Similar to the front feed dog crank 14, the rear feed dog crank 16 includes a rear locking end connected to a rear extension end that wraps around the rear feed dog shaft 18 and extends radially outward of the rear feed dog shaft 18. The rear feed lifting handle shaft 18 can also be provided with a rear feed lifting handle shaft sleeve 17, and the rear feed lifting handle shaft sleeve 17 can be arranged on a bottom plate of the sewing machine. The rear feed lifting rock shaft crank 16 can be integrally arranged and bent to form a rear locking end and a rear extension end, the rear locking end and the rear feed lifting rock shaft 18 can be locked through screws and the like, and the rear extension end is rotatably connected with the rear feed lifting rock swinging plate 21.
Obviously, the rear extension end and the end of the rear feed dog swing plate 21 should also be provided with a rotating shaft hole, so that the rear feed dog crank pin 22 penetrates through the rotating shaft hole to realize the rotating connection between the rear feed dog crank 16 and the rear feed dog swing plate 21.
On the basis, a front through groove can be formed in the front extending end of the front feed lifting rock crank 14, the front through groove extends along the radial direction of the front feed lifting rock shaft 12, one end of the front feed lifting rock swinging plate 20 extends into the front through groove, the front feed lifting rock crank pin 19 extends along the axial direction of the front feed lifting rock shaft 12 and penetrates through the front through groove, and the front feed lifting rock swinging plate 20 is rotatably connected with the front extending end of the front feed lifting rock crank 14.
The other end of the front lifting tooth swinging plate 20 and the lifting tooth adjusting swinging connecting rod 24 can be rotatably connected through a lifting tooth adjusting pin 15. The rear extension end of the rear feed lifting crank 16 can be provided with a rear through groove, the rear through groove extends along the radial direction of the rear feed lifting shaft 18, one end of the rear feed lifting swing plate 21 extends into the rear through groove, the rear feed lifting crank pin 22 extends axially along the rear feed lifting shaft 18 and penetrates through the rear through groove, and the rear feed lifting swing plate 21 is rotatably connected with the rear extension end of the rear feed lifting crank 16. The other end of the rear lifting tooth swinging plate 21 and the lifting tooth adjusting swinging connecting rod 24 can be rotatably connected through a lifting tooth adjusting pin 15.
It can be seen that the front feed dog crank 14, front feed dog crank pin 19 and front feed dog wobble plate 20 are arranged in a similar manner to the rear feed dog crank 16, rear feed dog wobble plate 21 and rear feed dog crank pin 22.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that the front feed lifting rock shaft 12 and the rear feed lifting rock shaft 18 are coaxially arranged, and the front feed lifting rock crank 14 and the rear feed lifting rock crank 16 have the same shape and size and are distributed in a herringbone shape on the projection along the axial direction of the front feed lifting rock shaft 12.
In a normal sewing state, the driving part 2 is electrically locked, and the rocker 26 is fixed at a position at the moment, which is exemplified by the feeding tooth 32 being at the highest point, and the mechanism state is shown in fig. 7. In this state, the front feed dog oscillating plate 20 and the rear feed dog oscillating plate 21 are aligned on a straight line, and the angle between the front feed dog crank 14 and the rear feed dog crank 16 is the largest.
When the upper shaft 1 drives the feeding eccentric wheel 8 to rotate, the feed lifting tooth rear crank 11 is driven to swing through the feed lifting tooth connecting rod 9, the swinging action of the feed lifting tooth rear crank 11 is transmitted to the drive rear feed lifting tooth crank 16 through the rear feed lifting tooth shaft 18, so that the rear feed lifting tooth crank 16 swings, the front feed lifting tooth crank 14 is driven to swing with the same swing amplitude through the front feed lifting tooth swinging plate 20, the rear feed lifting tooth swinging plate 21 and the feed lifting tooth adjusting swinging connecting rod 24, and the front feed lifting tooth crank 14 drives the feed lifting tooth fork type crank 7 to swing through the front feed lifting tooth shaft 12, so that the feeding tooth can reciprocate in the vertical direction.
The power of the feeding eccentric wheel 8 finally drives the feeding tooth 32 to reciprocate in the horizontal direction through the feeding connecting rod 10, the feeding swing plate seat component and the feeding shaft 6, and finally the sewing motion track of the feeding tooth 32 is realized.
When the presser foot is lifted to place sewing cloth before sewing is started, the driving part 2 rotates clockwise, and the mechanism is in a state that the feeding tooth is at the lowest point, as shown in the attached figure 8 of the specification. In this state, the feed dog 32 is located below the needle plate 33, and the situation that the teeth hang the cloth does not occur in the cloth placing process. When the sewing working condition changes and the height of the feeding tooth 32 needs to be adjusted, the driving crank 30 rotates clockwise and can stop in the included angle range corresponding to the accompanying drawings of fig. 8 and 7, when the driving crank 30 stops at different positions, the phase included angles between the front feed lifting crank 14 and the rear feed lifting crank 16 are different (compare the accompanying drawings of fig. 7 and 8), the larger the phase angle is, the higher the height of the corresponding feeding tooth 32 is, and the smaller the phase angle is, the lower the height of the corresponding feeding tooth 32 is, so that the height adjustment of the feeding tooth 32 is realized.
Another important improvement part of this application is trimming drive 501, and trimming drive 501 can include ball 022, swinging part and conduction portion, and ball 022 sets firmly in trimming drive 07, and the conduction portion links to each other with the swinging part, and when drive portion 2 drives, then the swinging part can take place the motion. When the swinging part moves for a preset angle under the action of the output shaft of the driving part 2, the swinging part triggers the transmission part to move, the transmission part acts on the ball 022, and the ball 022 offsets with the trimming cam 05, so that the ball 022 and the trimming cam 05 synchronously rotate.
Trimming drive shaft 01 and the common parallel arrangement of lower shaft, under initial condition, can set up certain axial interval between ball 022 and trimming cam 05 between the two, when the output shaft of drive division 2 is rotatory, then can drive the swing portion and take place the swing, utilize the swing portion to trigger the motion of conduction portion, conduction portion transmits effort to ball 022 for ball 022 is along axial motion, for offset with trimming cam 05, realize ball 022 and trimming cam 05 synchronous revolution.
It can be seen that the main function of both the transmission part and the swing part is to convert the rotary motion of the output shaft of the driving part 2 into axial motion, and the specific arrangement mode of both the transmission part and the swing part can be various, and only a limited number of preferred specific embodiments are given herein.
As shown in the accompanying drawings 2, 9 to 14 of the specification, the swinging part is specifically a rotary crank 001, the conduction part is specifically a special-shaped rod 002, the special-shaped rod 002 comprises a trimming inclined plane 0021 and an equidistant plane 0022 which are positioned on the same plane, and the end part of the special-shaped rod 002 is rotatably connected with the rotary crank 001; both the shear slope 0021 and the equidistant surface 0022 are selectively in contact with the shear drive shaft 01.
Under the normal sewing state, the equidistant surface 0022 is contacted with the thread cutting driving shaft 01, the ball 022 is not contacted with the thread cutting cam 05 at the moment, and the position relation of the feeding tooth 32 and the needle plate surface is shown in the attached figure 13 of the specification.
When the trimming operation is needed, the trimming inclined plane 0021 is in contact with the trimming driving shaft 01, and the trimming driving shaft 01 moves along the axial direction at the moment to drive the trimming driving part 07 and the ball 022 to move along the axial direction, so that the ball 022 is abutted to the trimming cam 05, and the ball 022 and the trimming cam 05 rotate synchronously.
Like description attached drawing 9 and 10, the tip of special-shaped pole 002 is equipped with the section of bending, and the section of bending includes the mounting panel 0023 that two intervals set up, and coaxial spacing hole 0024 is seted up to two mounting panels 0023, and spacing groove 0011 is seted up to the tip of rotary crank 001, and the both ends of spacer pin 003 cooperate with two spacing holes 0024 respectively, and spacer pin 003 and spacing groove 0011 cooperation to make special-shaped pole 002 and rotary crank 001 rotate and connect.
When a main controller of the sewing machine receives a thread cutting signal, an output shaft of the driving part 2 rotates anticlockwise (taking the direction shown in the attached drawing 11 of the specification as an example), the rotary crank 001 rotates anticlockwise, a limiting groove 0011 of the rotary crank 001 drives the limiting pin 003 and the special-shaped rod 002 to move towards the right, the thread cutting inclined plane 0021 props against the end part of the thread cutting driving shaft 01, the thread cutting driving shaft is driven to move leftwards (shown in the attached drawing 14 of the specification), the thread cutting driving part 07 and the ball 022 are driven to move leftwards, the ball 022 abuts against the thread cutting cam 05, and the thread cutting cam 05 drives the thread cutting assembly 5 to complete thread cutting after rotating.
After trimming is completed, the output shaft of the driving part 2 rotates clockwise to drive the special-shaped rod 002 to move leftwards, the trimming driving shaft 01 resets and enters the equidistant surface 0022, the end part of the trimming driving shaft 01 cannot be in contact with the trimming inclined surface 0021 (shown in the attached drawing 12 and the attached drawing 13 in the specification) in the tooth height adjusting interval and the lower supply interval, namely tooth lifting and lower supply actions cannot influence trimming, and finally two functions of tooth lifting and trimming driven by the driving part 2 are achieved.
Example two:
different from the previous embodiment, the driving part 2 can directly realize the change of the included angle between the front feed lifting rock shaft crank 14 and the rear feed lifting rock shaft crank 16 by adjusting the eccentric wheel 301; specifically, the output shaft of the driving part 2 is fixedly arranged in an eccentric hole of the adjusting eccentric wheel 301, and the end part of the lifting tooth adjusting swing connecting rod 24 is fixedly arranged on the side edge of the adjusting eccentric wheel 301.
When the driving part 2 moves, the output shaft of the driving part 2 rotates to drive the adjusting eccentric wheel 301 to rotate, and since the eccentric hole of the adjusting eccentric wheel 301 is fixedly connected with the output shaft of the driving part 2, when the adjusting eccentric wheel 301 rotates, the side edge of the adjusting eccentric wheel 301 does not rotate around the fixed shaft, but swings, so that the tooth lifting adjusting swing connecting rod 24 swings, thereby changing the included angle between the front tooth lifting crank 14 and the rear tooth lifting crank 16, so that the front tooth lifting shaft 12 and the rear tooth lifting shaft 18 rotate relatively, as shown in fig. 15 and 16 in the specification.
Besides, the front extending end of the front feed dog crank 14 may not be provided with a front through groove, the front feed dog oscillating plate 20 is located at one side of the front extending end of the front feed dog crank 14, and the front feed dog crank 14 and the front feed dog oscillating plate 20 can be rotationally connected by using the front feed dog crank pin 19, as shown in fig. 15 and 16 in the specification.
Similarly, the rotational connection between the rear feed dog crank 16 and the rear feed dog swing plate 21 can refer to the above-mentioned different forms, and will not be described in detail herein.
Regarding the specific arrangement of the trimming driving device 501, as shown in fig. 17 and 18 in the specification, since the adjusting eccentric 301 is adopted in the second embodiment instead of the link mechanism in the first embodiment, the trimming driving device 501 should be modified accordingly.
The swinging part is specifically a trimming lever 024, a first end of the trimming lever 024 is rotatably connected to a fixed position, and a second end of the trimming lever 024 is in sliding fit with the adjusting eccentric wheel 301; the conduction portion is arranged at a position far away from the second end of the trimming lever 024, when the eccentric wheel 301 is adjusted to rotate by a preset angle, the trimming lever 024 rotates, and the conduction portion pushes the trimming driving portion 07 under the driving of the trimming lever 024, so that the ball 022 is abutted to the trimming cam 05.
A first end of the thread trimming lever 024 is rotatably connected to the bracket 31, and a second end of the thread trimming lever 024 may be provided with a rolling portion 025, and the rolling portion 025 is configured to be in rolling engagement with a side edge of the adjusting eccentric 301.
The conduction portion can be specifically for being the promotion end 09 that bends, promotion end 09 and trimming lever 024 both can be integrated into one piece, are V style of calligraphy on the whole, and the tip of promotion end 09 is used for leaning on with the trimming drive that is located trimming drive portion 07 tip and leans on face 08, and the side edge that the trimming drive leaned on face 08 sets up ball 022. The trimming driving part 07, the trimming driving abutting surface 08 and the ball 022 may be integrally formed.
The end surface of the trimming drive abutting surface 08 is larger than the cross section of the trimming drive part 07 to increase the contact area of the pushing end 09, and the trimming drive abutting surface 08 is located in the radial direction of the trimming drive shaft 01.
Under the normal sewing state, the output shaft of the driving part 2 is positioned in the tooth height adjusting region shown in the attached figure 19 of the specification, and the height of the feeding tooth 32 can be controlled by the parameters of the main controller of the sewing machine; when the tooth height needs to be increased, the output shaft of the driving part 2 rotates clockwise, and the adjusting eccentric wheel 301 drives the lifting tooth adjusting swing connecting rod 24 to move.
Taking the example that the feed dog is adjusted from the lower position to the highest position, the quadrilateral shape formed by the front feed dog crank 14, the front feed dog swinging plate 20, the rear feed dog swinging plate 21 and the rear feed dog crank 16 is changed, the included angle formed by the front feed dog crank 14 and the rear feed dog crank 16 is in the maximum state, as shown in the attached drawing 21 in the specification, at this time, the phase angle between the front feed dog shaft 12 and the rear feed dog shaft 18 is maximum, and after the motion state is transmitted through the feed assembly 3, the feed dog 32 can reach the highest position, as shown in the attached drawing 21 in the specification.
When the presser foot lifting action is started, the output shaft of the driving part 2 is positioned in a tooth height (height of the feeding tooth 32) rapid descending interval shown in the specification attached figure 19, the output shaft of the driving part 2 rotates clockwise, the adjusting eccentric wheel 301 drives the lifting tooth adjusting swing connecting rod 24 to move, an included angle formed by the front lifting tooth crank 14 and the rear lifting tooth crank 16 is rapidly reduced, as shown in the specification attached figure 20, the phase angle between the front lifting tooth shaft 12 and the rear lifting tooth shaft 18 is minimum, after the motion state is transmitted through the feeding assembly 3, the feeding tooth 32 is positioned below a needle plate surface, as shown in the specification attached figure 20, the sewing cloth can be replaced or moved, and the defect that the feeding tooth 32 hangs cloth is avoided.
When a thread cutting action is required, the output shaft of the driving part 2 rotates anticlockwise, the output shaft rotates from the tooth height adjusting interval to the thread cutting interval, the adjusting eccentric wheel 301 drives the tooth lifting adjusting swing connecting rod 24 to move, the quadrilateral shape formed by the front tooth lifting crank 14, the front tooth lifting swing plate 20, the rear tooth lifting swing plate 21 and the rear tooth lifting crank 16 changes, the included angle formed by the front tooth lifting crank 14 and the rear tooth lifting crank 16 is firstly increased to the state shown in the attached drawing 21 of the specification and then changed to the state shown in the attached drawing 22 of the specification, and the height of the feed tooth 32 is reduced to be close to the plane of the needle plate. After the included angle between the front feed lifting crank 14 and the rear feed lifting crank 16 passes through a maximum angle, the eccentric wheel 301 is adjusted to drive the rolling portion 025, the rolling portion 025 drives the thread trimming lever 024 to rotate anticlockwise around the lever shaft position screw 027, after the thread trimming lever 024 is contacted with the thread trimming driving abutting surface 08, the thread trimming driving portion 07 moves left along the axial direction of the thread trimming driving shaft 01, at the moment, the ball 022 drives the thread trimming driving portion 07 to rotate under the driving of the thread trimming cam 05, and finally the thread trimming assembly 5 is driven to complete thread trimming.
Referring to the specification, fig. 17 and 18, the tooth lifting thread trimming assembly further includes a thread trimming bracket 028, the thread trimming bracket 028 can be fixed on the bracket 31, the thread trimming lever 024 is rotatably connected to the thread trimming bracket 028, the return spring 023 is sleeved on a lever limit pin 026 fixed on the thread trimming bracket 028, and the return spring 023 is located at a included angle between the thread trimming lever 024 and the conducting part, so that the thread trimming lever 024 is reset to a position where the thread trimming driving part 07 is not pushed; the thread cutting driving portion 07 and the elastic portion 06 are connected to return the thread cutting driving portion 07 to a position not pushed by the thread cutting lever 024.
Taking the orientation shown in fig. 18 in the specification as an example, the upper surface of the trimming support 028 is provided with a first hole on the left side and a second hole on the right side, the trimming lever 024 is provided with a first through hole and a second through hole, and the lever shaft position screw 027 sequentially penetrates through the first through hole of the trimming lever 024 and the first hole of the trimming support 028 from top to bottom, so that the trimming lever 024 can rotate around the lever shaft position screw 027. The rolling part 025 is rotatably connected to the second through hole of the thread trimming lever 024, and the rolling part 025 can rotate relative to the thread trimming lever 024 to reduce the abrasion of the rolling part 025. The second hole of the trimming support 028 is fixedly connected with the lever limit pin 026, and the reset spring 023 can be set to be a torsion spring and other parts.
Elastic part 06 and the face 08 that supports that the trimming drives are located the both ends of trimming drive part 07 respectively, when the push end 09 promotes trimming drive part 07 along the axial displacement of trimming drive shaft 01, elastic part 06 is compressed, the left end of elastic part 06 can support on fixed position, when trimming drive part 07 does not receive the impetus of push end 09, then the elastic force release of elastic part 06, with trimming drive part 07, the trimming drives supports to support on face 08 and ball 022 three resets to the position that is not promoted by push end 09.
Continuing with the above-described operation process as an example, when the trimming operation is performed, the feeding tooth 32 is in a lower state, which can further reduce the length of the trimming thread end, after the trimming operation is completed, the output shaft of the driving part 2 rotates clockwise to enter the tooth height adjusting region, and is reset under the action of the elastic part 06, and the trimming lever 024 is reset under the action of the reset spring 023 and abuts against the lever limit pin 026.
Example three:
the invention provides a sewing machine with a tooth lifting thread trimming assembly, which comprises the tooth lifting thread trimming assembly described in the first embodiment and the second embodiment; other parts of the sewing machine can be referred to the prior art and are not expanded herein.

The tooth lifting thread trimming assembly comprises a driving part (2) and is characterized by further comprising a front tooth lifting shaft (12) and a rear tooth lifting shaft (18) which are arranged in parallel, wherein a front tooth lifting crank (14) is fixedly arranged on the front tooth lifting shaft (12), a rear tooth lifting crank (16) is fixedly arranged on the rear tooth lifting shaft (18), the front tooth lifting crank (14) is rotatably connected with a first end of a front tooth lifting swing plate (20), and the rear tooth lifting crank (16) is rotatably connected with a first end of a rear tooth lifting swing plate (21);
the driving part (2) is connected with a lifting tooth driving device and a trimming wire driving device, and the second end of the front lifting tooth swinging plate (20) and the second end of the rear lifting tooth swinging plate (21) are respectively connected with one end of the lifting tooth driving device in a rotating way; after being driven by the driving part (2), an included angle between the front feed lifting rock shaft crank (14) and the rear feed lifting rock shaft crank (16) is changed, so that the front feed lifting rock shaft (12) and the rear feed lifting rock shaft (18) rotate relatively to adjust the height of the feed lifting rock;
the trimming driving device is connected with the trimming driving part (07); after the driving part (2) drives, the trimming driving part (07) can synchronously rotate with the trimming cam (05) to realize trimming.
2. The tooth lifting thread trimming assembly according to claim 1, wherein the tooth lifting driving device comprises a tooth lifting adjusting swing connecting rod (24), the second end of the front tooth lifting swing plate (20) and the second end of the rear tooth lifting swing plate (21) are both rotatably connected to one end of the tooth lifting adjusting swing connecting rod (24), the tooth lifting adjusting swing connecting rod (24) is connected with the driving part (2) through a transmission device, and the tooth lifting adjusting swing connecting rod (24) swings when the driving part (2) is driven.

The tooth lifting wire cutting assembly according to claim 2, characterized in that the wire cutting driving device comprises a ball (022), a swinging portion and a conduction portion, the ball (022) is fixedly arranged on the wire cutting driving portion (07), the conduction portion is connected with the swinging portion, when the swinging portion moves for a preset angle under the action of an output shaft of the driving portion (2), the swinging portion triggers the conduction portion to move, and the ball (022) abuts against the wire cutting cam (05) under the action of the conduction portion so as to enable the ball (022) and the wire cutting cam (05) to rotate synchronously.

The tooth lifting thread cutting assembly according to claim 3, wherein the transmission device comprises a rocker (26), a driving connecting rod (29) and a driving crank (30), a first position of the driving crank (30) is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the driving part (2), a second position of the driving crank (30) is rotatably connected with a first end of the driving connecting rod (29), a second end of the driving connecting rod (29) is rotatably connected with a first position of the rocker (26), a second position of the rocker (26) is rotatably connected with the tooth lifting adjusting swing connecting rod (24), and a third position of the rocker (26) is rotatably connected with a fixed end.

The tooth lifting thread trimming assembly according to claim 4, wherein the thread trimming driving part (07) is fixedly arranged on a thread trimming driving shaft (01), the swinging part is specifically a rotating crank (001), the conducting part is specifically a profiled rod (002), the profiled rod (002) comprises a thread trimming inclined plane (0021) and an equidistant plane (0022) which are positioned on the same plane, and the end part of the profiled rod (002) is rotatably connected with the rotating crank (001); both the shear slope (0021) and the equidistant surface (0022) are selectively in contact with the shear drive shaft (01);
when the trimming inclined plane (0021) is contacted with the trimming driving shaft (01), the ball (022) is abutted against the trimming cam (05), so that the ball (022) and the trimming cam (05) synchronously rotate.

The tooth lifting thread trimming assembly according to claim 5, wherein the end of the special-shaped rod (002) is provided with a bending section, the bending section comprises two mounting plates (0023) which are arranged at intervals, the two mounting plates (0023) are provided with coaxial limiting holes (0024), the end of the rotating crank (001) is provided with a limiting groove (0011), two ends of a limiting pin (003) are respectively matched with the two limiting holes (0024), and the limiting pin (003) is matched with the limiting groove (0011) so as to rotatably connect the special-shaped rod (002) and the rotating crank (001).

The tooth lifting thread cutting assembly according to claim 3, characterized in that the transmission device is embodied as an adjusting eccentric (301), an output shaft of the driving part (2) is fixedly arranged in an eccentric hole of the adjusting eccentric (301), and an end of the tooth lifting adjusting swing connecting rod (24) is rotatably connected to the adjusting eccentric (301);
the swing part is specifically a trimming lever (024), a first end of the trimming lever (024) is rotatably connected to a fixed position, and a second end of the trimming lever (024) is in sliding fit with the adjusting eccentric wheel (301);
the conduction portion is arranged on the position far away from the second end of the trimming lever (024), when the adjusting eccentric wheel (301) rotates for a preset angle, the trimming lever (024) rotates, and under the driving of the trimming lever (024), the conduction portion pushes the trimming driving portion (07) so that the ball (022) and the trimming cam (05) are abutted.

The tooth lifting thread trimming assembly according to claim 7, further comprising a thread trimming bracket (028), wherein the thread trimming lever (024) is rotatably connected with the thread trimming bracket (028), the thread trimming bracket (028) is provided with a lever limiting pin (026), the lever limiting pin (026) is sleeved with a return spring (023), and the return spring (023) is positioned at a included angle between the thread trimming lever (024) and the conducting part so as to enable the thread trimming lever (024) to be returned to a position of not pushing the thread trimming driving part (07); the trimming driving part (07) is connected with the elastic part (06) so that the trimming driving part (07) is reset to a position where the trimming driving part is not pushed by the conduction part.

The feed lifting mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the front feed lifting crank (14) comprises a front locking end and a front extension end, the front locking end is connected with the front extension end, the front locking end is wrapped around the front feed lifting shaft (12), and the front extension end extends along the radial outer side of the front feed lifting shaft (12) and/or;
