Pueraria lobata (Willd.) Ohwi, a perennial deciduous plant of the family Leguminosae. The flower, fruit and root of kudzu vine root can be used as medicine, kudzu vine root contains several flavonoid components, and its main active components are daidzein, daidzin and puerarin. Has the functions of relieving exterior syndrome, allaying fever, promoting the production of body fluid, invigorating yang, relieving diarrhea, etc. It can be used for treating fever, headache, hypertension, and neck pain. Along with the improvement of living conditions of people at present, the green health food which is processed by taking natural wild radix puerariae as a raw material is favored by people.
Rhizoma Polygonati is perennial herb, and is Polygonatum kingianum znoll. etHemSI, Polygonatum Sibiri CumRed, or Polygonatum P of Liliaceae. Dried rhizome of lygonateyrnema hua. In recent years, with the continuous and intensive research on polygonatum, the application of polygonatum is greatly widened, and the polygonatum can be processed into polygonatum preserves, polygonatum beverages, polygonatum health products and the like besides the medical purpose, and can be used for cultivating vegetables, flowers and the like. The market demand of polygonatum is rapidly increased, the market demand cannot be met by collecting wild polygonatum, and the artificially planted polygonatum is gradually increased.
The predatory exploitation of natural resources by human beings seriously damages the ecological system, and the forest is harvested and the medicinal materials are dug randomly, so that the land degradation and the water and soil loss are aggravated. The stereoscopic planting mode artificially plants various plants to form a certain ecological environment, community structure and substance production system according to the physiological characteristics, the living types and the ecological characteristics of the plants and different adaptability to the stereoscopic environment and the basic principle of plant ecology by adopting different configuration modes and operation measures, can furthest exert the potential of natural resources and social resources of a biological community, and realizes continuous and efficient ecological, economic and social benefits.

1) and (3) propagating the kudzu roots: before the pueraria lobata sprouts in early spring of 1-2 months, healthy pueraria lobata branches with the diameter of 0.5-0.8cm and the growth period of 1-2 years are selected as seed strips, 2-3 sections are cut into one section, the lower end of the healthy pueraria lobata branches is 6-7 cm, the upper end of the healthy pueraria lobata branches is 5-6 cm, the upper end of the healthy pueraria lobata branches is smooth in cut, and the lower end of the healthy pueraria lobata. Before cutting, the No. 1 rooting powder with the concentration of 0.25% is dipped in roots and directly cut in a prepared seedbed. The seedbed is selected from subacidity soil with pH of about 6 and high permeability. Covering with film, arching, maintaining the temperature of the shed at 25-30 deg.C, and controlling the humidity at 90%. Spraying rooting powder No. 1 1000-fold liquid every 15 days, and adding 0.5% potassium dihydrogen phosphate to promote the generation of root tip cells. When the cutting time is about 100 days, the new roots grow to 4cm-6cm and the vines grow to more than 25cm, the vines can be transplanted out of the nursery.
According to the technical scheme, in the step, the kudzu root cutting branches are disinfected by soaking the budlings for 5min by 1000 times of thiophanate methyl solution, 800 times of procymidone solution or 1000 times of carbendazim wettable powder.
2) Three-dimensional kudzu vine frame: the method comprises the steps of building a flat-top shed frame with the width of a shed being 6m, the distance between every two adjacent shed frames being 3m and the height of 1.8m by using cement columns with the length being 2.7 m and the diameter being 15cm, using hard wood or steel bars as cross beams on the shed frame, longitudinally pulling iron wires on the top of the shed frame columns at intervals of 1m to form a top planting net, leading kudzu vines to a vine rack, and fixing the vine rack by using a string. Keeping the permeability of the kudzu frame to form a complementary biological community. And (4) properly trimming vines in the vigorous growth period, reserving 2-3 vines from each kudzu, and trimming redundant vines to control the vegetative growth.
3) The method comprises the steps of ① fine land preparation, digging planting ditches among upright columns according to fine land preparation requirements, applying sufficient base fertilizer, digging the planting ditches with the depth of 15cm according to the plant spacing of 0.5m, planting 300 plants per mu or so, ② fertilization, applying 2000kg of high-quality rotten farmyard manure, 50kg of compound fertilizer and 50kg of phosphate fertilizer to each mu, wherein the total amount of the fertilizer applied to each mu is not more than 200kg, ③ moisture management, timely watering according to soil moisture, keeping the soil humidity at about 35%, keeping the relative air humidity at about 60%, ④ weeding early, loosening soil layers by combining weeding, preventing plant diseases and breeding ⑤ pruning, timely cutting off partial germinated sprouts when a sprout body germinates, keeping 2-3 new sprouts on each main branch, cutting off diseased branches and dry branches, increasing ventilation effect, removing partial germinated branches, properly keeping axillary buds, cutting off fine buds, culturing, removing 2-3 new buds on each main branch, controlling the growth of old branches, and promoting the growth of vines, and promoting the growth of the vines to grow at a proper distance, wherein the rooting fertilizer is carried out, the root buds are planted in a mode of 3910 cm, the method of watering and the method of planting method of the method of planting vine growth of strengthening the method is used for preventing and controlling the method of strengthening the.
