技术领域
本发明属于农业化学领域,具体是涉及一种含有氯氟醚菌唑和啶酰菌胺的杀菌组合物。
背景技术
氯氟醚菌唑(Mefentrifluconazole)是一种广谱、高效、内吸,具有铲除和保护作用的新型异丙醇三唑类杀菌剂,属于甾醇脱甲基抑制剂类。与广泛使用的三唑类杀菌剂不同的是,氯氟醚菌唑含有异丙醇结构,可以减少病原菌突变,延缓病原菌的抗药性,有助于延缓杀菌剂的抗性产生和发展;该产品已经在中国、澳大利亚、加拿大、美国、韩国、和欧盟等国家和地区登记,登记作物共计40余种。
啶酰菌胺(boscalid)是新型烟酰胺类广谱杀菌剂,主要用于防治果树和蔬菜的白粉病、菌核病、灰霉病、早疫病等,其通过抑制线粒体生成琥珀酸酯脱氢酶,干扰细胞的分裂和生长,从而起到杀菌作用。
对不同品种的成分进行复配,是防治抗性病害一种常见办法。对不同成分进行复配,再根据实际应用的效果,来判断某种复配是增效、加和还是拮抗,复配增效很好的配方,由于明显提高了实际防治效果,降低了农药的使用量,从而能够大大延缓了病害抗药性的产生,是综合防治病害的重要手段。现有技术中并没有将氯氟醚菌唑和啶酰菌胺复配的相关报道。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供的如下技术方案:
一种含有氯氟醚菌唑和啶酰菌胺的杀菌组合物,活性成分包含氯氟醚菌唑和啶酰菌胺,氯氟醚菌唑和啶酰菌胺的重量配比为10∶1-1∶10。
本发明所述的杀菌组合物,氯氟醚菌唑和啶酰菌胺的重量配比优选为1∶5-10∶1。
本发明所述的杀菌组合物,还包含农业上可接受的助剂,活性成分的重量百分含量为5-90%。所述的助剂包括分散剂、乳化剂、崩解剂、稳定剂、防冻剂、润湿剂、增效剂、渗透剂、填料、溶剂。
本发明所述的杀菌组合物剂型为可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、颗粒剂、乳油、悬浮剂等。
本发明所述的杀菌组合物用于防治作物病害的用途。特别是用于水稻纹枯病、草莓灰霉病的防治。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的杀菌组合物由两种作用机制不同的有效成分组成,混配后具有明显的协同增效作用,提高了防治效果,同时也有利于克服和延缓病害抗药性的产生。
本发明组合物药剂混配减少了用药量,从而降低了成本和减轻了对环境的污染,安全性好,符合农药制剂的安全性要求。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
实施例1氯氟醚菌唑和啶酰菌胺对水稻纹枯病菌室内毒力测定
试验对象:水稻纹枯病菌由本公司从田间采集分离纯化获得。
试验方法:应用PDA培养基,先进行预备性试验,然后用无菌水将供试药剂稀释适当浓度的母液、与灭菌的PDA培养基均匀混合、配置药剂浓度呈等比梯度的含药培养基,分别倒入培养皿中备用。用打孔器截取在PDA培养基上培养的待用病原菌菌饼,接种于已凝固的含药PDA培养基中央,置于26℃下培养,待对照菌落直径长至大于平皿直径2/3时,用卡尺测量菌落直径。每个菌落用十字交叉法垂直测量直径各1次,取其平均值。每处理重复4次,与对照比较计算各药剂处理对菌落扩展的生长抑制率。以药剂质量浓度的对数值为横坐标、菌丝生长抑制率的几率值为纵坐标,采用回归分析法对试验数据进行分析,计算各处理的EC50值。
依孙云沛法计算药剂的毒力指数及共毒系数(CTC)。当CTC≤80,则组合物表现为拮抗作用,当80<CTC<120,则组合物表现为相加作用,当CTC≥120,则组合物表现为增效作用。

结论与讨论:如表1所示,本发明的杀菌组合物中氯氟醚菌唑和啶酰菌胺的重量比在1∶10-10∶1范围内,对水稻纹枯病表现增效作用;特别是氯氟醚菌唑和啶酰菌胺的重量比在1∶5-10∶1范围内,对水稻纹枯病表现优异的增效作用,其CTC值大于140。
实施例2:氯氟醚菌唑和啶酰菌胺对草莓灰霉病室内毒力测定
试验对象:草莓灰霉病菌由本公司从田间采集分离纯化获得。
试验方法:采用菌丝生长速率法(具体配置方法参考实施例1)、协同效果评价采用CTC法。
试验结果:表2氯氟醚菌唑和啶酰菌胺对草莓灰霉病室内毒力测定
结论与讨论:如表2所示,本发明的杀菌组合物中氯氟醚菌唑和啶酰菌胺的重量比在1∶10-10∶1范围内,对葡萄灰霉病表现增效作用;特别是氯氟醚菌唑和啶酰菌胺的重量比在5∶1-10∶1范围内,对葡萄灰霉病表现优异的增效作用,其CTC值大于150。
实施例3制剂

氯氟醚菌唑30%、啶酰菌胺3%、十二烷基硫酸钠7%、十二烷基苯磺酸钙4%、萘磺酸盐3%、轻质碳酸钙补足100%。
凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所做的任何修改,等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。所有配方中百分比均为重量百分比。本发明组合物各制剂的加工工艺均为现有技术,根据不同情况可以有所变化。
Claims (6)
1.一种含有氯氟醚菌唑和啶酰菌胺的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,活性成分包含氯氟醚菌唑和啶酰菌胺,氯氟醚菌唑和啶酰菌胺的重量配比为10∶1-1∶10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,氯氟醚菌唑和啶酰菌胺的重量配比为1∶5-10∶1。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,还包含农业上可接受的助剂,活性成分的重量百分含量为5-90%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述的助剂包括分散剂、乳化剂、崩解剂、稳定剂、防冻剂、润湿剂、增效剂、渗透剂、填料、溶剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:组合物可制备成的剂型为可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、颗粒剂、乳油、悬浮剂等。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的杀菌组合物用于防治作物病害的用途。
