The calendering and setting machine according to claim 1, further comprises a joint detector (5), wherein the joint detector (5) is arranged on the main frame (1) and is positioned at one side of the heating shaft (3); the joint detector (5) detects a joint on the fabric (6) by detecting a difference in thickness of the fabric (6) passing around the heating shaft (3).

The calendering molding machine according to claim 1, wherein the heating shaft (3) comprises a first heating shaft and a second heating shaft which are arranged side by side at the bottom of the main frame (1); the main frame (1) is also provided with a first fabric guide roll shaft (11), and the first fabric guide roll shaft (11) is rotatably arranged on the main frame (1) and is positioned at the bottom of the first heating shaft and the second heating shaft.

The calendering molding machine according to any one of the claims 1 to 3, wherein the heating shaft (3) comprises a rotating shaft and a heating device, the heating device is an electric heating tube or a heat-conducting oil heating device or an electromagnetic induction heating device; the fabric (6) bypasses the heating shaft (3) for preheating, then passes through the positioning shaft group on the shaping structure (2) for compressing and shaping, and falls into the frame through the frame falling structure (4).

The calendering and setting machine according to any one of the claims 1 to 3, wherein a left positioning shaft group and a right positioning shaft group are arranged on the setting structure (2); the left positioning shaft group and the right positioning shaft group are arranged in the main frame (1) side by side along the horizontal direction; the main frame (1) is also provided with a second fabric guide roll shaft (12), a third fabric guide roll shaft (13) and a fourth fabric guide roll shaft (14); the second fabric guide roll shaft (12) is rotatably arranged on the main frame (1) and is positioned at the top of the first heating shaft and the second heating shaft; the third fabric guide roll shaft (13) is rotatably arranged on the main frame (1) and is positioned below the seam of the right positioning shaft group; the fourth fabric guide roll shaft (14) is rotatably arranged on the main frame (1) and is positioned below the crack of the left positioning shaft group; the fabric (6) comprises a first fabric and a second fabric; after the first fabric bypasses the heating shaft (3) for preheating, the first fabric bypasses the second fabric guide roll shaft (12) and the fourth fabric guide roll shaft (14) to enter a gap of the left positioning shaft group for compacting and shaping, and the first fabric falls into a frame through the frame falling structure (4); the second fabric is bypassed after the heating shaft (3) is preheated, the second fabric guide roll shaft (12) and the third fabric guide roll shaft (13) are bypassed and enter a gap of the right positioning shaft group to be compressed and shaped, and the second fabric guide roll shaft and the third fabric guide roll shaft fall into a frame through the frame falling structure (4).

The calendering molding machine according to claim 5, characterized in that the main frame (1) is further provided with a fifth fabric guide roller (15), a sixth fabric guide roller (16), a seventh fabric guide roller (17) and an eighth fabric guide roller (18); the fifth fabric guide roll shaft (15) is rotatably arranged on the main frame (1) and is positioned above the gap of the left positioning shaft group; the sixth fabric guide roll shaft (16) is rotatably arranged on the main frame (1) and is positioned above the right positioning shaft group crack; the seventh fabric guide roller shaft (17) is rotatably arranged on the main frame (1) and is positioned above the middle position of the fifth fabric guide roller shaft (15) and the sixth fabric guide roller shaft (16); the eighth fabric guide roll shaft (18) is rotatably arranged on the main frame (1) and is positioned at the bottom of the frame falling structure (4); the first fabric passes through the seam of the left positioning shaft group and bypasses the fifth fabric guide roller shaft (15), the seventh roller shaft (17) and the eighth fabric guide roller shaft (18) to enter the drop frame structure (4); the second fabric passes through the seam of the right positioning shaft group and bypasses the sixth fabric guide roller shaft (16), the seventh roller shaft (17) and the eighth fabric guide roller shaft (18) to enter the drop frame structure (4).

The calendering molding machine according to claim 5, wherein the molding structure (2) comprises a main plate (21), a cylinder (22), a sliding support and a stopper; the sliding bracket comprises a left sliding bracket (28) and a right sliding bracket (27); the limiter comprises a left limiter and a right limiter; the left positioning shaft group and the right positioning shaft group are respectively arranged on the main board (21) in a rotatable manner; the left sliding support (28) is arranged on the left side of the main board (21) in a sliding mode through a sliding guide rail (211), and the size of a crack of the left positioning shaft group is adjusted through the left limiting stopper; the right sliding support (27) is slidably arranged on the right side of the main board (21) through a sliding guide rail, and the size of a crack of the right positioning shaft group is adjusted through the right stopper; the air cylinder (22) comprises a first air cylinder and a second air cylinder, the first air cylinder is arranged at the left end of the main plate (21) and is connected with the left sliding bracket (28) so as to push the left sliding bracket (28) to slide; the second cylinder is arranged at the right end of the main plate (21) and connected with the right sliding support (27), so that the right sliding support (27) is pushed to slide.

The calendering molding machine according to claim 7, wherein the stopper comprises a stopper fixing block (291), a stopper sliding wedge block (292), a screw (293) and a stopper fixing wedge block (294); the stopper fixing block (291) is fixedly arranged in the sliding support and used for limiting the lower limit position of the sliding support.
