The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: the invention provides an automatic device for sewing a filter bag bottom, which particularly takes the orientation of figure 2 as reference, before the device is used, an upper pushing piece 32 and a lower pushing piece 33 slide towards the right side until the right half parts of the upper pushing piece 32 and the lower pushing piece 33 are just below a discharge opening, then bag bottom raw materials to be sewn are loaded into a storage barrel 23, a first conveyor belt 4 is opened simultaneously, as the thickness of the bag bottom raw materials is larger than the distance between the upper surface of the upper pushing piece 32 and the discharge opening, the bag bottom raw materials in the storage barrel 23 can not fall onto the upper pushing piece 32, at the moment, the upper pushing piece 32 can slide towards the left, as the distance between the upper surface of the lower pushing piece 33 and the discharge opening is larger than the thickness of one bag bottom raw material and smaller than the thicknesses of two bag bottom raw materials, the bag bottom raw materials in the storage barrel 23 can automatically fall onto the lower pushing piece 33, and then the upper pushing piece 32 can slide towards the right again, the upper pushing piece 32 can push the bag bottom raw material to directly drop on the first conveyor belt 4; the bag bottom raw material is conveyed to the sewing circular table 52 through the first conveyor belt 4, the first rotating motor 511 is started, the first rotating motor 511 rotates the worm 512 to rotate, the turbine 513 is driven to rotate, the rotating shaft 514 is driven to rotate, the sewing circular table 52 is further driven to rotate, the sewing circular table 52 can rotate for one circle or multiple circles, the sewing machine head 53 is opened for sewing, after sewing is finished, a bag bottom finished product can be directly pushed onto the second conveyor belt 6, the second conveyor belt 6 directly conveys the bag bottom finished product to the finished product storage box 7, and therefore the bag bottom sewing work can be finished.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: firstly, the automatic unloading, conveying and sewing of the raw materials at the bottom of the filter bag are realized by the automatic rotary sewing machine, so that manual material taking, unloading and manual sewing are replaced, the manpower is greatly saved, and the sewing efficiency of the bag bottom of the filter bag is improved. Secondly, because the thickness of the bag bottom material is larger than the distance from the upper surface of the push-up piece 32 to the discharge opening, the bag bottom material in the storage bucket 23 can not drop on the push-up piece 32. Thirdly, because the distance between the upper surface of the lower pushing part 33 and the discharge opening is larger than the thickness of one bag bottom raw material and smaller than the thickness of two bag bottom raw materials, the bag bottom raw materials in the storage barrel 23 can automatically fall one to the lower pushing part 33, so that the work of discharging one bag bottom raw material can be realized.
Example two
As shown in fig. 2, 6, 7, and 8, the present embodiment is different from the above embodiments in that: in the embodiment, after the bag bottom raw material is sewn, the finished bag bottom product can be directly returned to the second conveyor belt 6 by the material pushing mechanism 8 without manual operation.
A sliding groove 11 is further formed in the inner side of the front side wall of the working platform 1; the pushing mechanism 8 comprises a second rotating motor 81, a rotating disc 82, a rotating rod 83, a sliding block 84, a push rod 85 and a pressing plate 86; the second rotating motor 81 is mounted on the front side wall and the top of the working platform 1 through bolts, and the rotating disc 82 is connected with an output shaft of the second rotating motor 81; one end of the rotating rod 83 is rotatably connected with the disc surface of the rotating disc 82 and the position close to the circumferential end surface of the disc surface through a first connecting shaft; the end part of the push rod 85 is welded with the other end of the rotating rod 83 and one side far away from the sliding groove 11, the slide block 85 is rotatably connected with the other end of the rotating rod 83 and one side close to the sliding groove 11 through a second connecting shaft, and the slide block 84 is in sliding fit with the sliding groove 11 in the length direction; the pressing plate 86 is welded at the bottom of the push rod 84, and the lower surface of the pressing plate 86 is in contact with the upper surface of the sewing circular table 52.
According to the bag bottom sewing machine, the second rotating motor 81 is started, the rotating disc 82 is driven to rotate through the rotation of the second rotating motor 81, one end of the rotating rod 83 is rotatably connected with the disc surface of the rotating disc 82 and the position close to the circumferential end face of the rotating disc 82 through the first connecting shaft, the rotating rod 83 can only do pendulum motion while the rotating disc 82 rotates due to the limiting of the sliding block 85 at the other end of the rotating rod 83, when the rotating rod 83 moves to be completely vertical, the pressing plate 86 can just press a bag bottom finished product, the rotating rod 83 continues to move, the pressing plate 86 can drive the bag bottom finished product to move due to the action of friction force, the bag bottom finished product can be pushed onto the second conveying belt 6, the second conveying belt 6 directly conveys the bag bottom finished product into the finished product storage box 7, and the bag bottom sewing work can be.
Further, a plurality of spring pins 87 are fixedly arranged between the push rod 84 and the push plate 86 at equal intervals, each spring pin 87 comprises a fixing pin and a spring which are tightly connected together, the top end of each fixing pin is tightly connected with the lower surface of the push rod 84, and the lower end of each spring is tightly connected with the upper surface of the pressing plate 86. According to the invention, by starting the first air cylinder 34 and the second air cylinder 35, the piston rods of the first air cylinder 34 and the second air cylinder 35 are stretched to drive the upper pushing piece 32 and the lower pushing piece 33 to slide rightwards until the right half parts of the upper pushing piece 32 and the lower pushing piece 33 just fall below the discharge opening and then stop, the bag bottom raw material to be sewn is loaded into the storage barrel 23, the first conveyor belt 4 is opened simultaneously, then the first air cylinder 34 is started, the piston rod of the first air cylinder 34 is contracted, the upper pushing piece 32 slides leftwards, the bag bottom raw material in the storage barrel 23 can automatically fall onto the lower pushing piece 33, the piston rod of the first air cylinder 34 is stretched again to push the bag bottom raw material to directly fall onto the first conveyor belt 4, the actions are circulated in sequence, one bag bottom raw material discharge can be realized, manual material taking and material discharge are replaced, and manpower is saved.

the working platform is of a box body structure with a left opening, a right opening, a hollow interior and an open top.
The storage device comprises a supporting assembly, a storage box supporting plate and a storage barrel; the starting end of the material storage box supporting plate is fixedly arranged inside the starting end of the working platform through a supporting assembly; the material storage device is characterized in that a discharge opening which is communicated up and down is formed in the upper surface of the termination end of the material storage box supporting plate, the material storage barrel is fixed to the material storage box supporting plate, a through hole is formed in the bottom of the material storage barrel, and the through hole corresponds to the discharge opening and is located above the starting end of the first conveying belt.
The discharging mechanism comprises a bearing plate, an upper pushing piece and a lower pushing piece; the bearing plate comprises a first frame, a second frame and a partition plate; the tops of the first frame and the second frame are tightly connected with the lower surface of the material storage box supporting plate; u-shaped grooves with U-shaped front and back side sections are formed in the inner sides of the first frame and the second frame; the front end and the rear end of the partition plate are respectively fixed with the middle parts of the walls of the U-shaped grooves of the first frame and the second frame so as to form an upper slot and a lower slot; the push-up piece is sleeved in the upper slot and is in sliding fit with the upper slot in the length direction of the upper slot; the lower push piece is sleeved in the lower slot and is in sliding fit with the lower slot in the length direction of the lower slot.
The sewing mechanism comprises a rotating assembly, a sewing circular table and a sewing machine head; the rotating assembly is fixedly arranged in the middle of the working platform, and the sewing circular table is fixed at the top of the rotating assembly; the circumferential end face of the sewing circular table is in contact with the output end of the first conveyor belt, and the circumferential end face of the sewing circular table is also in contact with the input end of the second conveyor belt; the sewing machine head is fixedly arranged between the front wall and the rear wall of the working platform, and the needle head of the sewing machine head is close to the edge of the upper surface of the sewing circular table.
