Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily replacement products for female health, in particular to a gynecological external antibacterial spray and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the acceleration of modern life rhythm, the increase of social pressure and the abuse of antibiotics, the incidence of gynecological diseases in women is higher and is in a gradually increasing state. Clinical studies have shown that: more than 95% of adult women have had gynecological inflammation problems, for example: vaginitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, adnexitis, cervical erosion, acute and chronic cervicitis, ovarian cyst, uterine cyst, cervical cyst, hysteromyoma, leucorrhea peculiar smell, dysmenorrhea and the like. However, once women suffer from gynecological inflammation, the correct method for timely treatment and accurate medication cannot be selected, which often results in persistent and recurrent inflammation. The untimely treatment of inflammation may cause a lot of complications and even malignant lesions in some parts, besides possibly causing the spread of inflammation among various physiological parts and cross infection. The inflammation is not treated, so that the body is in the inflammatory invasion environment for a long time, the adverse effects on the immune function, the metabolism and the endocrine system are generated, and the harm to the body health is great. Some gynecological inflammations not only harm women themselves, but also affect families, and if pregnant women, intrauterine infection, birth canal infection and the like can be caused to infect newborns, so that serious consequences such as abortion, premature birth, congenital development deformity and the like are caused.
There are many kinds of medicines for treating various gynecological inflammations, but the medicines are either oral medicines or lotion for external cleaning. The oral medicine has great stimulation to stomach and toxic and side effect to liver, and the medicine is easy to be damaged by digestive juice, and has slow absorption and slow effect, and the lotion is hard to reach the focus part, so the treatment effect of most medicines is not ideal. The lotion for external cleaning is mostly in a concentrated type, and the lotion needs to be diluted with water in a certain proportion during use, and then directly cleans the affected part. The product is easy to generate difference in curative effect because the dilution ratio of the liquid medicine cannot be strictly controlled; moreover, the affected part is cleaned in a short time only by using the diluent, the effective components of the medicine can not act on the affected part for a long time, the growth of germs can not be completely and effectively inhibited or the germs can not be killed, and the diseases are easy to be intermittently attacked; meanwhile, the product is limited by various conditions, cannot be used in the environment without cleaning conditions, and is not very convenient to use. In a word, no medicament with obvious curative effect for treating gynecological diseases exists at present.
At present, the gynecological lotion has a single dosage form, and in the use process of gynecological patients, the patients have poor drug experience and poor compliance, so that the bioavailability is low, the defects of unpleasant smoking pungent smell and the like exist, and in order to further improve the compliance of the clinical use of female patients and the clinical curative effect of the medicine, a novel preparation with definite curative effect and convenient use for the patients is urgently needed to be developed, which is particularly necessary.

In the invention, the addition of the compound essential oil can further kill candida and eliminate private peculiar smell. The inventors believe that a possible reason is that tea tree essential oil and lavender essential oil are capable of killing fungi, in particular candida; the geranium essential oil contains citronellol, citronellyl formate, terpinene, geranic acid, geraniol, terpineol, citral, menthone and various trace mineral elements, and has effects of relieving pain, astringing, resisting bacteria, and improving vaginal dryness. The myrrh essential oil is called as 'the protection spirit of reproductive organs', and improves the healing capacity after private part medication; however, the compound essential oil has a certain stimulation effect on the skin while improving the drug effect, and the stimulation and burning feeling on the skin are multiplied under the interaction among the myrrh essential oil, the tea tree essential oil, the scilla-leaved lavender essential oil and the geranium essential oil, so that the dosage of the nursing liquid which is normally used needs to be strictly controlled. The inventor finds that by means of the reasonable dosage and component proportion, the nursing liquid can remarkably reduce irritation, burning and dry feeling of the nursing liquid to skin and reduce side effects while ensuring good sterilization effect. The inventor thinks that the possible reason is that strong van der waals force and other acting forces are formed due to the similarity and complementarity between the molecular structures of the effective components, so that the synthesis of various proteins such as hemoglobin in vivo is enhanced, meanwhile, the phenomenon that the irritant components are aggregated due to the strong intramolecular acting force to weaken the sterilization effect is avoided, and the good synergistic effect is achieved. And secondly, under the interaction between specific components, more stable and uniform micelles can be formed, effective components can be better coated and slowly released by the micelles, and the components such as high-concentration essential oil and the like are prevented from directly contacting with human bodies to cause irritation and allergy, so that the components can be better synergistic, and the sterilization performance and the refreshing and comfortable feeling are improved.
