Abstract
The invention discloses an insect-proof PC/ABS alloy material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of polycarbonate, 10-50 parts of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, 0-5 parts of methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymer, 1-3 parts of insect-resist agent, 0.1-0.5 part of antioxidant and 0.1-0.6 part of lubricant. The material prepared by the invention has good mechanical property and appearance and excellent insect expelling effect.

4. The insect-resistant PC/ABS alloy material according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the insect-resistant agent is berberine.

The preparation method of the insect-resistant PC/ABS alloy material as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, which comprises the following steps: weighing the raw materials according to the weight, and carrying out melt extrusion granulation on the polycarbonate, the acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, the methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymer, the insect-resist agent, the antioxidant and the lubricant through a double-screw extruder to obtain the product.
