Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of vortex spinning, in particular to super cotton-like vortex spun yarn and a production process thereof.
Background
With the continuous progress of society, textile technology and textile equipment are continuously developed, new yarns are continuously appeared, and vortex spun yarns are one of the most attractive yarns. Vortex spinning is a new technology in the existing spinning system, compared with the traditional ring spinning: the method has the characteristics of short spinning flow, high production efficiency, online quality monitoring, high automation intelligent degree and the like, and also has the advantages of greatly reducing labor, reducing yarn hairiness and the like. Therefore, the vortex spun yarn is processed into needle and cotton fabrics, and has the advantages of smooth cloth cover, less hairiness, good wear resistance, good fuzz and pilling resistance, bright color, moisture absorption, quick drying and the like. At present, the vortex spinning technology is researched a lot at home and abroad, but the research on the linear performance of the vortex spinning is less. Vortex spinning is a free end coating type spinning structure, which consists of core fibers and coating fibers, wherein about 30 percent of the core fibers are not twisted, and only 70 percent of the coating fibers are twisted, so that the resultant yarn strength is lower.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides super cotton-like vortex spun yarn and a production process thereof, which adopt high-strength high-modulus PVA filaments as a core fiber layer for structural reinforcement, take hollow polyester fibers as a middle layer to play a role of fluffiness and stiffness, and take bamboo viscose staple fibers as an outer layer to ensure the cotton-like effect of the yarn, and solve the problems of poor strength, high cost and unsatisfactory cotton-like effect of the existing vortex spun yarn.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a super cotton-like vortex spun yarn comprises a yarn body; the yarn body comprises a core fiber layer, a first wrapping fiber layer and a second wrapping fiber layer which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside along the radial direction of the yarn body; the core fiber layer is a non-twisted doubled PVA filament; the first wrapping fiber layer is hollow polyester fibers wrapped outside the core fiber layer in a spiral mode; the second wrapping fiber layer is made of bamboo viscose short fibers wrapped outside the first wrapping fiber layer in a spiral mode.
As a preferable mode of the present invention, the core fiber layer comprises 2 to 12 of the PVA filaments.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the linear density of the core fiber layer is 1.53 dtex.
As a preferable scheme of the present invention, the bamboo viscose staple fiber is a colored spun fiber.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the hollow polyester fiber is of a single-hole structure, and the hollow polyester fiber is polyester staple fiber.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the hollow polyester fiber is 35-45 MM.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the yarn body is 18-64S.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first entangled fiber layer is 1.67 dtex.
As a preferable aspect of the present invention, an antibacterial finishing layer is provided outside the second wrapping fiber layer.
A production process of super cotton-like vortex spun yarn comprises the following steps:
step 1, spinning into a vortex spinning semi-finished yarn by taking a PVA filament as a core fiber filament and a hollow polyester fiber as a wrapping short fiber through a vortex spinning process;
and 2, spinning the vortex spun semi-finished yarn serving as a core fiber filament and the bamboo viscose short fiber serving as a wrapping short fiber into the super cotton-like vortex spun yarn by a vortex spinning process.
Through the technical scheme, the technical scheme of the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention is spun by an eddy current spinning process, adopts a composite core-spun yarn structure, and has the advantages of high strength, good elastic recovery, soft and comfortable hand feeling, high color fastness, less hairiness and good antibacterial and antistatic performance. The invention takes the untwisted and doubled PVA filaments as the core fiber layer, has high strength, low elongation, good weather resistance and good chemical resistance, and ensures the strength of the yarn body through the core fiber layer. However, because the PVA filament has high modulus, hard hand feeling and poor antistatic performance, the hollow polyester fiber is spirally wrapped outside the core fiber layer to form a first wrapping fiber layer, and the first wrapping fiber layer enables the yarn body to keep elastic, stiff, smooth, fluffy and warm, and has good texture; the bamboo viscose staple fibers are used as the cortex of the yarn body, so that the moisture absorption performance of the yarn body is improved, the yarn body is soft in touch, moisture-absorbing and breathable, and has a good cotton-like effect.

With reference to fig. 1, the invention discloses a super cotton-like vortex spun yarn, which comprises a yarn body. The yarn body is preferably 18-64S. The yarn body includes along radial core fiber layer 1, the first cladding fiber layer 2 and the second cladding fiber layer 3 that from inside to outside sets up in proper order of yarn body. The core fiber layer 1 is untwisted doubled PVA filaments. The core fiber layer 1 comprises 2 to 12 PVA filaments, preferably 3 to 6. The linear density of the core fiber layer 1 was 1.53 dtex. The first wrapping fiber layer 2 is hollow polyester fiber wrapped outside the core fiber layer 1 in a spiral mode. The first wrapped fibre layer 2 was 1.67 dtex. The hollow polyester fiber is in a single-hole structure, and the hollow polyester fiber is polyester staple fiber. The hollow polyester fiber is 35-45 MM. The second wrapping fiber layer 3 is bamboo viscose short fiber spirally wrapped outside the first wrapping fiber layer 2. In order to simplify the production process, avoid the later dyeing and ensure the color fastness, the yarn has bright color effect, and the bamboo viscose staple fiber is a colored spun fiber.
In order to further improve the antibacterial effect of the present invention, an antibacterial finishing layer is provided outside the second wrapping fiber layer 3.
The production process of the super cotton-like vortex spun yarn comprises the following steps:
step 1, spinning into a vortex spinning semi-finished yarn by taking a PVA filament as a core fiber filament and a hollow polyester fiber as a wrapping short fiber through a vortex spinning process;
Through the specific embodiment, the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the invention is spun by an eddy current spinning process, adopts a composite core-spun yarn structure, and has the advantages of high strength, good elastic recovery, soft and comfortable hand feeling, high color fastness, less hairiness and good antibacterial and antistatic performance. The invention takes the untwisted and doubled PVA filaments as the core fiber layer 1, has high strength, low elongation, good weather resistance and good chemical resistance, and ensures the strength of the yarn body through the core fiber layer 1. However, because the PVA filament has high modulus, hard hand feeling and poor antistatic performance, the hollow polyester fiber is spirally wrapped outside the core fiber layer 1 to form the first wrapping fiber layer 2, and the first wrapping fiber layer 2 ensures that the yarn body keeps elastic, stiff and smooth, fluffy and warm-keeping and has good texture; the bamboo viscose staple fibers are used as the cortex of the yarn body, so that the moisture absorption performance of the yarn body is improved, the yarn body is soft in touch, moisture-absorbing and breathable, and has a good cotton-like effect.
