The invention has the beneficial effects that: the earphone head cleaning device is simple in structure and convenient and fast to operate, the cleaning part is automatically lowered to the position of the earphone head during working, cleaning and maintenance of the wired earphone head are automatically started, after maintenance is finished, the cleaning part can be automatically lifted and reset so as to carry out next maintenance operation, and the maintenance efficiency of the earphone is improved.

The invention will now be described in detail with reference to fig. 1-3, wherein for ease of description the orientations described hereinafter are now defined as follows: the up, down, left, right, and front-back directions described below correspond to the up, down, left, right, and front-back directions in the projection relationship of fig. 1 itself.

Beneficially, the reset mechanism 12 includes cam cavities 46 respectively located at two sides of the two moving cavities 16, two cams 44 respectively located in the two cam cavities 46 are frictionally disposed on the transmission shaft 26, a rotating cavity 50 with a downward opening is disposed at an upper side of the cam cavity 46 on the right side, a fixing rod 48 is rotatably disposed on a left cavity wall and a right cavity wall of the rotating cavity 50, a rotating block 45 is disposed on the fixing rod 48, a torsion spring 49 is connected between the rotating block 45 and the fixing rod 48, and one end of the pull rope 47 is fixedly connected to a rear end face of the rotating block 45.
Advantageously, the elastic force of the torsion spring 49 is greater than the friction force to which the rotating block 45 is subjected when it rotates inside the rotating chamber 50.
Advantageously, the tension of the tension spring 17 is greater than the sum of the friction force to which the moving plate 15 slides inside the moving chamber 16 and the weight of the fixed block 37.
In the initial state, the rotating block 45 is located at the rear end of the rotating cavity 50 under the action of the torsion spring 49, the pull rope 47 is in a tensioned state, and the stopper cavity 20 is located in the torsion spring 49 under the action of the pull rope 47.
When the device works, two earphone heads 43 are respectively placed in the two limiting cavities 42, the motor 27 is started, the motor 27 works to drive the transmission shaft 26 to rotate, so as to drive the two driving belt wheels 25 and the two cams 44 on the transmission shaft 26 to rotate and the two rotating gears 13 to rotate, the driving belt wheels 25 rotate to drive the driven belt wheels 34 connected with the driving belt wheels through the belt 31 to rotate, so as to drive the driven shafts 33 and the driven gears 35 on the driven shafts 33 to rotate, the cams 44 rotate to push the rotating blocks 45 to rotate, the rotating blocks 45 rotate to release the pull ropes 47, when the rotating blocks 45 rotate to be blocked by the rear cavity wall of the rotating cavity 50, the rotating blocks 45 stop rotating, the cams 44 cannot continuously rotate under the blocking of the rotating blocks 45 to slip on the transmission shaft 26, the block cavity 20 loses the pulling force of the pull ropes 47 to be ejected out from the block cavity 19 under the elastic force of the elastic springs 18, the rotating gears 13 rotate to drive the, thereby driving the fixed block 37 to move downwards, when the rotating block 39 at the lower end of the fixed block 37 moves to the front side of the two earphone heads 43, at this time, the rack 14 just moves to be disengaged from the rotating gear 13, the moving plate 15 stops moving upwards due to being blocked by the block cavity 20 at this time, the rotating gear 30 just engages with the driven gear 35, the driven gear 35 rotates to drive the rotating gear 30 engaged with the driven gear to rotate, thereby driving the rotating shaft 29 and the first bevel gear 22 on the rotating shaft 29 to rotate, the first bevel gear 22 rotates to drive the second bevel gear 23 engaged with the first bevel gear to rotate, thereby driving the rotating rod 40 and the rotating block 39 at the lower end of the rotating rod 40 to rotate, the rotating block 39 rotates to clean and maintain the earphone heads 43 through the bristles 38, after maintenance is finished, the motor 27 is turned off, the rotating block 45 is turned over under the action of the, the block cavity 20 is reset under the action of the pulling force of the pulling rope 47, the moving plate 15 loses the block of the block cavity 20 and moves upwards to reset under the action of the pulling force of the pulling spring 17, the earphone head 43 is taken down, and the maintenance process is completed.
