Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
in the technical scheme of the invention, when the distribution robot distributes the target distribution piece and monitors the piece taking operation of the user on the target distribution piece, the distribution robot can acquire the identity identification information of the current user and send the authorization request message to the target terminal equipment of the receiver of the target distribution piece. The consignee of the target delivery piece can determine whether to authorize the current user to take the goods through the target terminal device, so that the target delivery piece carried by the delivery robot can be received by other users when the consignee is inconvenient to take the goods, and the condition that the delivery robot is always parked at a consignee address and the subsequent delivery of the delivery piece is influenced due to unmanned goods taking is avoided.
Referring now specifically to fig. 4, as shown in fig. 4, a schematic diagram of an embodiment of a first apparatus for accessing a dispensing member according to an embodiment of the present invention may include:
the detection unit 401 is configured to acquire identity information of a user when a piece taking operation triggered by the user and directed to a target delivery piece is monitored;
a transceiving unit 402, configured to send an authorization request message to a target terminal device, where the authorization request message may include the identity information, and the target terminal device is a terminal device of a recipient of the target delivery; receiving an authorization response message sent by the target terminal equipment;
a processing unit 403, configured to determine whether to generate a pickup instruction according to the pickup operation according to the authorization response message.
In a particular embodiment of the present invention,
the transceiving unit 402 is further configured to obtain indication information that the destination terminal device sends to change the recipient address to the first recipient address;
the processing unit 403 is further configured to change the recipient address of the target delivery to the first recipient address according to the indication information, and deliver the target delivery to the first recipient address;
the detecting unit 401 is specifically configured to, if the distance between the current position and the first receiving address is smaller than a preset value, monitor a pickup operation triggered by a user and directed at a target delivery item, and acquire identity information of the user.
In a particular embodiment of the present invention,
the transceiver 402 is further configured to send a request message for reassigning an addressee to the target terminal device if a pickup operation triggered by a user and directed to the target distribution item is not monitored within a preset time period when the distance between the current position and the first addressee is smaller than a preset value; acquiring a response message sent by the target terminal device, wherein the response message may include a second recipient address;
the processing unit 403 is further configured to dispatch the target dispatch to the second recipient address.
In a particular embodiment, the identification information may include facial image information or facial video information of the user.
Referring to fig. 5 in detail, as shown in fig. 5, a schematic diagram of an embodiment of a target terminal device provided in an embodiment of the present invention may include:
a transceiver unit 501, configured to acquire an authorization request message for performing a pickup operation on a target delivery component, where the authorization request message may include identity information of a user currently performing the pickup operation, and the first device is a device carrying the target delivery component;
a processing unit 502, configured to generate, according to the identity information, prompt information indicating whether to give an operation right;
the transceiving unit 501 is further configured to perform an operation on the prompt message, triggered by the recipient of the target delivery item, and send an authorization response message to the first device, where the authorization response message is used to indicate whether the first device generates an item fetching instruction according to the item fetching operation.
In a particular embodiment of the present invention,
the transceiving unit 501 is further configured to send, in response to a recipient address change event triggered by a recipient, an indication message to the first device, where the indication message is used to instruct the first device to change the recipient address of the target delivery to the first recipient address.
In a particular embodiment of the present invention,
the transceiving unit 501 is further configured to receive a request message for reassigning an addressee sent by the first device; and monitoring user operation, and sending a response message to the first device, wherein the response message is used for indicating the first device to change the recipient address of the target delivery piece into a second recipient address.
In a particular embodiment, the identification information may include facial image information or facial video information of the user.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a first device for accessing a dispensing part, including:
a memory 601, a processor 602 and a computer program 603 stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the steps performed by the first device according to any of the embodiments shown in fig. 1 or fig. 3A and any of the alternatives are implemented when the processor 602 executes the computer program 603.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a target terminal device, including:
a memory 701, a processor 702, and a computer program 703 stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor 702, when executing the computer program 703, implements the steps performed by the target terminal device according to any one of the embodiments and any optional manners shown in fig. 2A or fig. 3A.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the steps performed by the first device according to any one of the embodiments and any optional manners shown in fig. 1 or fig. 3A are implemented.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the steps executed by the target terminal device according to any one of the embodiments and any optional manners shown in fig. 2A or fig. 3A are implemented.
Embodiments of the present invention further provide a computer program product, which, when running on a first device, causes the first device to perform the steps performed by the first device as in any one of the embodiments and any optional manners shown in fig. 1 or fig. 3A.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer program product, which, when running on a target terminal device, enables the target terminal device to execute the steps executed by the target terminal device according to any one of the embodiments and optional manners shown in fig. 2A or fig. 3A.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-mentioned functions. Each functional unit and module in the embodiments may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated in one unit, and the integrated unit may be implemented in a form of hardware, or in a form of software functional unit. Claims (10)

1. A method of picking a dispensed article, comprising:
monitoring a piece taking operation which is triggered by a user and aims at a target delivery piece, and acquiring identity identification information of the user;
sending an authorization request message to a target terminal device, wherein the authorization request message comprises the identity identification information, and the target terminal device is a terminal device of a receiver of the target delivery piece;
and receiving an authorization response message sent by the target terminal equipment, and determining whether to generate a pickup instruction according to the pickup operation according to the authorization response message.
2. The pickup method according to claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring indication information for changing the receiving address into a first receiving address sent by the target terminal equipment;
changing the receiving address of the target delivery part into the first receiving address according to the indication information, and delivering the target delivery part to the first receiving address;
the monitoring of the piece taking operation triggered by the user and aiming at the target delivery piece acquires the identity identification information of the user, and comprises the following steps:
and if the distance between the current position and the first receiving address is smaller than a preset value, monitoring a piece taking operation which is triggered by a user and aims at a target delivery piece, and acquiring the identity identification information of the user.
3. The pickup method according to claim 2, further comprising:
if the distance between the current position and the first receiving address is smaller than a preset value, a piece taking operation which is triggered by a user and aims at the target distribution piece is not monitored within a preset time length, and a request message for appointing the receiving address again is sent to the target terminal equipment;
acquiring a response message sent by the target terminal equipment, wherein the response message comprises a second receiving address;
and distributing the target distribution member to the second receiving address.
4. A method of picking a dispensed article, comprising:
obtaining an authorization request message sent by first equipment and used for carrying out pickup operation on a target delivery piece, wherein the authorization request message comprises identity identification information of a user currently carrying out pickup operation, and the first equipment is equipment carrying the target delivery piece;
generating prompt information for judging whether to give operation authority or not according to the identity identification information;
monitoring the operation of the target delivery recipient on the prompt message, and sending an authorization response message to the first device, wherein the authorization response message is used for indicating whether the first device generates a delivery instruction according to the delivery operation.
5. The pickup method according to claim 4, wherein before acquiring the authorization request message for pickup operation of the target delivery member sent by the first device, the pickup method further comprises:
and responding to a recipient address changing event triggered by a recipient, and sending indication information to the first device, wherein the indication information is used for indicating the first device to change the recipient address of the target delivery piece into a first recipient address.
6. The pickup method according to claim 5, wherein after sending an indication to the first device to change the recipient address of the target delivery to the first recipient address in response to a recipient triggered recipient address change event, the pickup method further comprises:
receiving a request message for reassigning an addressee sent by the first device;
and responding to a recipient address changing event triggered by a recipient, and sending a response message to the first device, wherein the response message is used for indicating the first device to change the recipient address of the target delivery piece to a second recipient address.
7. A first apparatus for accessing a dispensing member, comprising:
