It should be noted that the cooling area 700 is provided with a cooling device and a second plate clamping assembly conveying mechanism; the second plate clamp assembly conveying mechanism is connected with the first plate clamp assembly conveying mechanism, the plate clamp assemblies are transferred from the first plate clamp assembly conveying mechanism to the second plate clamp assembly conveying mechanism, and the second plate clamp assembly conveying mechanism is used for conveying the plate clamp assemblies in the cooling area; the cooling means is used to cool the sheet material exiting the bake zone 600.
It is understood that the cooling device and the second plate clamping assembly transfer mechanism, and those skilled in the art can adopt the existing cooling device and transfer mechanism to achieve the above-mentioned functions, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
It should be noted that the plate receiving area 800 is provided with a releasing mechanism, a third plate clamping assembly conveying mechanism, a plate receiving manipulator and a plate receiving area; the third plate clamp assembly conveying mechanism is connected with the second plate clamp assembly conveying mechanism to transfer the plate assembly to the plate collecting area; the loose clamp mechanism is used for separating the plate from the plate clamp assembly, and meanwhile, the plate collecting manipulator takes the separated plate down in time and transfers the plate to the material collecting area.
It is understood that the unclamping mechanism, the third clamping assembly conveying mechanism and the plate collecting manipulator can adopt the existing mechanisms to realize the functions, for example, a person skilled in the art can use a cylinder to control the opening and closing of the unclamping mechanism; the cooperation of the cylinder and the suction cup can suck the plate and move the plate to realize the above functions, and the specific structure of the invention is not limited.
For example, in an embodiment, a person skilled in the art can use a chain mechanism to implement the transmission function of the second plate clamping assembly transmission mechanism and the third plate clamping assembly transmission mechanism, and the present invention is not limited to this specific structure.
It is understood that in order to facilitate recycling of the board clamping assembly of the board material vacated in the board receiving area 800, a board clamping assembly returning mechanism may be disposed in the board receiving area 800 to convey the vacated board clamping assembly to the storage area 200 for recycling of the board clamping assembly. One skilled in the art can use a chain mechanism to achieve the function of returning the plate clip assembly to the empty position, and the present invention is not limited to this specific structure.

Claims (10)
1. An automatic dip-coating machine is characterized by comprising a plate feeding area, a storage area, a dip-coating area, an exchange area, a standing area, a baking area, a cooling area and a plate collecting area which are sequentially arranged;
the upper plate area is used for conveying plates and transferring the plates to the storage area;
the storage area is provided with a plate transferring assembly, and the plate transferring assembly can be moved to the exchange area from the storage area;
the plate transferring assembly comprises a supporting plate group, the supporting plate group is used for supporting a plurality of plate clamp assemblies, and the plate clamp assemblies are used for clamping plates;
the dip-coating area comprises vertical conveying equipment, and the vertical conveying equipment is used for conveying the plate on the plate transfer assembly to a dip-coating cylinder to realize ink coating;
the standing area is provided with a conveying chain, and one end of the conveying chain extends into the exchange area;
the plate transferring assembly transfers the plate clamp assembly to the conveying chain in the exchange area, and the conveying chain conveys the plate clamp assembly to the standing area.

The automatic dip coater according to claim 1, wherein the sheet transfer assembly includes a first drive device, a guide plate, and two pallet groups arranged side by side; the supporting plate group is arranged on the guide plate, and the guide plate can slide along the rack; the supporting plate group comprises a fixed supporting plate and a movable supporting plate; the fixed supporting plate and the movable supporting plate are both provided with a plurality of tooth sockets; the first driving device is connected with the movable supporting plate; the first driving device is used for driving the movable supporting plate to do circular motion so as to move the plate clamp assembly from one tooth groove of the fixed supporting plate to the next tooth groove.

The automatic dip coater of claim 2, wherein said first drive means includes a first motor, a rotating disk, a first belt, a first guide bar; the first motor is connected with the rotating disc, the rotating disc is connected with the first belt, the first belt is connected with the first guide rod, and the two movable supporting plates are respectively arranged at two ends of the first guide rod.
4. The automated dip coater of claim 3, wherein said sheet transfer assembly further comprises a transfer plate slidably connected to said guide plate and a second drive mechanism for driving said sheet transfer assembly to move.
5. The automatic dip coater according to claim 4, wherein the transfer plate is further provided with a third air cylinder, the transfer plate is provided with a guide shaft, the third air cylinder is connected with the guide shaft, the guide plate is provided with a guide sleeve matched with the guide shaft, and the third air cylinder drives the guide shaft to slide in the guide sleeve.

The automatic dip coater according to claim 5, wherein the second driving device includes a second motor, a second gear and a second rack, the second motor and the second gear being disposed on the transfer plate; the second motor is connected with a second gear, and the second rack is arranged on the rack from the storage area to the exchange area; the second gear is engaged with the second rack.

The automatic dip coater according to claim 6, wherein the number of the plate transfer assemblies is two, and the moving position of one plate transfer assembly is from the upper plate area to the dip coating area; the moving position of the other plate transferring component is from the dip coating area to the exchange area.
8. The automatic dip coater according to claim 1, wherein the upper plate area comprises a robot and a controller, the robot is connected with the controller, and the controller is used for controlling the plate clamp assembly which is placed in the storage area after the robot turns the plate by 90 degrees.
9. The automatic dip coater according to claim 1, wherein the inlet of the standing zone is provided with a first automatic lifting door, the bottom of the standing zone is provided with an air inlet, and the top of the standing zone is provided with an air outlet.
10. The automated dip coater of claim 1, wherein said conveyor chain extends to an inlet of said baking zone, said baking zone inlet and outlet each being provided with a second automated lift gate.
