Abstract

The invention discloses a combined type semi-grouting sleeve and an installation method thereof, and aims to provide a combined type semi-grouting sleeve with high applicability and an installation method thereof. The combined type half grouting sleeve is used for connecting a steel bar non-grouting connecting section and a steel bar grouting connecting section and comprises a sleeve body, a mechanical joint and a plug; the upper part of the side wall of the sleeve body is provided with a grout overflow hole communicated with the inner cavity of the sleeve body, and the lower part of the side wall of the sleeve body is provided with a grouting hole communicated with the inner cavity of the sleeve body; the upper end of the sleeve body is provided with a top screw hole for connecting a mechanical joint, the outer wall of the mechanical joint is provided with an external thread section matched with the top screw hole, and the mechanical joint is connected to the upper end of the sleeve body through a thread structure; the plug is arranged at the lower end of the sleeve body; and the mechanical joint is provided with a through internal threaded hole for connecting the non-grouting connecting section of the steel bar. The invention can be used in complex nodes with limited partial assembly space or limited assembly mode, thereby effectively improving the convenience and efficiency of construction.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of assembly type buildings, in particular to a combined type half grouting sleeve and an installation method thereof.
Background
The grouting sleeve connection technology is a common technology for connecting nodes of the existing fabricated concrete structure relatively mature, but the grouting sleeve is large in size and needs to be aligned with the reinforcing steel bars and then inserted during installation, so that the grouting sleeve connection technology has the condition that the space is narrow and the grouting sleeve cannot be installed when being applied to the connection of the reinforcing steel bars of the complex nodes with limited partial space.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides a combined type half grouting sleeve for narrow operation and an installation method thereof.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a combined type half grouting sleeve is used for connecting a steel bar non-grouting connecting section and a steel bar grouting connecting section; comprises a sleeve body, a mechanical joint and a plug; the upper part of the side wall of the sleeve body is provided with a grout overflow hole communicated with the inner cavity of the sleeve body, and the lower part of the side wall of the sleeve body is provided with a grouting hole communicated with the inner cavity of the sleeve body; the upper end of the sleeve body is provided with a top screw hole for connecting a mechanical joint, the outer wall of the mechanical joint is provided with an external thread section matched with the top screw hole, and the mechanical joint is connected to the upper end of the sleeve body through a thread structure; the plug is arranged at the lower end of the sleeve body; and the mechanical joint is provided with a through internal threaded hole for connecting the non-grouting connecting section of the steel bar.
Preferably, the external thread section on the mechanical joint and the internal thread hole have opposite thread directions.
Preferably, the lower part of the mechanical joint is an enlarged head.
Preferably, the outer wall of the enlarged head is provided with a cutting surface for clamping by a wrench.
Preferably, a plurality of annular rib plates are arranged on the inner wall of the sleeve body at intervals.
A method for installing the combined type half grouting sleeve comprises the following steps:
1) threading the steel bar head of the steel bar non-grouting connecting section;
2) the sleeve body is inserted into the steel bar non-grouting connecting section, and the plug is sleeved into the steel bar grouting connecting section;
3) the mechanical joint is screwed into the non-grouting connecting section reinforcing steel bar head;

8) pouring node concrete;
9) and grouting into the grouting sleeve from the grouting hole after the concrete at the node reaches the strength, and finishing grouting after grouting material flows out from the grout overflow hole.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the sleeve body and the mechanical joint can be detached and assembled separately and can be used in a complex node with limited partial assembly space or limited assembly mode, so that the construction convenience and efficiency are effectively improved.

The combined type half grouting sleeve shown in fig. 1-3 is used for connecting a steel bar non-grouting connecting section 4 and a steel bar grouting connecting section 5; the combined type half grouting sleeve comprises a sleeve body 1, a mechanical joint 2 and a plug 3; the upper part of the side wall of the sleeve body 1 is provided with a grout overflow hole 1-2 communicated with the inner cavity of the sleeve body, and the lower part of the side wall of the sleeve body 1 is provided with a grouting hole 1-1 communicated with the inner cavity of the sleeve body; the upper end of the sleeve body 1 is provided with a top screw hole 1-3 for connecting a mechanical joint 2, the outer wall of the mechanical joint 2 is provided with an external thread section 2-2 matched with the top screw hole 1-3, and the mechanical joint 2 is connected to the upper end of the sleeve body 1 through a thread structure; the plug 3 is arranged at the lower end of the sleeve body 1; and a through internal threaded hole 2-1 for connecting the steel bar non-grouting connecting section 4 is formed in the mechanical joint 2.
In this embodiment, the external thread section 2-2 on the mechanical joint 2 and the internal thread hole 2-1 have opposite thread directions. The lower part of the mechanical joint 2 is provided with an expanded head 2-3, and the diameter of the expanded head 2-3 is more than 2mm larger than that of a screw hole 1-3 at the top of the sleeve body 1. The outer wall of the enlarged head 2-3 is provided with a cutting surface 2-4 for clamping a wrench, so that the installation is convenient. The inner wall of the sleeve body 1 is provided with a plurality of annular rib plates 1-4 at intervals, the width of the rib plates 1-4 is not less than 3mm, the number of the rib plates is not less than 4, and the rib plates are equidistantly arranged on the inner wall of the sleeve body 1.
The method for installing the combined type half grouting sleeve comprises the following steps:

6) the plug 3 is moved to the bottom of the sleeve body 1 and plugged tightly;
7) binding joint stirrups;
8) pouring node concrete;
9) and grouting into the grouting sleeve from the grouting hole after the concrete at the node reaches the strength, and finishing grouting after grouting material flows out from the grout overflow hole.
