy loss in the storage cabinet 11 is avoided as much as possible.
The lifting door mechanism 8 includes a door panel 81 and a slide driving device 82. The conveying opening 13 is rectangular, and lifting guide rails 83 in the lifting direction are arranged on both sides of the conveying opening 13. The shape of two side edges of the door plate 81 is matched with the lifting guide rail 83, or the two side edges of the door plate 81 are fixed with sliding blocks matched with the lifting guide rail 83, so that the door plate 81 can be arranged close to the partition plate in a lifting and sliding manner. When the sliding driving device 82 drives the door plate 81 to slide upwards to the third position, the conveying opening 13 is fully opened, so that the conveying belt 231 conveys the soup clay bowl 6 and the side dish bowl 7. When the sliding driving device 82 drives the door panel 81 to slide downward to the fourth position, the door panel 81 drops to a position close to or contacting the upper surface of the conveyor belt 231, and the conveying opening 13 above the conveyor belt 231 is closed, so that the cooling capacity in the storage cabinet 11 is prevented from being lost through the conveying opening 13 above the conveyor belt 231.
The sliding driving device 82 comprises a motor and a gear rack transmission mechanism 821, the motor is fixed on the partition board, an output shaft of the motor is directly or indirectly connected with a gear of the gear rack transmission mechanism 821, a rack of the gear rack transmission mechanism 821 is directly or indirectly fixed on the door plate 81, and the length direction of the rack is consistent with the guiding direction of the lifting guide rail 83. Thus, the door panel 81 can be driven to rise or fall by controlling forward or reverse rotation of the motor.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the present application also provides a method for automatically preparing a pot rice using the pot machine described in the above embodiments, comprising the steps of:
step S1, the grabbing and transferring device 2 grabs the pot bowl 6 from the storage cabinet 11 and transfers the pot bowl 6 to the heating cooking bench 31 of the cooking device 3;
step S2, the cooking device 3 heats the pot bowl 6;
step S3, when the soup ladle bowl 6 is heated to meet the first condition, the grabbing and transferring device 2 grabs the side dish bowl 7 from the storage cabinet 11, and puts the side dishes in the side dish bowl 7 into the soup ladle bowl 6 on the heating cooking bench 31;
step S4, when the pot bowl 6 is heated to meet the second condition, the grabbing and transferring device 2 transfers the pot bowl 6 on the heating hearth 31 to the meal discharging platform 4.
As described in the above step S1, the gripping and transferring device 2 grips the pot bowl 6 from the pot bowl supporting plate 111 in the storage bin 11 under the control of the control system. The rice pot bowl 6 is pre-filled with raw rice for making the rice pot. Specifically, after receiving the order of the user, the control system controls the cooperative work of the horizontal driving mechanism 212, the lifting driving mechanism 214 and the vertical driving mechanism 216 of the first gripping unit 21 according to the dishes specified in the order information, moving the gripper 217 and gripping the pot bowl 6 on the pot bowl supporting plate 111. Then, the first gripping unit 21 transfers the gripped soup tureen 6 to an end on the transfer belt 231 of the transfer unit 23, which corresponds to the first position on the above-mentioned transfer path. The control system controls the lifting door mechanism 8 to lift the door plate 81, so that the conveying opening 13 above the conveying belt 231 is opened, and the conveying path is dredged.
The transfer driving motor 232 of the transfer unit 23 is started to drive the transfer belt 231 to operate, so that the pot bowl 6 placed at one end on the transfer belt 231 is transferred to the other end in the functional cabinet 12, and the end corresponds to the second position on the transfer path. The door panel 81 of the lifting door mechanism 8 descends to close the conveying opening 13 above the conveying belt 231. The gripper 217 of the second gripping unit 22 grips the pot bowl 6 on the conveyor belt 231 and transfers it to the heating hob 31 of the cooking device 3.
After the second gripping unit 22 transfers the pot bowl 6 onto the heating hob 31 of the cooking device 3, the gripper 217 of the second gripping unit 22 is reset. According to the young machine of a kind of deep pot in the above embodiment, the control system controls the upset drive device 34 to drive the bowl cover 32 to overturn downwards and lock on the young bowl 6.
Under the condition that water is not pre-placed in the pot bowl 6, the control system controls the feed pump 52 of the feed system 5 to work, and a proper amount of liquid materials such as water and the like are added into the pot bowl 6.
Then, the control system activates the heating hob 31 to start heating the pot bowls 6 on the heating hob 31 as described in the above step S2.
After the heating of the pot bowl 6 on the heating hob 31 is started, it is monitored in real time whether a preset first condition is reached/fulfilled. Wherein the first condition refers to, for example, heating time or parameters which characterize the degree of maturity of the rice in the young bowl 6.
As described in step S3 above, when the fry bowl 6 is heated to meet a first condition, such as the heating has been for a predetermined time or the rice in the fry bowl 6 has been detected to reach a predetermined maturity by the corresponding monitoring means, the first grasping unit 21 of the grasping and transferring device 2 grasps the side dish bowl 7 from the storage 11, transfers it to the functional cabinet 12 via the transferring unit 23, and then grasps the side dish bowl 7 by the second grasping unit 22 and moves it over the fry bowl 6 on the heating cooktop 31. The control system controls the overturning driving device 34 to drive the bowl cover 32 to overturn upwards to open, and controls the two clamping claws of the mechanical claw 217 of the second grabbing unit 22 to slightly loosen, so that the dish matching bowl 7 falls down until the bowl rim 73 touches the two clamping claws, at the moment, the two clamping claws are positioned above the hinge position 74 of the left half bowl 71 and the right half bowl 72, and then controls the two clamping claws to mutually approach to press the left half bowl 71 and the right half bowl 72 to open the bottom of the dish matching bowl 7, so that food materials in the dish matching bowl 7 fall into the small pot bowl 6 on the heating cooking bench 31 from the bottom of the dish matching bowl 7.
After the food materials in the side dish bowl 7 are put into the soup bowl 6, the bowl cover 32 is turned downwards to buckle the soup bowl 6 again, and the second grabbing unit 22 can transfer and place the empty side dish bowl 7 at a preset empty bowl recovery position. The empty bowl recovery site may be located at the bottom or other free space within the functional cabinet 12.
The control system controls the feed pump 52 of the feed system 5 to work, and adds liquid materials such as edible oil, soy sauce and the like into the pot bowl 6. And monitoring whether a preset second condition is met or not in real time. Wherein the second condition may be a heating time, or a parameter indicative of the maturity of the rice or side dish in the young bowl 6, etc.
As described in the above step S4, when the pot bowl 6 is heated to meet a second condition, such as the heating has been reached for a predetermined time or the rice or side dish in the pot bowl 6 is detected to reach a predetermined maturity level by the corresponding monitoring means, the preparation of the pot rice in the pot bowl 6 is completed.
The control system controls the overturning driving device 34 to drive the bowl cover 32 to overturn upwards to be opened, and controls the second grabbing unit 22 of the grabbing and transferring device 2 to transfer the cooked pot bowls 6 on the heating cooking bench 31 to the meal discharging platform 4 for being picked up by consumers. Wherein, go out meal platform 4 and set up on functional cabinet 12, go out meal platform 4 can set up a plurality ofly to satisfy the needs that a plurality of a little rice of a kind of deep pot goes out the meal simultaneously.
In the method for manufacturing the pot rice, different side dishes can be prepared according to different pot rice manufacturing methods. The specific positions of the side dishes corresponding to different cooked rice in the storage cabinet 11 should be input into the control system in advance, or the side dishes are placed corresponding to the preset positions in the control system. For example: the control system can be used for recording the number of layers of the side dish bowl supporting plate 112 and the placement position of each side dish bowl 7 on the side dish bowl supporting plate 112 after only the side dish bowl 7 for making the same soup rice is placed on the same side dish bowl supporting plate 112.
In a specific implementation, before the step S1 of grabbing the pot bowl 6 from the storage cabinet 11 and transferring the pot bowl 6 to the heating cooking bench 31 of the cooking device 3, the grabbing and transferring device 2 further includes:
in step S01, the control system obtains order information, which is generated by consumer operations.
As described in the above step S01, the consumer sends order information to the control system through the operation panel of the pot machine or the mobile phone client, etc., and the order information includes the selected pot rice type, etc. In this step, the control system obtains order information generated by consumer operations. For example: the Xiaoming selects mushroom-sliding chicken pot rice and pays for ordering according to the menu listed on the pot machine on the operation panel, and then generates order information, wherein the control system sends action instructions to the execution mechanism according to the order information. Or, the Xiaoming clicks the desired payment order after the rice in the pot according to the mobile phone client and the type of the rice in the pot displayed in the client, and then the mobile phone client sends order information to a background server forming the control system through a wireless signal.
In specific implementation, when the soup ladle bowl 6 is heated to meet the first condition, the grabbing and transferring device 2 grabs the side dish bowl 7 from the storage cabinet 11, and puts the side dish in the side dish bowl 7 into the soup ladle bowl 6 on the heating cooking bench 31, and the method further includes:
in step S31, the control system generates a first instruction according to the order information, wherein the first instruction comprises the position of the pot bowl 6 corresponding to the order information.
As described in the above step S31, the control system generates a first instruction according to the order information, the first instruction being an instruction for controlling the device executing mechanism to execute the relevant action, the first instruction including the position of the side dish bowl 7 corresponding to the order information. For example: the soup rice type included in the order information is mushroom-chicken soup rice, and the first instruction contains the position information of the side dish bowl 7 containing the side dish for making mushroom-chicken soup rice in the storage cabinet 11, such as a first side dish bowl supporting plate 112 from top to bottom, and further, the grabbing and transferring device 2 grabs one side dish bowl 7 remained in a certain positioning lattice on the first side dish bowl supporting plate 112 according to the preset grabbing rule and transfers the side dish bowl 7 to the cooking device 3 according to the first instruction and combining the remained condition of the side dish bowl 7 on the first side dish bowl supporting plate 112. Wherein the remaining situation of the side dish bowl 7 is recorded in the control system. In the case of placing the dishes 7 containing the same dishes in a plurality of positioning grids on one dish bowl supporting plate 112, the preset rule may be to select various modes from left to right or from front to back according to the arrangement mode of the dishes 7.

a functional cabinet;
the cooking device is arranged in the functional cabinet; the cooking device is provided with a heating cooking bench, and a pot bowl can be placed on the heating cooking bench and used for heating and cooking materials in the pot bowl;
a storage cabinet for placing a pot bowl and a side dish bowl; the rice pot bowl can hold rice, and the side dish bowl can hold side dishes;
the grabbing and transferring device is used for transferring the soup bowl in the storage cabinet to a heating cooking bench of the cooking device and placing side dishes in the side dish bowl into the soup bowl on the heating cooking bench;
the grabbing and transferring device comprises a grabbing unit; the grabbing unit comprises a mechanical claw;
the mechanical claw comprises two clamping claws, and the two clamping claws are mutually close to each other to squeeze and grasp or open the side dish bowl;
the control system is used for controlling the parts of the pot machine to work cooperatively;
the side dish bowl comprises a left half bowl and a right half bowl; bowl edges protruding outwards are arranged at the bowl edge openings of the left half bowl and the right half bowl;
the left half bowl and the right half bowl are hinged below the bowl edge, and torsion springs are arranged at the hinged positions, so that the left half bowl and the right half bowl are combined to be bowl-shaped under the action of the torsion springs under the condition of no external force, and the left half bowl and the right half bowl are turned around the hinged positions to be opened under the condition that the upper parts of the hinged positions are respectively subjected to left and right extrusion forces.
2. The pot machine of claim 1, wherein the cooking device comprises the heating cooktop, bowl cover base, and flip drive;
the heating cooking bench and the bowl cover seat are both fixed on the frame, the bowl cover is hinged to the bowl cover seat, the overturning driving device can drive the bowl cover to overturn up and down around the hinged position of the bowl cover seat, the bowl cover can cover the bowl opening of the pot bowl on the heating cooking bench after overturning downwards, and the bowl cover can open the bowl opening of the pot bowl on the heating cooking bench after overturning upwards.
3. The young cooker of claim 2, further comprising a feed system comprising a storage tank for storing liquid material, a feed tube, and a feed pump;
the bowl cover is provided with a feed hole, the feed pipe is communicated with the storage tank and the feed hole, and the feed pump is used for conveying liquid materials for the pot bowl through the feed pipe.
4. The young machine of a pot of claim 1, wherein a plurality of fixing plates are fixedly arranged in the functional cabinet, the plurality of fixing plates are layered up and down and horizontally arranged, and at least one cooking device is arranged on each fixing plate.

the grabbing unit further comprises a cross beam, a transverse driving mechanism, a vertical beam, a lifting driving mechanism, a lifting arm and a longitudinal driving mechanism;
the vertical beam is movably arranged on the cross beam along the length direction of the cross beam through one end of the vertical beam, and is driven by the transverse driving mechanism to move along the cross beam;
the lifting arm is movably arranged on the vertical beam along the length direction of the vertical beam through one end of the lifting arm, and the lifting arm is driven by the lifting driving mechanism to move along the vertical beam;
the mechanical claw is movably arranged on the lifting arm along the length direction of the lifting arm, and the mechanical claw is driven by the longitudinal driving mechanism to move along the lifting arm;
the mechanical claw can move to any position in a three-dimensional space under the drive of the longitudinal driving mechanism, the lifting driving mechanism and the transverse driving mechanism, and can grab or place goods.
6. The young cooker according to claim 5, wherein the gripping and transferring device further comprises transferring units, two gripping units;
the transfer unit comprises a transmission belt, a transfer driving motor and a belt pulley, wherein the transmission belt is sleeved on the belt pulley, the transfer driving motor is in transmission connection with the belt pulley to drive the belt pulley to rotate, and the belt pulley rotates to drive the transmission belt to operate so as to convey goods;
