fourthly, in summer, the heat dissipation effect of the device is poor, a proper amount of water is added into the water tank (10), then the fan (12) and the refrigerator (11) work by controlling the switch, when the fan (12) works, so that the outside air is blown into the interior of the protective cover (19) through the air inlet joint (17) through the condensation pipe (9) and the drying cylinder (15), when the refrigerator (11) works, the temperature of the water in the water tank (10) is reduced, since the condensation pipe (9) is installed in the water tank (10), when air passes through the condensation pipe (9), the temperature of the air is reduced, the air after temperature reduction needs to pass through the drying net (154) when passing through the drying cylinder (15), when air passes through the drying net (154), moisture in the air is absorbed, so that the passing air is dried, the air blown into the shield (19) is relatively dry gas with low temperature, and the heat in the shield (19) is exhausted;
