The moving mechanism comprises a translation lead screw 6, the two ends of the translation lead screw 6 are rotatably connected with the top plate 10, one end of the translation lead screw is connected with a translation motor 601, a translation block 602 is further sleeved on the translation lead screw 6, a fixing plate 603 is fixed at the bottom of the translation block 602, two ends of the fixing plate 603 are respectively fixed with a fixing mechanism, and the positions of the two fixing mechanisms correspond to the storage box 3 and the discharge box 4 respectively.
The fixing mechanism comprises a gland 5, a pressing plate 501 arranged in the circumferential direction of a ring is fixed on the outer side of the bottom end of the gland 5, four hydraulic telescopic rods are evenly arranged on the top surface of the inner side of the gland 5, the bottom ends of the hydraulic telescopic rods are connected with a vacuum generator 503, and the bottom of the vacuum generator 503 is connected with a vacuum sucker 504.
