means for transmitting, by the transmission reception point, a multi power consumption level activation message to the mobile terminal if it is determined that the multi power consumption level can be activated;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal to the transmission reception point, a large power indicator indicating that the mobile terminal is to operate in a high power mode or a small power indicator indicating that the mobile terminal is to operate in a low power mode based on a remaining battery power of the mobile terminal in response to receiving the multi power consumption level activation message; and
means for entering, by the mobile terminal, a high power mode or a low power mode after receiving a power mode confirmation message sent by the transmission reception point in response to receiving the high power indicator or the low power indicator.
8. The B2B management system of claim 7, wherein: the B2B management system includes:
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, e-commerce related information to the transmission receiving point periodically at a first period if the mobile terminal enters a high-power mode; and
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the e-commerce related information to the transmission reception point periodically at a second period longer than a length of the first period if the mobile terminal enters a low battery mode.
9. The B2B management system of claim 8, wherein: the B2B management system includes:
means for re-transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a large power indicator or a small power indicator to a transmission reception point if a power mode negative acknowledgement message transmitted by the transmission reception point is received.
10. The B2B management system of claim 9, wherein: the B2B management system includes:
means for preventing the mobile terminal from transmitting the large power indicator again if the mobile terminal is to transmit the large power indicator again to the transmission reception point after transmitting the large power indicator to the transmission reception point;
means for preventing the mobile terminal from transmitting the small power indicator again if the mobile terminal is to transmit the small power indicator again to the transmission reception point after transmitting the small power indicator to the transmission reception point;
means for starting a first timer after sending a large power indicator to the transmission reception point, and determining, by the mobile terminal, whether the first timer has timed out if the mobile terminal is to send a small power indicator to the transmission reception point;
