A sludge filtering and discharging device for sewage treatment comprises a treatment box body (1), a supporting chassis (2), supporting legs (3), a first feeding port (4), a second feeding port (5), a cleaning door (6), a sludge discharging hopper (7), a sewage collecting tank (8), a water outlet (9), a control box (10), a power line (11) and a separating filter screen (12), wherein the treatment box body (1) is installed at the top of the supporting chassis (2), the bottom of the supporting chassis (2) is provided with the four supporting legs (3), the left side of the top of the treatment box body (1) is respectively provided with the first feeding port (4) and the second feeding port (5) which are bilaterally symmetrical, the left end face of the treatment box body (1) is provided with the cleaning door (6), the right side of the treatment box body (1) is provided with the sludge discharging hopper (7), the bottom of the treatment box body (1) is provided with the sewage collecting tank (, a water outlet (9) is formed in the right side of the sewage collecting tank (8), a control box (10) is arranged in the middle of the rear end of the treatment box body (1), a power line (11) is arranged on the left side of the control box (10), a separation filter screen (12) is installed in the treatment box body (1), and two ends of the separation filter screen (12) are connected with the inner side edge of the treatment box body (1);
the method is characterized in that: the cleaning and sweeping device is characterized by further comprising a leveling mechanism (13), a transverse through groove (14), a reciprocating pushing mechanism (15), a cleaning and sweeping mechanism (16) and a connecting self-locking structure (17), wherein the leveling mechanism (13) is arranged on the separation filter screen (12), the reciprocating pushing mechanism (15) is arranged at the middle of the top end of the treatment box body (1), the transverse through groove (14) is arranged at the top end of the treatment box body (1), the upper end of the leveling mechanism (13) penetrates through the transverse through groove (14) to be connected with the reciprocating pushing mechanism (15), the cleaning and sweeping mechanism (16) is arranged at the upper end of the separation filter screen (12), the connecting self-locking structure (17) is arranged at the upper end of the cleaning and sweeping mechanism (16) and is connected with the leveling mechanism (13) through the connecting self-locking structure (17), and the leveling mechanism (13) is composed of a first transverse support (131), a vertical plate (132), a guide sliding block (133), a, first horizontal support (131) top middle part is equipped with riser (132) to be connected fixedly through riser (132) and reciprocal push mechanism (15), first horizontal support (131) both sides are equipped with direction slider (133), first horizontal support (131) bottom is fixed mutually with connecting plate (134) top one end, connecting plate (134) bottom one end is fixed mutually with track flat push block (135), it locates separation filter screen (12) upper end and leaves the interval to track flat push block (135).
