10g of collagen peptide probiotic solid beverage per serving comprises the following components: 5.2g of collagen peptide powder, 1.8g of fructo-oligosaccharide, 0.8g of resistant dextrin, 0.4g of xylo-oligosaccharide, 1.5g of inulin, 0.05g of bifidobacterium lactis, 0.1g of lactobacillus acidophilus, 0.07g of lactobacillus rhamnosus, 0.04g of lactobacillus fermentum and 0.04g of lactobacillus casei.
Example 2
A collagen peptide probiotic solid beverage comprises the following components: 4.6g of collagen peptide powder, 2g of fructo-oligosaccharide, 0.9g of resistant dextrin, 0.7g of xylo-oligosaccharide, 1.4g of inulin, 0.1g of bifidobacterium lactis, 0.07g of lactobacillus acidophilus, 0.1g of lactobacillus rhamnosus, 0.06g of lactobacillus fermentum and 0.07g of lactobacillus casei.
Example 3
A collagen peptide probiotic solid beverage comprises the following components: 3.7g of collagen peptide powder, 2g of fructo-oligosaccharide, 1g of resistant dextrin, 1g of xylo-oligosaccharide, 2g of inulin, 0.06g of bifidobacterium lactis, 0.07g of lactobacillus acidophilus, 0.03g of lactobacillus rhamnosus, 0.04g of lactobacillus fermentum and 0.1g of lactobacillus casei.
The collagen peptide probiotic solid beverage disclosed in embodiments 1 to 3 of the present invention is prepared by the following processes:
1) selecting a single strain frozen in a glycerol tube, purifying, performing expansion culture, performing high-density culture in a fermentation tank, centrifuging to obtain thalli, mixing the thalli with a protective agent, and performing vacuum freeze drying to obtain bifidobacterium lactis freeze-dried powder, lactobacillus acidophilus freeze-dried powder, lactobacillus rhamnosus freeze-dried powder, lactobacillus fermentum freeze-dried powder and lactobacillus casei freeze-dried powder;
2) uniformly mixing various bacteria with collagen peptide powder, fructo-oligosaccharide, resistant dextrin, xylo-oligosaccharide and inulin in proportion, sieving with a 80-mesh sieve, and packaging the mixed powder;
3) and (5) loading the small packages into a large box according to the specification requirement, inspecting, boxing and warehousing.
Claims (5)
1. A functional collagen peptide probiotic solid beverage is characterized in that: the collagen peptide probiotic solid beverage consists of collagen peptide powder, probiotics and prebiotics; the probiotics comprise Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus fermentum and Lactobacillus casei; the prebiotics include fructo-oligosaccharide, resistant dextrin, xylo-oligosaccharide and inulin.

The functional collagen peptide probiotic solid beverage according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the collagen peptide probiotic solid beverage comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 30-70% of collagen peptide powder, 5-20% of fructo-oligosaccharide, 5-10% of resistant dextrin, 1-10% of xylo-oligosaccharide, 3-20% of inulin, 0.1-3% of bifidobacterium lactis, 0.1-3% of lactobacillus acidophilus, 0.1-2% of lactobacillus rhamnosus, 0.1-2% of lactobacillus fermentum and 0.1-2% of lactobacillus casei.
